Tucked away on the outskirts of Tokyo, this kakigori shop is absolutely worth the journey. It is not the usual traditional kakigori and leans more towards a bingsu style, yet it still incorporates Japanese elements and the freshest seasonal fruits. Every bowl is beautifully crafted and incredibly refreshing, even in winter.
I came alone and ended up having multiple bowls in one sitting because each flavour was that good. I would happily return when I am back in Tokyo. A must-visit for anyone who loves kakigori or simply enjoys thoughtful, delicious desserts. Highly recommended!
