ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

Wonderful in all aspects. Had a great time staying in ITC Rajputana. We took the newly renovated executive rooms. Rooms were comfortable, although new rooms don't have bathtubs, but it's not something we missed.||The food is excellent. Make sure to buy the half-board meal plan (1 lunch or dinner per room per day) and have lunch at least once there (Pavillion Resturant). Lunch is Ala Carte, so you get unlimited options(except drinks). Their paneer tikka is out of this world. They charged us 2500 per room per day for this plan, which is quite reasonable. ||The staff is very caring. If you request any food item not in the buffet, they will make sure they get it for you. Even if it needs to be made specifically for you, they will provide it. My friend missed out on the chocolate croissant in the breakfast buffets. Chef Harsimran made sure he got his croissant and made special efforts to provide it to him. These small gestures really elevate the stay, and they matter a lot. Special mention for Neha at front desk, Chandra and Chef Harsimran in Jal Mahal for making our stay so wonderful. ||

We had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed the hotel amenities and ambience. staff was courteous and both the service and food were good. We did notice mosquitoes and flies in the room which caused some rashes. However, we informed the housekeeping team and they responded promptly. Thank you so much for the service… we really appreciate the efforts of the entire team. Overall it was a pleasant experience…🤩

This was the best hotel we stayed at in India. The rooms were clean and extravagant, the staff were attentive, and the food options were great. I’d like to specifically call out our concierge Manoj for providing excellent service during our stay. He helped us through the process of shipping some souvenirs home and then when I asked him where to find mangos (a goal for our trip to India) he found us some himself then taught us how to eat them properly. His service was phenomenal.

We had a fantastic experience at ITC Rajputana. The hotel beautifully blends Rajasthani heritage with modern luxury. Rooms were new spacious and clean.the food was excellent especially their breakfast , and the staff were warm and attentive. Great location too — close to all major attractions. Highly recommended!|

The best food and service in Jaipur. Excellent Spa - a special mention for Andy. Great housekeeping. Our car was cleaned everyday without even asking for it - great gesture. One day we felt really cold in the restaurant and immediately a shawl was provided for the team. Thank you Sandhya for this. Also the purse hanger initiative is really nice and practical. Will surely return. Have spend about 24 nights at this hotel this year already.

Itc rajputana Jaipur gave us a wonderful holiday. All the services were top notch. From gateway, entrance, reception, room services, dining all were excellent. Food was delicious. For breakfast we would gave a solid 10/10.Special shout to Mr Damresh ji and Mr Satyanarayan ji for there excellent services. Would highly recommend to everyone. Worth every penny❤️.

Overall we loved our stay at this hotel. Service was top class, right from where you enter till the time you leave. Great places to go eat,swimming pool was great,a nice play area for kids ( indoors and outdoors), and very beautiful , clean room. if you’re looking for a nice hotel,choose this one and you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property with a royal touch! The ambiance, hospitality, and food were top-notch. Loved the traditional Rajasthani decor and peaceful vibe. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Jaipur in style.
