Island Naturals Cafe

TLDR: Great vegan options in a small Cafe with better service than its bigger brother up the street. Service: Everyone was super kind, helpful, and quick. We felt like family and really appreciated it! Atmosphere: small, clean café vibes. Location is in strip mall so there is no outdoor seating. Food: Many good vegan options with the potential to be spectacular. The soup was 10/5 deliciousness. Lots of flavor and just smacked me in the mouth with a "PUT UNLIMITED AMOUNTS OF ME IN YOUR TUMMY!" IN contrast, the vegan burrito was good, but just not nearly as flavorful as the soup. It was good, just one note. My wife's mushroom "blt" had good flavor but the mushrooms were cut way too thick to give the crispy "bacon" vibes necessary. Overall, if you're vegan and visiting the Caymans, this is a must!

We loved every one of our visits to Island Naturals. The staff is the very first thing that stuck out to us - they were all so kind! We became regulars there for breakfast due to all the vegan options and it was a joy to see them each day. The food was great too! The plant based chorizo wrap was one of our favorites that we had multiple times. We also tried the black bean wrap (yum), MLT sandwich, snickers açaí bowl, everything avocado toast, matcha, iced lattes, cappuccinos (one of my favorites on the island) cashew cheesecake and a variety of the baked goods. Everything was consistently delicious. Thank you for offering healthy and great tasting plant based/vegan food!!!

Being a vegetarian is never easy to find food with taste while travelling. However, island Naturals has changed that perception. Papaya Salad, Watermelon Poke Bowl, Tikka Masala Cauliflower with vegan Raita, Pad Thai with Lentil tofu cubes .... What??? Amazed! You have to try it! And for your non-veg friends Chicken and Fish dishes to die for they tell me!! Not easy to please a vegetarian's non-veg friends but I did it here. Robert Brownie Jr. for a sweet treat sealed the deal!! A must try!!

I was so excited to have a healthy vegan place to eat while on vacation. The cafe is 100% vegan and mostly gluten-free. The food is super delicious; I ate there twice a day and walked over for my morning matcha. Next time I’ll definitely be back!

the best menu items i tried were: - tuna poké bowl 🐟 - island twister smoothie🍹 - jerk chicken empanadas 🥟 beautiful outdoor seating, with very attentive waiters!! my food was great! filling, fresh, healthy.

Food service is great! Very informative staffs. I am not totally familiar with their menu since it's my first time eating there. They offered me their best seller wrap, Jerk Mushroom Wrap! One of the best tasting wrap I've tasted (that is very healthy) I also ordered their matcha (unsweetened) I like it! Milk is well textured which gives out nice aesthetic design of art on top. For the dessert I tried the berries cheesecake, gluten free, dairy free and soy free! I enjoyed it and definitely coming back!

A lovely place — clean, tasty, and well-kept. The staff is friendly and works very quickly. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. Highly recommend!

One of my favourite cafes on Grand Cayman. Their coffee is the best as are their salads. I am however miffed that they removed 3 of my favourites from the menu. I get their salads several days a week. The staff are wonderful and friendly.
