A Must-Visit Spot in Arizona – Amazing Wings If you’re ever in town, JT’s Bar and Grill is an absolute must-visit, and you have to try their Medium Spicy “The Works” Wings—easily some of the best wings I’ve ever had! Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of heat. Beyond the food, the service here is top-tier. A huge shoutout to Kate, who made our experience even better with her warm hospitality and great attitude. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and it truly made our visit memorable. If you’re in Arizona, don’t miss out on this spot! Great food, great vibes, and great people. The food is great, especially for the price. I typically get their wings and half order of fries to go, and have a beer or two while I wait. The service is wonderful, just be patient with them as they do get busy but they will get to you. As for the atmosphere here, it's just not for me, it gets especially busy on weekends, crowded and loud. Don't get me wrong, that is definitely the whole point of going out to have that experience at this kind of place.

Had to stop at my favorite wing spot since I was in the neighborhood. These wings were so damn delicious. They are always consistent. Sat at the bar and had a nice movie trivia conversation with a regular. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere was nice, cozy and friendly. I definitely recommend stopping by. Best wings in Phoenix period.

We were super lucky to find this place - on accident. Wings are absolutely delicious!! Drinks are poured like they should be. Yes it’s tight quarters but that’s part of its charm. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood bar. Always packed (well, almost always), they added some extra space and it's welcome. Great crew there, even when crowded the service is more than timely. Good selection of beers and spirits. They're praised for their wings, but they have a wider menu, I love their burgers. Nice patio out front with a view of Camelback. (Pics of the new side.)

Seriously the best wings I've ever had! The chicken was cooked just right the skin crispy from the grill, not greasy at all. We tried the Buffalo medium heat, Teriyaki and The Works for sauces. Idk what's in The Works but it's really amazing unique flavor! Also the medium buffalo was just the right temp, where it wasn't hot, but just enough heat and very flavorful and didn't taste exactly like normal buffalo, but way better! The Teriyaki was tasty too. Really liked their zucchini fries, they weren't soggy and the breading stayed on, and there's something about their ranch thats just really good than store available stuff. Overall 10/10 first time experience for food/atmosphere/service. Server was quick and checked on a few times. It feels/looks very much like an old sports bar with cool vintage memorabilia of pictures and sports signs. Bathrooms really nice as well. Will be back for more great food!

This is a little gem of a spot. Use to be a much smaller space, but more recently they bought the place next door. However, it's to separate locations meaning: the employees & customers have to go in & out of each place, there is no ajoining access other than the front doors to each store front. Also, believe the main kitchen is solely on one side of the building. We arrived on Saturday at about 5PM. It was fairly busy (as again it's a small space) but we were able to get a seat at the outside bar. They did have misters, so it wasn't too bad or to hot that day. Severer arrived promptly and took our drink order, plus we wanted to get their wings. Got 1/2 hot & 1/2 the works. This was definitely a bar I had previously booked marked cause they do their wings just the way we like them: which is fried, sauced, grilled and re-tossed. They were killer! Nice size, cooked & coated perfectly. We ended up splitting the bacon burger. It was juicy, nice pink center and served with some good crispy french fries. The service and staff were so on it! With how pumping this place was; we never ran empty with our beverages and the food ALL came out in a timely manner. During our visit there was a shift change, so we were lucky enough to start with Katie and ended with Lyndsey. They were both great. Super attentive and engaging. Just a pleasant experience over all. This is absolutely a spot we will remember & plan to come back. If you are a lover a delicious wings highly recommended getting them here! Note- Check their website for their hours. Strongly suggest going on off peak hours to avoid the rush and good size group of their regulars.

I've been coming to JT's for the better part of a year, at least weekly. It is, almost without fail, packed to the brim, with seating at a premium, especially for the bar. I have never seen anything other than fantastic service, regardless of whether I was alone at a corner table, at the bar, or introducing the place to friends. The wings, as mentioned in almost every other review, are fantastic - they deserve all their flowers for it. The fry-sauce-grill method they use (with an optional sauce dunk [double dipped] at the end for those who want it) makes it the best wing in AZ, if not that I've ever had. Drinks are quick, pours are good, and their limited draft selection is still a nice cross-section for anyone who casually likes to drink beer. The team as a whole are awesome. I am not a "regular" in the sense of getting special treatment, but they certainly have relationships with the people who are in more often than I. I don't begrudge it, it doesn't take away from my service, and I've never left here unhappy, unless there just wasn't a seat to be had at either inside section or outside. But that's not their fault. I will always pick JT's for sports, for a casual night out with friends, or for fantastic bar eats.

Great little bar. Dare I'd even say, it's divey...for Arcadia. So, it's fine and not divey lol. Mind you that's not a neg for dive bars, I love them too. Found this gem on a long bike ride along the canal. Enjoyed some wings and burger. Both were very tasty. Had a couple drinks and went on our way. Bartender/ server was great, very friendly and checked on us multiple times.

