Great food, beautiful sunset views, and thoughtful setup that made this place feel upscale. Service was a bit slow but we had no reservation and they still seated us, we came post hurricane when several other restaurants still weren’t up and running, our waitress was working very hard, and the food was worth the wait. With the stunning views, we were in no rush anyway. We got the trio appetizer, lobster pasta special, and chicken parmesan - all delicious.

Ivan’s has the best food I’ve had in Jamaica — smells great from the moment you step in! My partner and I ordered the curry goat and jerk platter. Both were perfectly seasoned and cooked. We thought portions were great and we left full. Our only complaint is the food took a bit to arrive — but was well worth the wait. Simply delicious. The drinks were also wonderful and arrived fast. We got the sour soup juice, dirty banana, and pina colada. Overall, great food and experience. View was stunning!

What can I say this place is amazing, amazing , amazing. The food is awesome the staff is always on point and great you with a smile and the view, wow 100 out of 10. We have been coming here for years. We have stayed at the resort this is located in before however most of the times we are staying at an all inclusive and still chose every year to come for dinner. We always call or email before our trip and make reservations. Ivan's will send a driver to pick you up at your hotel and bring you back. We are always taken care of and just love the food.

While the restaurant is good and the ocean right next to it with good views, its sad that you are still not allowed to get in there despite buying drinks at the restaurant. Apparently its only for hotel guests, i don't know how are the hotels allowed to own oceans, i understand the land property, but ocean?

the views are amazing, food is delicious and the staff very nice. however, the overall waiting time for the main dish was 1.5 hrs. people are leaving frustrated. but if you have the time & patience, you won’t regret the wait.

We loved our experience here. The pineapple snapper was the best bite I had my whole trip. We also really loved both shrimp appetizers, and the soup upon welcome was amazing. While we didn’t have a reservation (highly recommend one esp during peak season) they sat us at a beautiful table overlooking the water. Our server and the bartender were both friendly. The atmosphere is amazing, and as the sun sets they have lights strung throughout. The property welcomes you with a cute garden area you walk through and there is a small parking lot on site.

Eating at Ivan’s was a wonderful experience! The staff made us feel well taken care of, and everyone was so kind. And the food? Absolutely delicious. The only downside was the wait time, so be prepared to wait a bit for your meal. But once the food arrives, the flavor makes it worth it. Special shoutout to Paul, who was especially pleasant and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Ivan’s to anyone visiting Negril!

The best place to eat in Negril!! My friend and I stayed at Catcha Falling Star and ate at Ivan's 3 times during our stay. The food was phenomenal every single time! All the servers were awesome! The view was extraordinary also!
