The property is located right next to Izumo Station. It has all the elements in high standards expected in a business hotel, a clean and functional room, and what’s more is the cozy ambience / facilities seldom found in a business hotel. It has a big lounge serving free ramen in the evening, with oven, microwave in the common kitchen area that can be used handily. Free drinks including tea and coffee is also there with thousands of comic books for leisure reading in the lounge. Washers and dryers are all free too! Hotel staffs are also very helpful. Highly value for money. A very good choice for all travelers in the area.

The service, cleanliness, and location here are world class. I believe this is supposed to be a business hotel but I think this hotel exceeded my personal’s 6-stars. This hotel doesn’t have an ocean view but it has unlimited ramen bar on second floor from 6:30pm to 10:00pm, and it even has two kinds, 味噌ラーメンand 塩ラーメン, it’s madness. Then there is welcome drink bar on the first floor, and second floor another coffee tea bar. And that’s not even the best part! It has over 700 comic books, free rental pillows, pillows for kids, free rental of kid’s slippers, spa, etc. breakfast is massive, I have never seen such a big all you can see breakfast for a business hotel. I was still full from it at 7pm at night! Food quality was exceeding expectations at a business hotel level. The price is ridiculously affordable at that kind of level. Definitely will go back whenever we can. Highly recommended!!!

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. We had very large rooms, the breakfast was fantastic. They had free tea and coffee and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon, and free ramen on the second floor in the evening . They also had free laundry and a very nice library, and free public bath. It was fantastic. I will be checking for this hotel company in other cities in Japan.

8500JPY on weekends during holiday seasons. It is 1-2 mins walk from the station. The bus from/to the airport departs from #3 stop on the opposite side of the terminal. You can just bypass the station to get to the opposit side, which google map cannot properly guides you as it tries to guide you via road. The room is spacious and has good modern amenities. The servics is goo d. The public bath is also good enough even though it is not a hotspring. The only pity thing about the hotel is the breakfast. Despite the fact that it is only 660JPY, the quality is not good at all. Many kinds of dishes but every single dish is cold and hard and not good at all. The free night ramen is also not good taste at all, not worth trying + the people who serve it are not kind at all. One of people (the hotel employee) was complaining to the customer who returned the box (to go ramen is put in a box and customer should leave the box in their room) which he should have left it in room. But how could she complain that? Gosh, it was really irritating watching and hearing it so I deducted 1 star in addition. The food needs to be really improved. These are the main reason I put only 3 stars overall.

Every thing is satisfying. Very clean, newer, comfortable and just in front of the station.

The hotel is quite convenient just across the road from the JR station. Staff are as expected in Japan always efficient, courteous and helpful even though communicating in English must be difficult at times. The rooms were clean and well presented and catered for all basic needs. This is a standard Japanese business hotel so the rooms, beds and bathrooms are smaller [but still manageable] than what you might see in Western countries but then this is Japan not the US. At the entry for each floor a selection of different pillows, lamps, dehumidifiers and even trouser presses are available to guests. There is a Japanese style bath or onsen for relaxing after a busy day which is complimentary for guests as well as free in room wi fi. There is no on site restaurant [but lots nearby] however a good breakfast is available in the morning. It is buffet style with a mainly Japanese selection. Room rates were surprisingly good value.

The hotel is clean!!|The room is so clean. It is located literally in front of the train station.|But the noise of the train does't bother you. It is quiet. |The view of the mountain from the room I stayed was excellent. 'Izumo' means cloud is emerging. You can see the movements of the clouds on the mountain changing in the early morning. (6:00-7:30) It looks wonderful, quite different from any others.||They have breakfast buffet at the restaurant at 1st floor. The serve Japanese traditional rice, miso soup, eggs, etc, but you can have toast and coffee. If you don't like it, you can have a breakfast by the train station. There are 2 bakery/coffee shops. One is in the train station strip mall. Another one is my favorite! They make German style bread. You buy bread and have a seat with coffee.|

Highly recommended! The onsen has a jacuzzi and free full body massage chair. With the cold water and unlimited free little towels inside, I would happily spend hours in that onsen. The room was wide, with a view of Izumoshi Station. Extra pillows right outside the elevator for those who wish for extra pillows. Coffee and ramen are provided for free. Buffet breakfast is at JPY580, which was good.
