After making the full payment in advance, I got a text on the 31st of December at 1220 to ask me to confirm the numbers, got a TEXT, Not a phone call, A TEXT!! 40 minutes later telling me the NYE boat was cancelled.
« Technical issue », The boat could apparently only go forward and not backward… FYI 25 confirmed people seems to be the magic number for a fully functional boat.
I explicitly asked the person of contact that I wanted the BUSINESS contact of her boss as she couldn’t do anything. She refused to and stated her boss was out of town and out of reach.
I requested a refund AND compensation, she stated that she was talking about it with their boss but nothing guaranteed. Funny how boss is out of reach for customer but still in contact with the employee… Just another lie
Didn’t get my refund on the same day obviously. Had to ask multiple times.
To conclude… The name of the company reflects the quality of the service you pay for.
Still awaiting for the “Boss” to give me a call.
