The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and the hotel’s location made it convenient to explore the area. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made my stay peaceful and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful! Debjani was particularly kind and helpful. She also made beautiful towel swans. We had a great business trip and loved coming back to a comfortable hotel every evening for rest and delicious food. I also indulged in some spa services which I highly recommend

The hotel is good when compared to nearby options, the number of restaurants is good and offers various varieties of food. In room dining was amazing experience and drinks are there in every restaurant. Staff is okay some are good some smile some don't. They'll definitely smile and fold hands if you come in a big car, in Chennai most taxi drivers drive really bad condition vehicles and hence they try to avoid eye contact with those scenarios. 😂😂 Bro your city only.... But apart from that hotel is neat and clean live music pools gym and service is okay not very fast in restaurants, room service is quick.

This is a beautiful property. I am still on my first week of a three week stay, but I feel the need to write this review. Its a very large property and easy to get lost in the crowd since its so large. The service isnt as always personal versus smaller hotels, but in comes Avishek for the save. On my first night, my colleague and I went to the lounge to enjoy some drinks and snacks and both lounge areas were full. Without skipping a beat, Avishek jumped into action, took us to another bar area and made sure we were taken care of with food and drinks. I am on business and short on time, so Avishek has come through on multiple ocassions to make sure all is well at breakfast and lounge amenities. His a truly great asset for this property. Thank You Avishek.

I Come here regularly. Always an exceptional experience. I just want to put a shout out to a staff member who consistently goes above and beyond and should be propelled to a management position as soon as possible. A leader in waiting and a marker of how to give exceptional service and conduct themselves. A highly intelligent individual with great interpersonal skills. Asher is his name. Deserves some recognition. |Everything else in the hotel is also great. Recommend 100%.|Fine dining restaurant is a must. (Avantana) Great value and outstanding quality of food.|All staff are great on the whole but Asher stands head and shoulders above.

I've always loved this hotel for its grandeur. It was once upon a time a great place to go to. I feel it is now slightly jaded. The staff though are extremely helpful and attentive at the reception area. Had lunch at the Royal Vega. The seating area looks grand. The plates and cutlery are royal but somehow the thali that I ordered didn't really feel "royal". It was nice not great. I prefer the SouthernSpice at another hotel for the ambience and thali. Ok for a one time experience. Well try Ottimo next time.

Absolutely stunning property! 🤩The moment I walked in, the aroma and ambience felt so refreshing. Rooms were spotless and the hospitality team was genuinely attentive. Truly worth the stay.
