What stood out the most was the culinary experience – each restaurant at the resort delivered a distinct flavor journey, especially the seafood and Goan specialties. Excellent resort! We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Ottimo for birthday celebration. The staff was very courteous and accomodating our requests. Had the best salmon after a long time at this restaurant. The chef came and greeted along with her wishes of our special day! Great experience!

We were there for a week and Mr. Bhanu made impeccable arrangements. The rooms were spotless; we had requested a crib for our new born and it was made available. We didn’t leave the resort and had the most amazing time. Very kind and prompt staff members who understood the challenges of travelling with a new born baby. The beach is serene, the food was great. The suite we had booked was beyond perfect. Suman from laundry department was very kind too. Rupesh at the conceirge sanitised our cars for drop off and pick up from the airport. Saloni at the spa was too kind and the massages were just what we needed to rejuvenate. We could mostly eat at the pavilion, and loved all the cuisines! The tofu roll made on request (I am vegan) was the best I have had in India! Thank you for the amazing service. We hope to be back.

An unforgettable family retreat at ITC Grand Goa! We had an absolutely wonderful time at ITC Grand Goa! The property is so serene and beautifully maintained that, despite our initial plans to explore outside, we found ourselves completely content just soaking in the experience within the hotel grounds. One of the biggest highlights was how much our little one enjoyed his time — especially the pool with a slide, which quickly became his favorite spot. The hotel went out of their way to make him feel like royalty, with a surprise birthday decoration and cake that made the day truly special. What stood out even more was the thoughtful hospitality. ITC didn’t just provide comfort — they ensured warmth. The staff left no stone unturned in making this a much-needed break for our family, even arranging complimentary food tailored to our son’s preferences. That kind of attention and care made a lasting impression. The cherry on top was the direct access to a clean, quiet beach, with safety and cleanliness standards that made it ideal for families. Amazing resort. Amazing property. They made our stay Amazing. 1. Rooms are extremely beautiful, clean, equipped with every facility once can imagine. 2. Staff is extremely well trained, professional. Service is amazing 3. Location is close to airport just a 20 mins drive. 4. Private beach is 5 mins walk. They have club cars to transport guests as well. 5. Restaurant buffet was ok. Not a lot of options for vegetarians. The spread needs to be revised. 6. Swimming pools need better cleaning and filtration. Water was cloudy and not clean. Overall a great experience but few areas need improvement for sure.

The resort is on par with any resort in Mauritius. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The buffet at Pavilion has lot of options, although the taste can be better. The rooms are big and spacious. The spa is excellent. The beach is great. The entire staff from bell boys to concierge to chefs in the restaurants to life guards to service staff, very polite and very accommodating to all your needs.

Had a great time at the resort, the staff is supper friendly and helpful. The hotel has beach access which was great, as we could walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The best part about the resor was numerous pools in the resort which made it super easy to take a dip during the day. We had a 6 month old baby and there was a separate splash pool for kids which was super nice. The restaurants in the hotel were fine, but there are good local restaurants nearby which you can also explore. Highly recommended for a holiday as a couple or even better with friends.

We had a lovely experience staying at ITC Grand Goa. This was our second visit to the property and the hospitality is unmatched. Glen (the Chef) was kind enough to suggest some amazing food options around the property and he made some amazing food. We would be definitely visiting the property again😁
