Wonderful experience of staying at ITC GRAND GOA. very serene location with natural greenery like that of a good course and an extraordinary beach attached to the hotel itself. Calm environment. Only drawback : food appeared to be just okay. Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent 5 star Resort in South Goa. You can say one the finest 5 Star in Goa. Superb ambience, tasty multi cuisine restaurants. Kids play area. Neat and clean. Perfect wedding Destination. Overall excellent. Well done Team ITC grand.

An excellent sprawling property where one can spend quality time. Rooms are good, service is excellent. Food quality is also good. Breakfast and dinner buffet spreads are great. Although we faced a couple of issues in the room but the same were attended to promptly. Only issue I found was that there is no door to shut up bath area from living area. While it may be ok for couples, those with children or others like brother/sister etc shall find it very uncomfortable.

When we booked the property that comes under mariott and charges so much, we were expecting the basic standards to be maintained. The property location and structure are very good. However, due to poor maintenance and uncleanliness, the property looks very bad. The rooms have a lot of dust, spiders, and cockroaches. The cleanliness and service in the restaurants are also very poor. Even with so much staff, there were significant delays in assigning the table, serving food, and the quality of cutlery, napkins, and table mat is also bad. Some of the staff members are really good, so I would say it's the higher management and no proper audits. These issues need to be looked at urgently else the property rating and reputation will take a hit.

It was great stay.. all thing like food, services, safety, cleanses, room service, swimming pool all was great.. only food delivery to room if ordered some thing specific to baby food it took more then often time. Beach was also neat and clean. Play room for kids was also good.

I was in the bathroom, bathing (the bathroom has transparent doors) and a staff member walked into my room without checking jf anybody was inside, without waiting for me to give permission. I’m sure he knew I was inside because I was singing very very loudly… In fact, I was afraid I’ll be called and told off because of this…

Had a excellent stay at ITC Grand. Super luxury hotel with private beach. Great place for family holiday. Property has beautiful gardens and lagoons.

A wonderful 5 ⭐ property. Located in south Goa. About 15 minutes from Dabolim international airport. It's a 46 acre property with lovely open lawns and a super sized pool. They have all the amenities and services for you to have a wonderful holiday. Very good service and prompt staff. Good food options. The beach is wonderful. Due to its location, it feels like a private stretch. Will definitely recommend.
