Italian Restaurant y Pizzeria Carolina

Such a wonderful experience! My pasta carbonara (see photo) was delicious!! The drinks were great, the service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. It’s right in the middle of “downtown” as well.

The pizza took awhile to bake, but it was worth every minute! One of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life, and that’s saying a lot! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend you give them a try!

My best friend and I stayed a bit over a week in Puerto Jimenez, and this restaurant was our favourite in town! We ate here three times, and always enjoyed the food. If you decide to dine here, you will need to put your Spanish to use, as English is not always readily spoken. Street parking was easy and convenient each time. Lastly, we were surprised at how many different types of food are available, from Italian food like spaghetti, to Costa Rican Casados, to hamburgers. And, there are quite a few vegetarian options!

We ordered a pizza and gnocchi and it was so delicious. The best Italian food we’ve had in Costa Rica. The staff was so friendly and attentive. 10/10 you need to try it yourself!!!

Awesome place to go to if you’re looking for something delicious! I love their thin crust pizza and the focaccia was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Amazing Italian food! We were there a few nights ago and wish we had gone sooner. Pasta marinara, Alfredo, Caprese & Margarita Pizza were all delicious!! Must try!

Excellent food and better cerviche than the waterside restaurants! Staying here for four days i have tried most of the restaurants in this town and this is hands down my favorite. The menu has plenty to choose from. Pasta with clams recommended. Can’t go wrong and great servive!

We had a great Margarita pizza- cooked to perfection w nice thin crust. Friendly owners & waitress. Would go back it was so good.
