Very pleasant cafe/ healthy breakfast place. Small, so would recommend avoiding peak hours if you want to sit in. The coffee is of a good standard and the food perhaps even better. Here was the breakfast bowl I had, would recommend

Surprisingly a very good experience. We visited Isle of Us without much expectations on our way to the dry cleaner lol The matcha cake was delicious. I can definitely recommend eggs & jam sandwich for breakfast.

We had a nice lunch at Isle of Us. My daughter and I both had the chicken and kale salad and shared a slice of olive foccacia. The salad was very good with a lot of moist chicken, kale, apples, and a zasty lemon vinaigrette dressing. The foccacia was also tasty.

Since there were no available tables inside, we opted for outdoor seating. While the salmon was fresh, it had a stronger fishy taste than I prefer—even though I enjoy sashimi. My wife, however, really liked it. The service was excellent—everyone was welcoming and attentive. Perhaps dining indoors would have made for a more enjoyable experience, as the outdoor area had a bit of an unpleasant smell. --- Let me know if you'd like any adjustments!

I love this place so much, hard to not go in and leave with half the store. I cater from here a lot and it’s always a hit for events and business lunches. I keep the hot sauce in my fridge to put on everything. The chicken, veg options, grains and deserts are my favorite - especially the chocolate chip cookies and gluten free brownies.

I had a delicious gluten free breakfast burrito. The tortilla was fantastic, it was a true tortilla and not a wrap and it did not break apart at all. I was able to get a bar seat which is the only spot you are allowed to use your laptop. There are 4 seats so plan ahead if you plan to use a laptop here. All of the staff were welcoming and I enjoyed spending the afternoon here. Will definitely be back.

I had a great lunch here! The Green Eggs and Jam Sandwich was near perfection with a fluffy, custard-like egg that I will be dreaming about forever. The Fall Harvest bowl and the Salmon Rice bowl also received rave reviews from the tables. The Cardamom Honey Bun was a perfect sweet treat post-meal. Toss in friendly service and ideal location near Central Park and the museums, and this is now my favorite lunch spot on the Upper East Side.
