So far, so good. They make this entire process as painless and as affordable as possible. After getting in touch with the firm, the assigned attorney reached out right away for some prelim stuff. After getting the information to them, within an hour, I got a "game-plan" emailed to me. My court date isn't until mid-August which Atty Hearn will attend on my behalf and plead me down to an "Improper equipment" / non-moving violation. I won't know what the court costs will be until the day after my court date. I just have to remember, that the plea isn't a guaranteed thing. I pray that it is!!! I was hesitant to try this company because I received a letter with their info on it and it sounded too good to be true. If you get a ticket they had good responses from what I saw on line. I made a phone call and talked to someone who explained how they did it from this location to where the ticket was from. They had a law firm they work with close to the court house. Once I made my payment by a link sent to me it started the ball rolling . I was notified by text as well as email. You get email updates as well as texts so you are always updated. The one great thing is it was supposed to be a mandatory appearance and I didn't have to go at all. Anytime you need information or a question you just message and the response was amazing so fast and well informed. From start to finish it was excellent!! Very happy with the outcome, it was worth every dime. At the end you still have to pay the court which was a due date given and it had to be paid to the courthouse with a money order or cashier's check. The law firm sends you all the information needed and how to pay. There was a warning if not paid on time they add another $200 to what you owe so you want to make sure to pay before it is too late! The case was shut and you are done once you pay the courthouse. I do not expect to get anymore tickets myself but I would highly recommend contacting this law firm. They do the best for you that they can, I could have done it myself but the outcome could have been way different.

I unfortunately got a speeding ticket in NC by inadvertently driving 77 in a 55 speed zone. When your ticket is for greater than 20 miles per hour you are required to show up in court. I was only in the area for the weekend because I live in Florida, that court date was not doable. I found this law firm online. Their fee was very reasonable and they got my charges reduced to one not requiring points on my license. The matter was literally resolved within a few business days. It was my fault for not realizing my speed in a downhill situation. This office communicated automatically with every step in the process. Yes, I had a hearty fine, but it could have been worse. Thanks to their office, this burden is resolved. This is a real person and case making this review!

Best $99 I've spent. I took the recommended driving course and the district attorney did not give me a favorable outcome at first. I was very unhappy considering driving record and once I relayed this to the law firm they were able to negotiate a favorable outcome. I hate to file a bad review, but, as a retired attorney, I must on my way to my Florida home, I got a ticket in NC I hired ITicket and Hadley to assist They said that there would be no problem and I paid them Thinking all was well, I got a notice from NC that no one had showed for my hearing and that my license was suspended I immediately contacted Hadley and they said they would take care of it subsequently, they told me that they had fixed it and that I only had to pay a fine, which I did A few days later, I got a letter from the State of Florida, telling me that my license had been suspended because of NC I have been through hell trying to fix this, spending hours in line and finally paying a large fee to Florida to get the suspension lifted I hate incompetence and these people exhibited a lot of it and it has caused me a lot of time and money DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My son got a speeding ticket in 4/5/23 iTicket sent a letter in mail as advertisement so we chose them low and behold they plead guilty to the ticket which caused my son to lose his license. They didn't contact him before they plead guilty to ask him if he was ok with their decision SMH. And he paid them $500( not including $193 in court cost) so I would say definitely choose another lawyer. Communication was very poor and we were very displeased with the quality of this service by Hatley Law Office.

I received a ticket for speeding. Due to the degree of speed i was cited with a misdemeanor ticket and court date. Being form out of state this was very concerning so i went on google and discovered iTicket.law with many positive reviews. $500 was a steep cost to pay, but with the idea that i would be able to avoid going to court and hopefully pay court fees i was able to enjoy my weekend mostly clear head. I was then advised to send driving record and schedule an 8 hr class. Frustrating but, fair and if i just had ot do that i would honestly be leaving a 5 star review. 2 weeks after sending the clean driving record i was advised that less than a month before my court date i would also need to complete 30+ driving hours. I sent multiple emails with no communication or update. When I called in to discuss my frustration with the sudden addition of services I flatly asked what would have stopped me from contacting the DA myself and completing these tasks and saving myself $500. Pablo responded, "Literally Nothing." To his credit he did make it clear it would be easy to get a refund, but at the same time I they also made it clear that Iticket, does not provide any services. And reading the 1 star reviews it seems that they're really a numbers game where they get minor violations dismissed and then let people with larger tickets get surprised at court. I would not recommend their services

