An endless boat ride through a chorus that haunts even the bravest adventurers. The sets feel dated, the song loops like a cursed bard’s tune, and the journey drags on far longer than it should. Unless you’re under five or charmed by nostalgia, steer your vessel elsewhere.

Greg Eakins

Google
A fun, low-key ride for kids with music that feels like a drill to the head for those of us that can't do simple, annoying music on repeat. Much like other Disney rides, you float through this ride very slowly and look at all the stuff that kind of moves around. All while listening to "It's a Small World" over and over again. They have a huge capacity, so they can really scoot people through this ride even if the line is long.

Leon Barnfield

Google
What a fantastic ride for children and adults both alike. This is a water ride where you go around a series of different areas from around the world with lots of singing and the song will definitely get into your head at the end of the ride.

Google
It's a Small World is a classic low frills log ride through a celebration of the world's various cultures and countries, represented by little dolls. The ride is one of the more popular rides, and usually has a long line. The staff move it along quite quick though, and the ride vehicles have a lot of space for multiple guests making it easier to move people along. The ride itself is fine. It moves slow so you can experience the whole thing. It continuously plays the same song over and over again, which can get annoying to some. Overall it is still a fun ride to go on.

Chris Catto

Google
A classic fun easy nice ride that plays the song & puts me it a great peace loving mood. I’d highly recommend going on this ride with the family. If it’s summer it’s a little cool break too. It is one of my favorite rides in the park!

Google
It’s a small world is an absolutely must do ride for people of any age group. It’s a really cute little boat ride with all the children of the world dressed in bright local outfits. You will also get a song that will run through your mind the rest of the day.

Dede King

Google
A favorite since my childhood, I smile and relax anytime I board this ride. An older ride, it still maintains its magic. Nice ride through numerous countries. The song is a lovely reminder of past times. Each boat holds a good amount so it is consistently moving. Still an A+ for me!

Matthew Melton

Google
It’s a classic ride to do. The animatronics are still going strong. It is a little bit outdated. The song does stay with you throughout the ride and you’ll be thinking of it for a while but it has a good melody and message from when it opened from the 1964 world’s fair. It’s a ride to do on a rainy or hot day when it’s not too crowded.

Yelp
This has been one of my favorite rides for over 40 years! It feels like disney magic when you are enjoying this boat ride through a doll village around the world . Disney cast members are always so friendly and full of magic at this ride compared to others as every adult because a kid again on this ride. No matter the wait time, we will always make this the first stop while visiting the magic kingdom !

Yelp
It's in Fantasyland, and it's actually one of the first rides to open at 8:30 am during the early entry period. It happened to be temporarily unavailable when we arrived. But fear not, Peter Pan's Flight is right across from it and also opens at the same time. After finishing the first ride, we lucked out. It's a Small World just happened to be open with no wait. It didn't take long to hop in the boat and enjoy the ride. But wait. I thought it had been updated since the last time I was there. Sadly, no. It might have received a new paint job, but it was the same ride from 16 years ago. Not a bad thing if you're into nostalgia. It's a great place to see dolls dressed in each country's traditional attire. Did you know that the seamstresses at Disney hand sewed all the costumes using that country's materials? That's pretty cool! I remember when my brother sent me dolls from Germany. Yeah, it's a girly thing. But I must say, the ride did bring back many memories for my husband as well. I did notice one thing different at the end of the ride. Make sure you look up at the screens when you start seeing "Goodbye" in many languages. Magicband users will see their names on the screen. Let's face it. It's a catchy song that brings the whole world together. A little corny, but fun. It's not Fantasyland without It's a Small World.

