Issacs Hotel Regency

Avoid for business trips. I have stayed here before for personal trips and did not have any problem. The parking space and the hot water in the shower are honestly the best parts. Went there this time to check out the facilities, including the convocation hall, the pool side and the food, for a large business event. Cancelled the plan as getting a bill for my stay became a nightmare. Their system allows only advance payment. If you extend your stay and pay for it during check out, the bill won't reflect it. Tried sorting it for three days, making numerous phone calls. Each time a new person would pick up and ask me to narrate the whole tale. The elusive manager never called.

Clean and neat rooms with a party hall and a veg restaurant serving tasty food. Their own Shopping mall, movie halls, bar and restaurant are also adjacent to it. It is good value for money property in the heart of Bathery town

We were a group of 70 students and 10 teachers visiting Wayanad. We stayed at Issac's Regency on 16th and 17th Nov. We had a very comfortable stay here. The rooms were all very comfortable. There was ample parking for our buses too. The staff arranged a campfire for us too. The swimming pool was very clean. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Wayanad for a sightseeing trip. Thank you Issacs Regency. Looking forward to staying here again.

Room is just okay for a rate of 2000/- (ac). Nothing much to say about service. Swimming pool is there but just for namesake it seems. Since the entry to pool is through shopping area, we didn't feel like going to pool. Their restaurant is under renovation, hence cannot comment about that part.

I stayed here for one night with my family and I got a fantastic service by each and every staff. They have neat and tidy rooms as well as they have maintained their rooms very well 👍🏻. Awesome work keep it up 👍🏻

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting and infested with bed bugs. To make matters worse, the bathroom knob was locked, leaving us with no choice but to use the common bathroom near the reception. It took them a frustrating 3 hours to fix the bathroom knob, and even then, the room had an unbearable smell afterward. I would strongly advise against staying here.

I went to Hotel Regancy with my family during the summer vacations, late March.||It was such a relaxing experience.The staff was friendly and hospitable. The climate was pleasant. The food was awesome. Especially the Jack Fruit upuma .||The ambiance was soothing and relaxing. Such a splendid way to get away from busy work life. ||||The rooms are good and recently refurbished which was spectacular. stayed for 2 days and then i went sight seeing the following day.
