ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

I had a really good stay here. The hotel has a very calming ambience, the lobby and the rooms both feel warm and pleasant. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained throughout my visit. I also happened to meet Mr. Rakesh, one of the managers, and he was honestly very kind. He checked on us a couple of times just to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt really genuine, not just routine. Small things like that make a stay feel special. Overall, great ambience, good service, and very caring staff. Would definitely come back.

The customer service was incredible! Everyone was smiling and took incredible care of my family. We ate lunch at Peshawari and the food was delectable. The kids were taken care of and since we don't eat spicy food, they catered to our requests with so much humility even brought us a shawl for when some of us were cold. The facilities looked so clean and well maintained and the hotel smelled incredible. Overall a true luxury experience.

I recently stayed at the ITC Rajputana and had an amazing experience. The service, ambience, and hospitality were truly outstanding throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the management was very professional and attentive. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Manoj and Ms. Akanksha for their excellent support and warm hospitality. The dining experience was exceptional! The food was delicious every single day during my 4-day stay, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Special thanks to Mr. Chandra and his team in the dining area—the service was quick, attentive, and very courteous. There were two more team members whose names I couldn’t recall, but they were also extremely helpful and polite. The pool area was relaxing, and the overall vibe of the hotel was very pleasant and peaceful. All services were provided promptly, and the staff made sure every need was taken care of. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend ITC Rajputana to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again.

It was a great stay at the hotel. We loved every aspect of the stay. One of the highlights was the food at the Peshawri. Every dish was spectacular. I would recommend eating at the restaurant even if you are not staying there. The kids were feeling a little cold during the meal and the service so attentive that they brought out a shawl without even asking.