Yelp
Unfortunately this is my least favorite ride at Disney. It's probably cute or scary if you're a kid. As an adult, I kept asking myself why I subjected myself to this ride since it's repetitive and seems long. Basically the ride takes you through different cultures of kids around the world to give the riders a different perspective on how others lead their lives and maybe inspire them to be the change they wish to see so that we can live harmoniously. The only part I like or find exciting is the Asian/Pacific Islanders section. The music tempo and vibe changes although a lot of the animatronics and backgrounds are stereotypical from a certain era of thought. It would be a much better ride if the ride aged to the present since many of the cultures shown no longer live a certain way. I know it's a kids ride and the ride has been there forever, but times are changing and I hope this ride keeps up with the winds of change instead of being stuck in the past.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a slow boat ride that goes through different countries and cultures. The song is played in all different languages and it's overall a corny ride with a classic anthem striving for world peace. The part of the song where it goes "It's a small world after all" is catchy... addictingly catchy. You might catch yourself repeating it for the rest of the day and annoying the rest of your group (personal experience).

Yelp
It's a Small World is one of my favorite rides in Magic Kingdom at Disney World. The ride is located in Fantasyland, directly across from Peter Pan's ride. If you're eating at the Pinocchio Village Haus, you'll be able to see the Small World ride and wait queue line. The queue line moves quick. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for this ride, on the standard walk-in, non-lightning lane. This is a slow, classic boat ride. You'll embark on a journey, visiting various countries and regions around the world! You'll also see some Disney characters throughout the ride such as Alice from Alice in Wonderland, Aladdin, and much more! This ride is relatively lengthy, approximately 15 minutes long. Be prepared to get the song stuck in your head for your entire Disney trip though! This is a classic and a must do ride at least once!

Yelp
MAGIC KINGDOM CLASSIC It's a Small World (Fantasyland) is a Magic Kingdom classic that has not changed over the years. This relaxing (unless the music drives you batty) and slow moving 10 minute ride often has a short wait time and the line moves fast. Hop on for a break from the heat or rain or do it at the end of the day when it may be a walk-on.

Yelp
I am very late posting this review, It was not intentional actually! I did post a review of Magic Kingdom but didn't realize there is a separate section for It's a small world itself . So this is probably one of my favorite in Magic kingdom! I felt & acted like a child there lol. Even my teenage son had fun & he did complain about being too long ! But definitely a must see & experience for kids! You got to enjoy different part of the world in one place . The colors, the cultures, the lights are really magical. It is getting little messed up, they need to fix it up. But I actually enjoyed the whole ride & took a lots of pictures & recorded a ton of videos! So if it's your first time at Magic Kingdom you definitely don't wanna miss this.

Yelp
This is a classic ride that makes an appearance at many of the Disney theme parks throughout the world. It's a slow moving boat ride with no fear of motion sickness. It's a fun game to go through and see what countries you can name and admire the various forms of cultural dress that appear. There are some slight musical variations as you make your way around the globe so keep an ear out for that. The ride is showing a little bit of wear and tear. There were a few animatronics that weren't completely functional but maybe even added to the ride. One hippo was "derpified" and somewhere else, a hula girl was phoning it in on her shift. It's still a must ride (at least once) to get that true Disney experience.
google avatar

Shelbi G.

Yelp
Who doesn't love this ride? And the song that gets stuck in your head the rest of the day! This is a great Group ride and is again friendly for all ages. Also a nice way to relax for a few minutes from the busyness of the park.

Yelp
The quintessential Disneyworld ride! After rope drop and breakfast, this was the first ride we went to - mind you, we had Genie+ for our day, so we're going to be ping ponging around a bit, but no matter what It's a Small World is a MUST RIDE at Disney and no trip is complete without it! It's a very tame, relaxing boat ride "around the world" filled with dancing statue/puppet/animatronics. It's comical, it's camp, it's perfection. Banger of a song, on repeat just how I like it. 10/10 forever for It's a Small World!
google avatar

Winny L.

Yelp
It's a world of laughter....yes It's a Small World indeed! One of the most popular rides in Magic Kingdom for kids of all ages.. Where else can you visit so many countries and hear It's a Small World in different languages and see the costumes as well. It's very fun ride except if you get stuck for awhile...LOL Relaxing while one can sit for a nice ride to relax...but please stay seated and keep all hands and feet in the boat at all times. Enjoy the ride!

