The hotel is in a great location and the amenities are fantastic. Staff are super friendly and helpful. You'll want an upper floor but if you're not looking to spend all your time in the room, it is a perfect base to explore the area. The roof top lounge is a nice way to spend a lazy day pool side with drinks/food delivered from the on-site restaurant.

Fantastic Location and Exceptional Service!!! The location is absolutely perfect—convenient and close to everything we need. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We experienced a booking issue that was the fault of the third-party agency (Booking.com). We had reserved a room with direct pool access via a “partner offer,” but the booking platform only processed a standard deluxe room. Despite this, the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. After a few conversations, the reception team checked with the manager and kindly upgraded us to the correct room type without any extra charge. Their attitude throughout was warm, professional, and accommodating. ++The room with direct access to the pool is stunning and a major highlight of the property. The room itself was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Overall, we’re very very happy with our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended! :)

I had a wonderful stay at Ize Hotel in Seminyak. The location is excellent – right in the heart of Seminyak, with restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. It also felt safe and lively in the evenings, which made exploring the area very convenient. Special thanks to Dewi and Ema for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. They were always so kind and helpful, making me feel truly welcome from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, both in the room and in the common areas, which made my stay extra comfortable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel in Seminyak with truly amazing staff, I highly recommend Ize Hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights in a room with a jacuzzi. The room was beautiful, modern, and had a lovely ambiance. The location is very central, with plenty of food options nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were always smiling and very friendly, which made the stay welcoming. Breakfast was both buffet and à la carte, and the food was good. However, service at breakfast could be improved — each of the three mornings we had to call the staff several times before they took our order, as they weren’t paying much attention. A couple of things that could have been better: • We weren’t informed that the pool closes at 8 pm, which was disappointing as we had planned for a late swim. • While the room was excellent overall, adding small touches like pool rules in the room would have made it even more comfortable. From the photos I thought there were spaces where one could work like a work lounge, there wasn’t really but the room is spacious and enough space you can work from but the work table height is too high to work comfortably On the positive side, there was no noise at all — I slept like a baby every night, which made the stay extra relaxing. Overall, a lovely modern hotel with great location and friendly staff, but service during breakfast and clearer communication on facilities could be improved.

Pleasant experience in this hotel. Our family of four had two connecting deluxe rooms which were comfortable, well-kept at an affordable price for 4 nights in June. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Seminyak, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and walkable to the beach. Buffet breakfast was decent starting from 7am. Wish can be opened at 6:30am for those with early tours, but there was an option to pre-order a breakfast set the night before. There’s a pool and a small but functional gym available, though we didn’t use the pool. Traffic around the hotel can be quite bad, but then, traffic in Bali in general was challenging meaning best to plan extra travel time for outings and activities. Staff were consistently friendly, warm, and helpful. Overall, IZE Seminyak is a great choice for families and couples looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay in a prime location. We definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent stay in the heart of Seminyak! I had a great experience at IZE Seminyak. The location is perfect — right in the middle of everything — and the service was wonderful. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. I also really enjoyed the hotel’s restaurant — the food was delicious. Overall, an excellent stay. I’d definitely come back!

Best hospitality team and doing their best. Everyone in this team will greet you with smile every single time they see you. From check in greetings to seeing us everyday for 2 weeks everyone greeted the same way. Manager Juli is best example so is her team. We were listened and treated well. Meja Restaurant and their staff were also very polite and always went an extra mile specially with my 3yr old Son. Heating up milk and making oats or room service always with smile. Hotel is on best spot where everything is on your walking distance.

Excellent price and location. All of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They fulfilled every request we had in a timely manner. The location is also very good, with unlimited restaurants, shops, and nightlife right outside the front door. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay at IZE exceptional.
