We loved this place! Stayed in the blue room, was spacious enough for us, bathroom is small but that pretty typical in Italy. Service was great, good air conditioning after a long hot day of walking. Loved the location. For breakfast they give you a voucher for the café next door for a pastry and a coffee which we loved. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous guest house with super friendly host. Very clean and quiet in the heart of such a bustling city. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place to stay in the center of Naples. Would recommend this place for sure! It’s easy to get there because it’s so central. The place is super clean, pretty, modern and well equipped. Inside the room u don’t hear any noises from outside, so that’s very relaxing. We had a great six nights! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately I got sick the last days and our flight was late at night, so we could stay a couple hours longer in the room. Such a very nice gesture!!! Definitely staying here again when coming back to Naples!

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this B&B in a great central location. There is a metro-stop right in front of the hotel, but you can also easily reach most central Napoli destinations by foot. We took the very handy Alibus from the ferry terminal (15 minute walk from the B&B) to the airport.||Our room was spacious, well-appointed and clean. It also had coffee and tea facilities and a small fridge. The bathroom was also very nice with a large shower area.||Breakfast (traditional Italian) is not provided in the B&B itself, but in the cafe/bar next door and was pretty good. The B&B itself provides a small sitting area and a nice big balcony for guests to enjoy.||The staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Very much appreciated!||Since the B&B is in quite a busy central location, there is a fair bit of noise from the street, but that becomes a lot less after 11pm (if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs).||We would certainly consider staying here again when next in beautiful Napoli.

Nice place to stay in Napoli. The room was modern with fresh linens and towels, good shower. Walking destance from historical sites. The host helped to call a taxi to the airport and recommended good places to eat.

We stayed here for one night when passing through Naples. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Little touches like a nespresso machine and slippers were very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the service was excellent. The communication was good from point of booking until check out. Fabio was polite, friendly and helpful making sure everything went smoothly. We didn’t have long to spend in Naples so he recommended some sights, restaurants and ways of getting around. It was clear that Fabio wanted his guests to enjoy their stay.

I booked this hotel via a travel agency. Unfortunately due to reservations issues by this agency, our reservation didn't came through. Fabio was so friendly and contacted immediately the local travel rep. He literally did everything he could to make sure we would get a nice hotel. As a new hotel couldn't be found that easily (it's high season), we spent one night in Istayin Toledo Luxury Guest House. The room was very clean, nice and located right in the city centre of Naples. At night it was quite noisy outside, so earplugs might be a must. Aside from that, I really recommend this hotel if you're looking for a warm, friendly host and well located hotel in the middle of the shopping street.