Yelp
It's a Small World is a Walt Disney world classic ride located in the Magic kingdom park. It's a boat ride that takes you through singing animatronics from several different countries as they all sing it's a small world. While one of the most internationally recognized rides of all time it also has a reputation for being the most annoying. The song on repeat can get old and of people do not like little doll figures than this ride is your worst nightmare. Personally I think it's kinda interesting. There is so much animatronics and sights to see on This ride that I feel like I see something new every-time. I will say on my most recent visit this was my 2 year olds favorite ride of the 4 parks. She was fired up and excited by the singing and what she called "babies" all around her. Overall a classic and simple ride with lots to take in. Ride is for all ages and sizes and has a hit or miss wait time. At certain parts of the day it can be over and hour wait but at other times you can walk straight on the ride.
google avatar

Yelp
If you want the complete Disney experience, then you have to ride this ride. If you don't know the song, you will after riding this ride. The lines are typically not overly long, so if anything, it can be a break from the heat. It's another sit in a boat and ride slowly around looking at stuff ride. It's easy on and easy off The "dolls" throughout the ride are definitely out-of-date and some look a bit creepy, but the message of international unity and that we're all humans on this planet is a message everyone can be reminded of. We can all love hating that F'ing song together! #UnitedAfterAll

Yelp
If you're going to get on this ride make it first. It is very hard to keep any child's attention on this ride if you have already been on roller coasters or through the exciting shows and rides. It's a small world is a classic but it can also be torture listening to your kids keep asking when is this ride going to be done or I'm bored or when are we riding the next coaster! If you want to experience this one I really suggest making it a first ride and then off to the exciting stuff...
google avatar

Rachelle P.

Yelp
This classic ride for all ages is a must when visiting Disney! "It's a Small World" is sung in many different languages by children and shows we may look and talk different, but it's a small world, we're all human and should be treated equally! A great message to spread not only for children, but adults alike. I would HIGHLY recommend hopping aboard this fun boat ride to celebrate all the cultures and traditions around the world and we're definitely looking forward to returning to see more!

Yelp
Who doesn't love this ride?????? So much to look at and enjoy, along with an endless song of Its a Small World. Every time I go I feel I see something new. Definitely a Disney must.

Yelp
What's there to be said about this classic ride that hasn't already been said? Yes, the song will be stuck in your head. Even when we were waiting in line I found myself getting annoyed at people singing it! I myself also sang it however... it's impossible not to! Once you're on the ride the boats sway magically over the shallow water track and it is a nice respite for tired feet. Pros: -Very inclusive ride for the whole family - my mom who doesn't like roller coasters and gets motion sickness anywhere can do this ride -Short Line- easily fill in time between your next lightning lane time slot -Costuming is incredibly detailed -Animatronics are synced up well with music As a musician, I also appreciated that the song changes when you go through the different countries to include instruments from those places. It's a nice subtle touch. Cons -Song will be stuck in your head, you better like it for a while. -You might get children screaming in your ear excitedly looking at the ride. -Waiting in line feels claustrophobic at times- lanes are narrow and separated by very tall plexiglass Overall this is such a classic ride it's hard to pass up, especially when the standby wait time is short. One question I'd like to leave you with- how do they clean the dolls' costumes?! Seems like a lot of work, do you think they have them dry cleaned?

Yelp
"It's a small world" is one of 4 attractions introduced by Walt Disney at the New York World's fair in 1964. Large boats are handicapped accessible. It was introduced at Disneyland and was one of the original rides at the Magic Kingdom. Outside the attraction the smiling clock greets you as you get ready to cruise on the happiest ship on the planet. Inside the famous "Small world song" is sung in different languages as you watch miniature dolls from all over the world display their native cultures and surroundings. Check out the ride closely. They have added new dolls such as the Israeli wedding. So adorable! Each room features a different country theme whether it is Europe, South America, Africa, the Pacific islands. This ride never stops being an amazing and heartwarming ride. Love the kids on the elephant as you exit one room to another, the Indian dolls in front of the Taj Mahal, so much to see and enjoy! The finale room puts all the dolls in white garments at a carnival showing unity throughout the world. Farewell signs in different languages bid you goodbye and come again as you sail out of the attraction. It's wonderful to enjoy a blast from the past and am glad they have kept this ride. It will never stop enchanting children. Located in Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom.

