Isshiki Matcha

Seems to be part of another restaurant/cafe. Ordered from take out window. Ordered an iced strawberry latte (L size) with whole milk. Other options included skim milk, oat milk, and soy milk. I knew upon seeing it that it was going to be good and it did not disappoint. The matcha is of high quality and the strawberry added just the right amount of sweetness (I prefer sweet versions.) Definitely a go to place for good matcha in NYC.

Their small matcha is a cutie pie lol. To be honest, I didn't expect for it to be this tiny, but the matcha itself is good! I requested less of the strawberry portion, but it was still too heavy/sweet for my liking.

Gave me a large matcha without a lid - and only told me after I paid and the matcha was made that they were out of lids. Incredibly poor service and to top it off, the matcha was not good quality - tasted very much like dirt and was not creamy. Really poor experience for overpriced matcha.

Take out window only. Service was fine. My hot almond milk matcha latte was prepared well in that the powder was evenly mixed into the liquid, but they used too much powder for the liquid volume, and the matcha tasted too bitter (which overpowered the other fragrance/grassy aroma, sweet, and umami flavors that good matcha can have). Will not be back.

Actually very good. One of the better matchas in the location. I agree with this, but the strawberry one the jam was a bit overpowering which i dont mind but it is something to be wary about in case you prefer a bit of a syrup moment. In that case the matcha works ant also the lavender one is not that overwpoeirn at all but then there is no point. Of getting the lavender but it is okay it is still good.

Super delicious. Good quality matcha with a nice selection on the menu. I got the strawberry matcha with oat milk - the strawberry definitely made it sweet, but not too sweet. My sister got matcha with almond milk, which was also nice. FYI: It's a small kiosk, so even though the menu said there are pastries, we were told they only had drinks.
