I had the pleasure of being served by Nyoka. Her service was above and beyond, an immaculate professional. I also appreciated the service of the additional staff - from the security guard and snack bar attendant, to the two young women (one had a head wrap and piercing, the other had a ponytail - wish I got everyones names) behind the counter. The staff really made this place feel welcoming, and I would return because of their service alone. The smoke room - particularly the treehouse room - was my chill spot for the day. Highly recommend!

I called before going and the young lady was quite professional but relaxed she wasn't uptight or anything. Super helpful and when I arrived she was also the person who assisted me with registering and selecting my pre rolls which were on special. I love 💘 the products as well. I'm definitely going back

Very cool experience and a glimpse into the future of cannabis cafes. Itopia was actually the third dispensary I visited in Jamaica and I was blown away by the experience. The seed to shelve strains they offer smoke really well and I was fascinated to learn how the supply chain system differs from the one that Canada operates under. Big ups to the Itopia staff for the tour and letting me nerd out a bit with them!

Love Itopia since it’s inception. The decor and the ambiance of their smoke rooms are the best in the island. Customer service is always top notch. For eg I called once and there was no answer and a rep actually called me bk I was SHOCKED! They never drop the ball and are always supporting local artists which I appreciate. Went by today and I got their Christmas barrel special and lemme just say the marketing team did a great job on the concept and packaging. Itopia is truly an experience, love the vibe from the staff and the environs. Its real wholesome and gives a real genuine vibe. Medical marijuana is so underrated and the way Itopia presents it is truly unique. It is the whole package, kickback, chill spot, endz and clinic provided in a slow pace so you can actually enjoy your marijuana and company without feeling rushed or burndensome.

First of all, the weed is great! They have a really nice venue... it has a chill vibe that makes you want to stay there. It's a wonderful experience