Yelp
A lot of people don't like this ride because of the song. It's relaxing and fun. All ages can go on it. The boats hold a lot of people so the line moves quickly. There is never a super long wait. It's also a good ride to get off your feet and out of the heat.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
This is my granddaughters favorite ride. This ride is slow and steady on a boat while listening to the song "It's a small world." It can get a bit redundant after a while. As your boat floats through a tunnel, it takes you through different countries where you see little animatronic dolls dress in that region (North America into Asia). I like the transitioning. You will either be bored, creeped out by the animatronic dolls or fascinated!
google avatar

Benny H.

Yelp
Nice, but not as impressive as the Disneyland version. I missed it the first time, because the entry is small. Still one of the most relaxing rides in the park. Come here for a nice break and enjoy the show.

Yelp
My family and I went to Disney World three weeks ago. I bought some Dole Whip Floats at Aloha (on Saturday afternoon) and Angela was pretty rude and condescending towards us. Inside It's a Small World, Ashley was very rude and condescending to me. I spent a lot of money to be out there. I was there to have a good time, not to be treated like I was being paid to be there. I'm from So Cal and have gone to Disneyland every year since I was a child. I used to have an annual pass. I love Disney. We were a party of six adults and two children spending the weekend there at Disney World. We were celebrating two birthdays on Saturday. The way I was treated by Ashley ruined the day for me. This place is supposed to be magical. It's supposed to be the happiest place in the world. I felt no magic and no happiness because of Ashley. The customer service at Disneyland is always good. Staff there are friendly and courteous and smile at guests. Ashley was unfriendly and rude and had a very nasty attitude. I don't know if she's just racist, but she should not be working there if that's how she treats guests. I will never go there again if nothing is done about Ashley. The fact that it was raining so hard that afternoon already made the day hard for us walking around. We were trying to make the of it. Instead trying to make guests feel better, she destroyed any chance I had to enjoy the rest of the day. It's a Small World has been one of my favorite rides since I was a kid and I have very fond memories of it, but I was not able to enjoy the ride that day because Ashley made me so upset. It's not just money we were spending to be out there. We were also taking time away from work and school. I'm a full-time graduate student at USF and I was taking precious time away from my studies to be there. This was supposed to be a fun and happy day that I was looking forward to for a while. Ashley ruined it for me. We spent our second day at Animal Kingdom. The staff there was much more knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional than Ashley inside It's a Small World was. They were immediately able to show me how to find my pass on the app unlike Ashley who blames and mistreats guests for her own incompetence. This family trip should have created some lifelong memories. Unfortunately, those memories are tainted by how Ashley mistreated me.

Yelp
Such a classic old school ride. It brings a lot of nostalgia to us over 40 peeps. I still remember as a kid coming and on a hot day boy did she look forward to that 10 minutes in the air conditioning. The boat ride is smooth and hearing all the songs and seeing all the different clothing from different countries was cool. To kids now days I'm sure depending on age it's still probably pretty cool, but to the older kids may seem a bit boring. I'd ride it myself just to get some rest time and cool down.

Yelp
The last time I rode It's a Small World was back in 2003 when I visited Disneyland as a six year old child. Nineteen years later and visiting Disney World for the first time as a 25 year old adult, I knew I had to check this ride out. Everyone and anyone knows that It's a Small World is a classic at Disney and it's a must-ride regardless of what age you are. I will say compared to the one in Disneyland, the entrance is a bit underwhelming but don't let that fool you as the ride is still a great experience! We waited around 45 minutes to get on the ride but it was well worth it -- you ride a boat that goes around multiple rooms and you'll see a bunch of costumes that are borderline creepy but they all represent different countries of the world. They also all sing different languages so you get to see a bunch of different cultures mesh into one big ride! It's not a thrill ride in any way but it's indoors -- it's a great way to relax and the experience I personally have to say is phenomenal so it's definitely worth checking out. It's also fun to try to guess what country the dolls are representing. Oh and of course -- you'll be humming that song all day long as it truly is addicting.
google avatar

Stacy K.

