ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

From express checkin to see you again. Everything was catered to customer requirement. Their courteous staff gives you Rajasthan's "padharo sa"vibe. Granduer property and very well maintained. They Really have a good temperature control system through out the property which is commendable. And ofcourse the food is amazing. Room is ultra comfortable but washroom could have been a little bigger. Extremely baby friendly furniture.

The property is a true five star property, but there was one thing which really set the notch higher, and that was the exceptional courtesy offer to us by the hotel staff. In the middle east, it’s a very common practice in most of the five star properties to take food from the buffet for elderly or young children for whom it’s difficult to go to have food in the buffet, but in India, this is the first hotel where I experienced this. I was in awe of the staff and the level of their courtesy||The food is amazing. Great hotel in the center of the city. The guests are treated very well. The property itself is immaculate and clean. The rooms are stunning and the architecture of the place is amazing. The breakfast is great too. Overall I had no complaints and was always happy to walk into the lobby.

Great property. Great location. Excellent service as expected from a star property for the money we paid. The staff were kind enough to decorate our room for our anniversary.

I checked in on Feb 22 2025 and I didn't like the part that they are upselling the rooms as heritage which are nothing but the rooms that haven't been updated and they smell. I shouldn't be asked to pay more for an old room that smells. The breakfast was very average not worthy of a 5 star hotel. When we asked for a bellboy at checkout, they sent in room service to check on the mini bar while we were still waiting for the bellboy who never showed up and eventually, we have to carry our own bags to the reception with the help of room service. Poor service very average food. Not worth the money they charge.

Highly disappointed during my current stay here! This is absolutely not a Luxury hotel. Their staff lack the proper etiquette when interacting with guests. The lobby is extremely small, with only two staff at the check-in counter and no one else to greet guests. The staff are arrogant and lack the etiquette to speak to you properly or assist with your luggage. They stand around as if they don't care who you are, despite the fact that you are paying their salaries. When you speak to them, they look away and don't even bother to provide any guidance about the city when asked specifically. I chose to ignore the fact that the entry is located under a flyover, as I was expecting a luxury experience after paying such a high price for this so-called 5-star hotel. I feel I have wasted my money and this experience has left me with a negative impression of Jaipur and its exaggerated reputation. No luxury at all

I had a fantastic stay at ITC Rajputana, where the hospitality was truly unmatched. The breakfast spread offered something for everyone.
