İzmir Deniz Restaurant

We asked our hotel where to have dinner, and they recommended Deniz Restaurant — and we’re so glad they did! The location is fantastic, right by the sea, offering a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. But what impressed me the most was the staff. The team looking after our table was incredibly attentive and highly professional — they truly elevated our dining experience. The mezes were delicious, especially the samphire (sea beans) — absolutely amazing. And the fried calamari was top-notch. I highly recommend this place!

Went there because of their reviews, worth it, especially their calamari was very fresh, their meze was fresh too. The only issue was their bread, would expect a newly baked bread. The staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is nice for an hour or two.

I have searched for the best fish restaurants in Izmir and this restaurant kept showing on top list so i gave it a try. To be honest the food in Izmir is more expensive than Istanbul we paid almost 150$ for 2 adults 2 kids and we left hungry. They only had 3-4 types of fish to choose from for a fish restaurant. Many varieties on the menu we asked for they said they did not have. A common thing among restaurants in Izmir is that they charge for couvre ( which is basically the use of utensils and plates) such a weird concept in my opinion and never seen it before. Would not recommend it for sure.

I saw this place from a famous YouTuber video, as a tourist in Izmir I wanted to get a taste of Ege cuisine and Im glad I came to this restaurant the food quality and options were great and thanks to everyone in kitchen, however there are some things that really piss me off, first thing was Service, it was slow and highly biased, there were hidden charges which Are Illegal in Turkey like servis fee and charging 200+(7$)for just bringing water and plain bread, overall; the place the food and the atmosphere were great but at this price point and with all these added costs I recommend another place.

Best seafood place in Izmir. 🐟🍽️ Classy restaurant. 👠👞👩🏻👨🏻 Seaside location offers an amazing ambiance especially in the afternoon. 🌊 Fresh meals taste excellent. 👨🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳 Opt for vegetable appetizers. 🥬🌿 Salads are at a different level. 🥗 🧅 🍋 Shrimp and octopus among the musts. 🍤 🦐 🐙 All fish selections will satisfy. 🐠🐋🦈 Staff very friendly and highly professional. 😃🌟👌🏻

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was bland, poorly cooked, and felt like zero care went into it. For the prices they charge, the quality is shocking. There are far better places nearby; save your time and money and go elsewhere.Hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We paid nearly 17000 lira for food that was bland, poorly cooked, and served with zero care. The service was slow and dismissive, like we were inconveniencing them by even being there. For that kind of money, you’d expect quality, but instead it felt like a complete scam

Very very delicious and fresh fish. Friendly staff , We booked a table then we call to delay the reservation, The waiter said to me No worries, keep smiling, the table will wait Stay happy 😁.. All the appetizers where really tasty. We ordered dennis fish and Salomon, plus mix appetizers and green salad, Also we tried the soflei and it was fantastic 👍🏻 Highly recommended and good job.
