Three course options to pick from, around 3k yen each. Frankly speaking, you're paying for the ambience rather than the food. The food is just ok.. I'd have hoped the sashimi is fresher and of better quality/types of fish, given that it's an upscale place. There's not many options for food around the Benesse Museum (there's a cafe which is more affordable), unless you don't mind paying more than you should for food, and want to take instagrammable shots, I wouldn't recommend. You can eat around the two ports where there are more food spots.
That said, the service is really good!
