0 stars if possible. Rude, unprofessional and comically stupid. Bought 2 door sweeps earlier today and they didn't match. Returned to store to exchange one to match either of the previously purchased sweeps. Bought a new sweep and walked out, walked in again in less than 1 minute because it was similar but not exact match to either. 3 employees accused me of stealing the second one when I just walked out in front of them AFTER paying. Harassed me for almost 20 minutes since the one braincell they shared made them forget how to use their camera system to prove what I was telling them. I asked them to check their cameras multiple times, they couldn't figure how to operate the camera system while still arguing and accusing me of theft. Will NOT be returning there.

Amazing customer service. I needed to use a drill press in order to finish a project. I was not expecting them to let me use their store drill press but they were nice enough to let me. I tipped the man who helped me use and bought some tools that I needed. Would recommend coming here.

Very nice and helpful. Went to buy a replacement screw and they got their hands dirty and helped me fix my scooter’s pin, at least temporarily until the replacement part came in.

We are regular customers of J&M - it is an excellent hardware store - they have a great selection and Neil, the owner, is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! They always have exactly what we are looking for :)

Unbelievable service, just like the old timers would offer!!! Dan is a man of his word and extremely knowledgeable about all things related to hardware, welding, tooling, and more. Dan has an inexhaustible amount of knowledge. Patronize this place as much and as often as you can... it will always payoff for you!!!!
