I absolutely LOVE iTalk and I will never have enough words to express my gratitude. My son received speech therapy for several years at iTalk and he wouldn’t be where he is today if it wasn’t for this amazing clinic! They are the most wonderful, caring, compassionate, loving, honest, extremely knowledgeable group of therapists you will ever find! The dedication they put into helping my son by truly understanding him and his needs was incredible. He was completely nonverbal when he first started working with iTalk. He had a very high level of anxiety but our therapist was the most patient and caring person. She got to know him and understand him and before we knew it, he developed a strong trust towards her and they worked together so well! It was a safe space for him and for myself as well. Every question and concern I had about his speech development was met with the most honest and informative ways. They were always finding ways to help my child thrive to be his best. They genuinely care about the wholeness of the child and I have never seen so much dedication from a person, as Dr. Hwang (the owner of iTalk), who wholeheartedly puts so much love and care into helping each and every child that walks into her clinic. She is so knowledgeable and the most sweetest, patient, honest, and caring person you will ever meet. I can’t thank you enough for making such an impactful difference in my son’s life! Italk speech center has been absolutely wonderful and supportive for my child since age 2. Italk therapists and staff have been there for us when we needed resources and guidance. Not knowing how to raise a neurodivergent child, we felt anxious and impatient at times. They helped us understand that this would be a slow, gradual process and each child has a different curve. After each session, therapist gave informal review on how the session went and what needs to be worked on at home until the next session. They offered us comprehensive parent-teacher conference at a regular interval to assess where my child was and to develop future therapy plan. They helped to coordinate their therapy with school coordinator, teachers, speech therapist and occupational therapist. Participating in group therapy sessions in addition to individual sessions for the past few months has significantly improved my child's social and language skills. It has taken some time but my child has shown much progress for the past year. Hopefully my child continues to show progress to be able to graduate. Follow-up: My child has finally graduated from speech therapy! It has been a long time coming and we are super excited to move onto the next stage, but also sad to say good bye to iTalk therapists/staff who have been practically family to us. We are deeply grateful for their guidance and support. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! For those of you out there with a neurodivergent child, please don't give up hope. Keep going and it will get better!

The nicest and warmest service you can get! Where do I start? there's so much great things to talk about with iTalk! My son went there and got the best speech therapy there. You can see the therapists are patient, professional, and really just great human beings! In a world of various therapy you can get, iTalk is by far the few ones that shows you that they care. They put so much effort into my son and with extra attention on his progress and adjust their therapy accordingly. You feel like you're getting really high-end service when looking at their attention to details. In some other therapy we got at some other places, sometimes the quality of services varies therapist by therapist. By with iTalk, my feeling is they only hire highly capable professionals and good people, so you can feel that they always put in 100% effort in the therapy, and also just nice decent people you can talk to. All in all, you know when you go there, you're going to get their best effort and you will see how it's rewarding to the progress.

I cannot express enough how transformative iTalk has been for my son. When he started therapy at three years old, he was like a wild little horse, only managing a few words in his own unique way. It was a challenging time, and I was filled with uncertainty about his progress. From our very first interaction, I knew we were in the right place. iTalk was real and genuinely devoted to my child’s growth. They approached his challenges with honesty, creating a nurturing environment where I could relax knowing he was in good hands. Our therapist identified the specific issues he faced and worked tirelessly to address them. What truly stood out was their commitment to giving my son the proper challenges he needed. There were moments when he resisted the work—understandably, as he was too young to grasp why he needed to improve his speech skills. However, the therapist always treated him with care and professionalism, collaborating with him and believing in him. This made a world of difference. Every session was a mix of hard work and joy. I’ll never forget the sight of my son emerging from the therapy room with a big smile on his face, his therapist right there with her own joyful grin and a hint of sweat on her brow from all the hard work they put in together. It was clear that he was not just making progress; he was also feeling a sense of achievement. Thanks to iTalk, my son has blossomed in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Without their support and dedication, I truly believe he wouldn’t be the communicator he is today. I’m forever grateful to the entire iTalk team for their incredible impact on our lives.

I can’t say enough nice things about the iTalk team and Ms. Eunice! Taking my child to iTalk has been one of the best decisions I have ever made as a parent. It brings me great joy to see how excited my daughter gets when she realizes she is going to see Ms. Eunice. She has come such a long way since she first started, and credit goes to Ms. Eunice for all of her hard work. All of the therapists and staff at iTalk are warm and welcoming. Our time with italk was a truly wonderful and helpful experience. We had both in-person and virtual sessions due to the pandemic. The virtual sessions were a bit challenging, but Ms. Eunice always had a few tricks up her sleeve to keep our LO engaged. She also took the time to send us follow up e-mails with additional guidance/recommended practice we could do with our LO in between sessions. Our LO's speech improved tremendously during our time with italk, and we would highly recommend them.

It’s never easy to hear that your child needs special services, and you especially don’t want to settle on the treatment he gets. So I am so glad we were referred to iTalk. They calmed my concerns and my child is thriving. It turns out that the head director was educated and trained at Columbia and currently teaches speech teachers at NYU. She really knows her stuff.
