Amazing clothing and great service. Everything at the store is of the highest quality, with a strong focus on sustainability and transparency. The woman working the store during our visit, Yassmin, was amazing. She went above and beyond. Not only did she help us in finding pieces and sizes to try on for some time, but when I found a piece I really like and they didn't have it in my size she took it upon herself to track down the only one left in the whole inventory across the company and get it delivered to the store the next day for me to pick up. She was so kind, and gave us some great recommendations for things to do around Lisbon!

The clothes are indeed lovely and I was really impressed with the quality craftsmanship. That said, the staff member at this location was cold and acted annoyed when my friend tried on a jacket and misplaced (for a few seconds) the hanger that we taken it from. It was such a little thing but, alas, it ruined my experience. I’ll try another location in the city today, but I’m afraid I don’t feel like going to this location simply due to the bad customer service.

So I finally managed to get to the shop after admiring the clothes online and the reality lived up to the expectation. The materials felt great and when I tried them on the shirts were cut nicely and a great fit. As I'm only buying clothes that I need rather than that just want these days, I had to restrain myself and only came out with a plain white, simple, elegant cotton t-shirt but I'll definitely be coming back as and when I need something else. They are classic, stylish rather than fashionable clothes and, although obviously not tested, they really seem like they will last a long time. I guess my only complaint is that the fitting room is just a big curtain attached to a wall that doesn't give total privacy. It wasn't a big problem as I'm not shy but might be for some people. The assistant was also very pleasant and helpful. Great experience all round.

I love the concept of the store and their price transparency. The clothes are simple but quality is excellent. I bought a tshirt last year and it still looks good. Negative was only my experience with the service in the shop. I wasn't sure about my size so I asked to give me a white t-shirt in s and m to test it out. The man had a look in the pile of t-shirts and said a white one isn't available anymore so I told him it's ok to give me another color. After I tried it on I told him that I will order my size online. Suddenly, he went back to the pile of t-shirts and gave me a white one in my size. I had the impression he was rather annoyed by me that I came into the shop 15mins before the shop was about to close and therefore, he did not want to spend time to search for my size right in the beginning. I will definitely go there again and can also recommend the brand, but the service in this shop should be improved as I have read similar reviews about the poor service.

Lovely brand with great pieces! The staff is super nice and helpful. I had difficulties to decide for the right size and the girl working in the shop was very friendly, patient and gave good advices! :)

Quality, locally-made, simple seasonal clothing.

Not sure if it is open or not? I arrived at 6.15pm on a Wednesday to buy some clothes before flying out the next day and the doors were shut with no information why when all the other units were open. Its a shame as they do some nice clothes on Instagram, just not in real life :)