Yelp
This is my childhood and my kids' childhood. Even as they are older now they still want to wait in line and see and hear the happiness. We incorporate this tune so often in our everyday lives, this ride is just a part of us and a part of the Disney experience. If you have never been, this is obviously a must-do at least once kind of ride. If you are a fan, this is an every time you visit kind of ride. It is just so positive and happy, you need a dose of that from time to time and a small boat ride to take you away from the every day grind. How can this ride not brighten your day?
google avatar

Nikki S.

Yelp
Must go on this ride. The song will be stuck in your head. Look around for hidden Mickeys.

Yelp
Magic Kingdom (Orlando) FANTASYLAND I love this classic Disney ride! Why else would we be in line for one of the most beloved attractions around the park but for one thing! To take a break from the heat and relax the feet even for just precious 13 minutes! Just kidding! No, for real. This water based ride can be found in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom (Disneyland in California) and this ride consistently has a rather lengthy wait time... AND FastPass+ is available. For awhile last year it has been rumored throughout the "kingdom" that the ride was closing but until just last week when we rode the boat ride attraction it was still in operation. It was supposed to be replaced by an attraction themed after Disney's "Tangled" but Disney has yet to confirm. Oh well... if you have not experienced It's a Small World (yet) it's a slow boat ride that takes guests for a tour around the globe. I found Philippines... I was looking for her doll in Asia but I think she was by herself with Tahiti and the other Islands. I could be wrong but her costume looked like the native traditional Maria Clara gown so I'm almost positive it's Philippines. I can never find her in Disneyland and I'm not about to keep riding that attraction just to look for her. Now let's all sing it... It's a world of laughter A world of tears It's a world of hopes And a world of fears There's so much that we share That it's time we're aware It's a small world after all :) Now that I got the song in your head have a fantastic Sunday Funday, Yelp Friends! Review #1435

Yelp
A classic. One of the original rides at DisneyWorld and it shows. Kinda creepy if you ask me. Relaxing boat ride to cool off from the heat and humidity. This song will get stuck in your head. You may have nightmares if you're not a fan of Chucky.
google avatar

Matt F.

Yelp
It's a never ending ride after all. Yes, I know it's a "classic" ride, but it's almost torturous and I can see why now that it's made fun of and why a lot of people don't like to go on here when you can go on other and probably better rides. The song will get stuck in your head and the ride seems like it takes a very long time. It's slow, but if you're looking to just take a break and sit, then this is fine for that. I always avoided going to this ride in Disneyland - though there looks much better outer appearance wise than this version in Magic Kingdom at Disney World. At Disneyland, the front looked impressive and always had long lines. Here, I just passed by before I realized what it was. You're in a "boat" and slowly you go from room to room to room to room to room while the same song plays over and over and over and over again. You see the different cultures of the world and of course being Disney, everything looks great and is maintained well. Visually, the ride is very good. It is a "classic", so doing this ride once should be on any park goer's agenda. For people who frequent the parks enough, I could see the repeats. I always wanted to go on here at least once. I don't get to go to either Disney park as often as I would like, so I can't see wasting another time here when I could always do something else. Whether it's in Magic Kingdom Disney World or at Disneyland, if you haven't been on here before it's worth going once. The ride is in both parks, though not sure if it's the exact same since I never did the California version. Located in the Fantasyland area of Magic Kingdom.

Yelp
Classic. Brings you back to your childhood and great to pass the tradition of enjoying this ride with your own children. I've been riding it since I was little and plan to continue the tradition with kids of my own Quick and simple ride but so cute!

Yelp
Can't lie. Just came here because I've watched a couple conspiracy theory videos on this ride LOL. With my friend in a wheelchair, we were taken care of per usual. The boats fit quite a few people and the castle like decorations at the entrance are really pretty. Slow moving ride that's a bit longer than usual, so definitely visit if you want a little break. Nice "world tour" though the dolls are a tad creepy. The song will more than likely get stuck in your head because I mean it is a small world after all...right?
google avatar

Alexa S.