Absolutely terrible experience and I could not, in good conscience, recommend this practice to anyone else. They are clearly working far too many cases and cannot keep track of their clients. I have spent countless hours communicating with them over the simplest matter and they have now "lost" two money orders I've sent via certified mail to resolve my case. I'm now at risk of losing my license due to their negligence over resolving a simple speeding ticket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I didn't have to try to reschedule court date, drive all the way out, book hotel, etc. They showed up to court for me and handled my case. They were very thorough throughout the entire process. I was actually surprised with how many times they reached out to me, giving me less to worry about. They were able to get me the best possible outcome. When you sign up with them, they mention several times what to expect and how to stay up to date with your case. It wasn't difficult or costly compared to what I would've had to pay or go through. Hatley Law and its offices/services went above and beyond in representing me legally. unfortunately, i was unable to be contacted about many of the details of my case due to my email not working correctly, despite this Hatley law represented me as well as any other law office could have. the country in which i received my ticket was a tough one and once Hatley found out that my email had prevented me of being able to communicate effectively, they fought further on my behalf with his in mind arguing that due to these reasons my case required special attention. i could not be more pleased with the result, time, and effort of these quality lawyers and i would not hesitate to recommend or invest my trust, time, or money to them again. well done.

I hired a lawyer from iTicket in Columbus County, NC back in October 2019. I had received a ticket for expired registration, then I forgot my court date and ended up with an order of arrest for failure to appear. ITicket lawyer promised me she would get the order of arrest stricken ASAP and could get my ticket dismissed too. I was sent a "case closed" email and was told the order was stricken and my ticket dismissed. Well, I had to speak to an officer today to make a police report about my car being broken into. He takes down my information, calls me back an hour later and says I have an outstanding warrant for my arrest!! He "let me off" but said to watch my back because I could be arrested on the spot at any moment and the bond is for $1000. I am a single mom who lost my job due to the pandemic, I CANNOT be going through this right now. The money I paid iTicket just went down the drain.

Man. So I called several lawyers. I talked to one that I won't name and he just sounded like a crook. He said his services were $250, he said that he could get my 81 in a 60 reduced to an improper equipment if my driving record was stellar, but that ticket will cost like $700. He just rubbed me the wrong way. So I called iTicket.law And I spoke with somebody over the phone. I asked them if I could please speak to a court lawyer before I made my decision. They got me in touch with one, and I explained to him that I talk to a lawyer that said he could get it marked down if I had a good driving record. This lawyer told me that he could do the same exact thing in so many words. To make an extremely long story short, not only did I have to pay $99 for the services, the gentleman got it marked as an improper equipment and the ticket was only 300 bucks. I would recommend this place 100 times out of 100. Thank you so much for everything you did for me.

After getting the speeding ticket back in mid-October, my "strategy" was going to be to just mail in my payment for the fine/court costs, but my insurance agent stated that's the absolute worst strategy. She said that I'd be receiving some law firm solicitations and that it would significantly be in my financial best interests to invest in an attorney. I received four solicitations, and the one from iticket.law struck me as the best of the offers received. I don't think I could be any more impressed with Hatley Law and their handling of my citation. While I guess I could have spoken with my attorney on the phone, there was no need to. Every aspect of my case was handled via the firm's online site and by email. To my eventual relief, I received a text on Christmas Eve that my case had been closed with a negotiated reduction to an Improper Equipment (IE) violation and no license points or insurance premium increase. Hatley Law is the way to go. From their ingenious online site to their YouTube videos that explain strategies for handling your citation, Hatley Law is fantastic.

I left a negative review on google and it was immediately deleted, I guess that's how they have over 7,000 positive reviews and no negative or neutral. I paid the fee and sent them information about my bogus speeding ticket. I was immediately flooded with generic emails referencing my case number but basically copy and paste. They did nothing to help, they sent me an email and said they could get the mph lowered and I immediately said no. I wasn't speeding so if that's the best you can do then I will appeal. They accepted that deal from the court without my authorization and left me responsible for a $216.00 fine plus their fees and no way to appeal. Anyone could have walked in and did that, I did not need to pay to get that done. These people are useless in my opinion and I am writing this in hopes I save at least one person the trouble and expense that I have for nothing. They have 1000's of positive reviews because the negative ones and neutral ones disappear. I would never recommend these people to anyone and I am hoping this platform is somewhere they can't manipulate

My youngest son received a ticket in NC going 73/50. Living in CA, I was nervous about him attending court by himself and planned to fly out to attend court with him.
