Great place, great staff, great room. There's cheaper places around but it's not worth the savings. Stay here!

Spotless rooms and great cafe downstairs. Wifi is much faster in the cafe, it can get slow in the rooms. Super friendly and helpful owners ☺️ Great location on a quiet street close to Nimman. The fried chicken place around the corner is a total gem too. Rooms are available with and without breakfast and at monthly rates. A lovely, peaceful place that I would stay at again!

ISleep Chiang Mai is situated |close to the airport and within walking distance from Nimmaheim Road in a quiet, local area. The room was pretty basic, but clean and as expected for the price of the room. Breakfast is mostly asian. There is a nice terrasse in front of the hotel where they serve good coffee and wifi works fine.||We used the hotel for a one night transit stay and that worked fine!

The rooms were average to slightly below however based on the price you pretty much got what you should expect. The location was good as it was either walking distance or a short cab ride away. Some people mentioned the alley seemed unsafe late at night however I never got that impression. The staff are a husband and wife who run the hotel and were very pleasant and eager to help despite communicating in English was not always easy but we managed just fine. We stayed here 3 nights and saw no reason to change hotels. I would stay here again

Nice place not far from main road going to city center. Clean room with ok breakfast. Breakfast offer seems to be highly related of the number of customer into the guesthouse. The less you are the less you get. Very friendly staff. Possibility to rent scooter from 250 THB/day

OYO is a great little drop in guest house. Its clean and cosy with nice accommodating staff. Its centrally located in CM near Nimman district and is surrounded by shops and convenient food and supply stores. The room is quiet and clean with warm water and clean sheets. The TV is super small but it has movies and sports available and a late check in is also available for those travelers that arrive on the red-eye. Highly recommend this place to set up for a few days. Enjoy.

I really enjoyed the setup of this Guest house. The lady who runs it is super friendly. Clothes washer on site for 15 baht. Cheapest I saw while in CM. The GH has a lot of polished cement by design but perhaps this interferes with the wifi signal? I left after 3 nights because my wifi wasn't strong enough. Otherwise, a really decent place to stay. Just a road back from the busy Su Thep road. Family run thai restaurant just across the street is great. If the wifi improves, I'll stay here again for sure.

I have a good sleep during my stay. Chiang Mai is famous for their cold and fresh air, and you will never need an AC on your room. Room decoration is good, and you will have small balcony if you are smoker. Wifi was fast and perfect. Walking distance to MAYA, biggest shopping mall in town.