Yelp
This ride is so slow, but is a classic. The song will for sure get stuck in your head. It's a nice relief from the heat for sure. This would be good to do with children (I think...although it may put the adults to sleep...). You ride a boat super slowly through different "countries" while the sing a song. They have an alternative entrance for wheel chairs and you have to transfer from your chair to the boat.
google avatar

Marianne W.

Yelp
It's a Small World is a necessary ride when you start bringing your child to the park at age three. Especially since I have a daughter and she loved the cute little children. There's a message here for the world. I used it as a learning tool for my child. Children live what they learn. I'm a fan of the ride when you're bringing small children. I like the calm peaceful rides best anyway. If I had grandchildren I'd be right back on the ride!
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
I absolutely cannot stand this ride. For several reasons. Unfortunately, this is the first thing that pops in my head when I think of Disney. The dolls are incredibly creepy and that song is annoying and it will be stuck in your head ALL day. It's a very slow ride, so I guess the one plus is kids of most any age can ride it.
google avatar

Yelp
Classic Disney Ride Since opening day at Magic Kingdom, It's A Small World has brought a smile to millions at Walt Disney World. Originally designed for the 1964 New York World's Fair UNICEF pavilion, the technology developed laid the foundation for future rides at Disneyland, such as Pirates of the Caribbean. (Special ride for our family as my middle daughter exited this ride in Disneyland when she was 9 months, stood up and took her first steps. She did not want to sit in her stroller the rest of the day!) Hints: We grabbed a fast pass for this while we were waiting in line for another ride and then walked right on. Look for your name at the end of the ride.
google avatar

Michelle R.

Yelp
Sorry Magic Kingdom, but your small world pales compared to Disneyland's. The queue is dark and somewhat claustrophobic, and the ride itself seems so short. Maybe because its part of Fantasyland, not a stand alone like at DLR? Its a ride to get out of the sun (or rain) and to rest.. but if you want a more complete ride, go to Disneyland instead.
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
This is one of my cherished Disney rides from childhood! However, after going to Disneyland in 2016, I have to say California does this one a LOT better. The Anaheim ride is actually updated a little with newer characters like Lilo and Stitch, plus the entrance is quite grand in comparison to this one. Don't get me wrong, the bones are still quite similar. I think the attempts to make modernizations are a wonderful thing since this ride is from the early 70's. Plus the CA one gets a Christmas overlay in the ride, unfortunately none of that is done here. This isn't a wild ride by any means, it's a smooth boat ride through a sea of dolls. I may sometimes refer to these animatronics as creepy. This ride has a special place in my heart, but man, it feels dated and drab. The entrance to this ride in FL is nothing special. I think this ride needs some modernization, it felt old when I was a kid in the late 80's. This ride must feel antiquated to the youth of today. WDW, please tweak this ride and freshen it up!

Yelp
Is there a ride at Disney that's more classic?! This boat ride ropes through singing dolls from around the world and is super joyful. This boat ride is also flat the entire way, so is very kid-friendly. It's one of the rides that has been here the longest, so you have to ride it at least once for tradition's sake.

Yelp
Covered line waiting! Not usually a long line. Many folks fit on a boat. Not a wild ride. Calming.

Yelp
I was disappointed and borderline upset since It's a Small World is my favorite ride at Disneyland, but it's not the same here. First, I was underwhelmed with their easy-to-miss location, not an extravagant entrance like Disneyland's original version. The ride is not the same too, there's a lot missing. I don't know why reviews are stating the ride is identical, it is not! Maybe the theme and looping song is the same, but even the ride is a clear downgrade in comparison. Perhaps this is a good wannabe version to experience at least once. It's a great option to get out of the sun and relax the feet while on an indoor boat ride, but I won't be disappointed if I skip this ride in the future.

Yelp
A ride that has stood the test of time! And who doesn't know the song? It's only sung 100x while you're on the ride. Standby times stay fairly low so I'd recommend not reserving a fast pass for this ride. As a boat ride it's also good for all ages and is a nice length as the boat visits all the countries. No splashes or drops on this one, just smooth sailing. If time allows go through twice when you visit the park. It's hard to see everything during the first ride.

