Lunch was organized through our tour group from Lisa’s bakery and wow was it amazing! Sandwich was delicious and huge, great cakes and probably the best scone I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend!

We did a tour through WOW Scotland and had Lisa fix us lunch. It was amazing! I had the bacon and leek quiche and my friend had a pasta salad. The cookies were delicious and there was a Walnut Zucchini muffin that was the highlight of the lunch (for me). If you stop by, you have to see the art gallery. So many unique pieces to browse. I bought one to bring back home with me. I’ll definitely return when I come back to the Isle of Skye. ❤️ Thank you, Lisa, for your hospitality!

We loved everything we got from the Isle of Skye Baking company. We stopped by while we were on a WOW tour of the Isle of Skye from Inverness (also wonderful) and picked up takeaway lunches. We ordered ahead of time and had several great options. We had the spicy sweet potato stuffed bread and the ham pizza. Both were delicious! Not pictured because we ate them too fast to stop and take a photo. Also included in our meals were shortbread cookies, a zucchini cake, and a chocolate espresso cake. We loved everything we had. We also added on a lemon drizzle cake which we saved for our train ride back to Edinburgh, and even a day later it was incredible. If you have a chance to stop by for some pastries, for lunch, or to look at the lovely art gallery that’s connected, we would highly recommend it! We also purchased some art from the gallery that was hand made by a local artist, they have some beautiful pieces mostly depicting the Isle of Skye.

We ordered lunch as part of a WOW Scotland tour of Skye. The packed lunch was fantastic. We got sandwiches on fresh granary bread, filled to the brim. The gammon and apple sandwich was delicious. Lisa and Tammy also very kindly added a couple of surprises to the bag (in the shape of a cupcake and a blondie) which were also lovely!

We booked an Isle of Skye tour through WOW Scotland and had the opportunity to also order lunch from Liza for pick-up. It was fantastic and the potato bread was amazing. We especially enjoyed the vegan chai-spiced shortbread. We could even order a completely vegan lunch option. Liza took extra care to add vegan sides to the vegan order. Thank you very much!

This bakery on the Isle of Skye in Portree is an absolute gem! The quiches and pastries are fresh and delicious. The friendly shop owner Liza makes you feel instantly welcome, and we picked up our lunch for a guided tour. Whether you're craving a great bread or a perfect scone, this bakery is a must-visit! And has a great gallery upstairs to check out.

We ordered packed lunches as part of our Wow Scotland tour and they were fantastic. The sandwich, quiche, and cakes were all exceptional. The range of gluten free options was most appreciated and the Jammy almond coconut torte was a standout. Lisa's lunches were obviously made with thoughtfulness, care, and top quality ingredients. We highly recommend ordering lunch when on a Wow tour.

This place was such a lovely surprise! We had ham and apple slaw sandwiches and some truly delightful desserts including a delicate chocolate cake and shortbread cookie. Everything was presented beautifully and with obvious care.

Yelp
We got boxed lunches here during a day long tour of the island. The crustless quiche was light, flavorful, and filling. The goodies of a Blondie brownie and walnut bread were exquisite! Thankfully, I was hiking plenty, and enjoyed both desserts back to back.

Yelp
This was a place I scoped out before coming into town and had it on my "must-try" list before leaving Portree/Skye. We walked from our accommodations in town, and it was a lovely little walk on a pleasant autumn day after hiking up to Storr and down to An Corran beach. It was getting awfully close to closing time for them, so I was a bit concerned they might not have much selection, but they absolutely did. We picked up two packets of shortbread and a spicy sweet potato hand pie thing, which we devoured most of on the walk back to our place. We finished the rest of it alongside some other snacks acquired from the Co-op for a very pleasant dinner. It was affordable and the items were well-made.

Yelp
Great bakery. Loved the chocolate brownie as it was the perfect balance of moisture with the right amount of chocolate so you got a mouthful of rich delicious chocolate and not slit of sugar.

Yelp
Delicious bakery items! Friendly staff! A line which is always a good sign, however it moved quickly and efficiently!

Yelp
Excellent service and amazing pastries and bread! Upstairs provides a gallery with art from local artists. Their tea selection is also amazing and come in little jars for customers to purchase! One of those cafes you can sit, read, drink and relax for hours. Love that this cafe showcases local food and art!

Yelp
We enjoyed breakfast here twice while on vacation. The rolls were fantastic (I had a roll stuffed with bacon and goats cheese) and coffee was perfect. Great selection of breads, pastries, and cakes. The art on the walls was fun to look at and we'd have checked out the gallery upstairs, had it been open!

Yelp
Absolutely delicious baked goods. Best plain scone I've ever had in my life, and my husband enjoyed the breakfast bread and a wonderful mocha drink. The location is a little tough to find because you have to enter from a small unlisted street, but if you call them, they can direct you.

Yelp
A great, cheerful little bakery and cafe to visit for a warm drink and pastry or lunch. They serve soups with fresh bread. They also have rolls baked with veggies and cheese inside. There are many baked goods and sweets to choose from, including a gluten free option. There's also an outstanding little shop and gallery upstairs that's worth checking out. One negative is that there is no WiFi here.

Yelp
Lovely bakery and gallery with fresh breads and soup and various other offerings. Upstairs is the gallery with local artist, Jewellery makers and some fashion, a great place to take a break.