Yelp
This ride is classic Disney. It was put in the park in 1971 so I have fond memories of it from my childhood. The last time I rode it my daughter was five. She was the perfect age for it and I was so excited for her to see it. Unfortunately the man in front of us on the boat was not as delighted to be there and ruined the ride by dropping F bombs every few seconds regardless of the fact that there was a child behind him. He would not stop the entire ride. After that I lost my taste for it. Fast forward to Friday night and my daughter and I found ourselves standing between it and Peter Pan's Flight right before the park closed. To my surprise my 17 year old daughter wanted to ride it. So we climbed into the last boat of the evening and started my nostalgic journey down memory lane. My daughter had been abroad for the first time recently so we especially liked the vignettes of London and Paris. The dolls and their animal friends are adorable as you make your way around the world. The finale is a large room where all the nationalities of dolls are dressed in white and riding carnival rides. It was our last ride and it ended our trip on a sweet note. Later on I found out she live streamed the ride and called it torture. I think she secretly like it though. I would recommend this ride to first time Disney guests, families with small children, or if there is no wait.

Yelp
Could you imagine opening a theme park today and having this as one of the attractions? The only thing this has going for it is nostalgia for those who have been going to Disney for the past 50 years. Time to let it go. The ride is dated and worn out. I lost count of all the burned out light bulbs and I'll have visions of dancing, singing robotic dolls burned into my brain for the rest of my life.

Yelp
Opinion of the Ride: - This is definitely a classic ride. I remember coming here 20 years ago and things haven't changed a bit (except maybe the song wasn't in all the different languages back then). - During the entire boat ride, the theme song perpetually repeats. It's cute for awhile but imagine getting stuck in there: You're surrounded by what eventually becomes creepy dolls which don't stop singing in a never ending nightmare. - It's worth going on this ride just to say you've been on it. - The best part of the ride is being able to play "guess which country that is", so bring friends who will enjoy the game with you! Fast Pass (FP+) or Not: - Super low priority. There's plenty of rides with much longer wait times (Peter Pan, Seven Dwarves, Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear).

Yelp
To me, every ride in Disney is a "must-do", I basically try to skip nothing because everything is so well executed and magical. If I had to pick a ride to skip, this would probably be it, just because it is one of the "least Disney-ish" thing in the park. I know its Disney in that it is a classic, but it doesn't have any beloved Disney characters which is what I really look for in my Disney park time. Nevertheless, I still enjoy the ride, and it ends up being a pretty lengthy ride because the boats move so slowly and pile up at the end for embarkation/disembarkation. Be prepared to be singing the song in your head all day!

Yelp
This is an oldie but a goodie! Yes the song gets stuck in your head; but it's a cute, upbeat, and relaxing ride. There's never too long of a line to wait and it's a great way to wind down & float through all the different lands and enjoy the a.c. for a while. There's no height requirement and it can easily accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. Plus it has so many cute, colorful animals. Everyone needs to ride on It's a Small World at least once when they are visiting the Magic Kingdom.

Yelp
My favorite "ride" in all on the world, the small world it is. No, it's not really a "ride", it's just cart that floats through sceneries based on the quirky song and features from several cultures throughout the world. I remember it from my childhood. Actually, it's the only ride that I remember from my childhood. Yes, it's old. Yes, some might think it's corny. Those people shouldn't even be in Magic Kingdom then. The one in California is almost identical. This one is located in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom. Both have long lines. See, I'm not the only one who loves it.

Yelp
It's a Disney classic with a catchy tune and a great message. It's also a nice ride to get out of the sun and to get off of your feet for a while. Unlike the ride at Disneyland, this version is sort of hidden and somewhat underground. If you don't have a park map, you just might walk right past it! The clock will open up every half hour.

Yelp
50+ years ago I loved this ride and still do. Innocence and joy for me and so needed in the World! Enjoy and the AC is awesome in the summer...you will thank me.