A small spot that lived up to expectations. Voted best wings in the valley, they were absolutely correct. We had half mild buffalo and half The Works. Amazing. We had fries and a 2 beers and all came out to $34. Good deal! Service was great, super attentive and very friendly.

BEST WINGS IVE EVER HAD AND I CANT BELIEVE ITS AT A DIVE BAR!!! The wings are grilled with the perfect amount of sauce! They fell right off the bone. I was in shock. I'd highly reccomend coming here for the wings and a fun dive bar vibe with good service.

Bar none the best wings we have had! Friendly, local vibes as far as service goes, and prices were certainly fair! This is a classic hole in the wall spot with some of the best pub food we've had. They also have great daily specials and happy hour. We will 100% be returning, especially for those wings!!

This is hands down one of the best dive bars in America. Amazing ambiance, food (wings and tacos are great), TVs, local vibes and daily specials. I just wish they'd open before 3pm Mon-Wed (open at noon Thur-Sun). Tiny spot that's always full.

What's up everyone!! Was having a wing fix today and swung by JT's, a first for me and no disappointments. I would've ordered more food but I had one thing in mind. Check it out. JT's Famous Wings - Fresh off the grill, wasn't drowned in sauce (I like both) more of a dry rub and grilled perfectly. I got the Hot, tried the Honey BBQ too (sweet isn't my thing) but very delish!! If you're having a chicken wing craving and are in the area, give em a go, well worth it.

Megan and Katie were the most incredible bartenders, they were so attentive and adorable. I literally loved them and it doesn't change the fact that their wings are insanely delicious and so their fries.

JTs is my go-to for wings. As somebody that loves to eat, JTs has the BEST wings from any restaurant I've ever tried. The women working at this joint serve my girlfriends and I on the weekends. Although the place is usually packed, they're always very friendly and attentive! My friends and I decided to grab wings and a few drinks on a weekday after work for a birthday. The bartender was a larger, white male. He was soooo rude and unpleasant. My friends and I ordered one drink and decided to go someplace else after the bartender threw our IDs and coasters on the counter. He seemed inconvenienced and irritated. I was slightly embarrassed considering I recommended this place to my friends (none of which have ever been to JTs). Still love this place but will only be eating/drinking if the usual girlies are bartending. Shoutout to the amazing women and cooks that make this place what it is. The big man needs an attitude adjustment.

i had jts wings for the first time and i can't stop thinking about it. i mean ive had it before but someone brought them to me and they were like an two hours old before i could try it because i was working. and they were still delicious. but even more delicious because i had them fresh out the kitchen. i think i might die if i don't get to eat them tomorrow. my new fixation for a little bit.

This place rocks! Lookin' for wings and beer and I got exactly that! Monday also had a special on wings and it was just immaculate. Great people, great spot, highly recommend.

Small true hole in the wall Not a big place at all (they do have about 10 seats outside). Luckyily found a table here. There menu is t super huge but I was here for one thing only: The wings. They are sold in 6 or 10 pc and I tried there medium sauce (best one, excellent, spicy, I can't imagine what the hot would be) and the works (I believe it's Buffalo bbq and teriyaki mixed together, it taste more like bbq than anything but is also pretty good). Probably the best meal I had in Arizona and if your in the Phoenix area and want wings, this is the place.

Who doesn't love a good dive bar! We came into JT's to watch the Michigan game and get wings. I've been hearing for a while about how good the wings were here so we finally decided to give it a go. We order the spicy Bbq and they were really good. Unpopular opinion but I'm more of a boneless wing person, but for bone-in wings, I really liked these. The drums had a lot of meet on them! They had a bit too much sauce for me but my boyfriend loved it. I normally dunk my wings in ranch but these were good enough on their own! The onion rings and fried zucchini were both really good too. Really crispy and came out piping hot!! Beware on the fried zucchini- they are so hot that you can easily burn the crap out of your mouth or face when they first come out! The actually bar is pretty small so it can get packed pretty quick. Even though the place was packed when we were there, the wait for food and drinks was not long at all! I really liked this place!

Back to not answering their phones and providing shitty service. Rude waitresses, rude staff. It's shameful because their wings are good, but they only cater to their "regulars" and don't give a shit about earning more business.

Looking for a hamburger (or anything) after visiting a dear friend in the hospital. Would have liked to try this place. We walked in to the waitress making plans with someone. We realize it was later (8:56) and asked if they were serving food and she said kitchen closed at 9. She didn't offer a drink or table. Just seemed like they had no interest in us being there as a customer. Apparently they don't serve food after 9 or close to it.

Friends, if you haven't checked out JT's, you should!!! The food was great and beverages even better!! Had a minor food hiccup, but it was corrected. I received the wrong order and it took a bit long to correct, hence the 4 stars. By the time my correct food came out, my party was almost done eating. The food was good, but the long delay to correct could have been better, especially since it was the kitchen who made the mistake. I've been here before, and the service has been great.

Walking in the place gives nice and cozy, had an attentive female bartender "OG Lindsay" she was great! If I come back I'd only want to deal with her. Ordered Wings ( honey hot, the works.) first bite gave over cooked at first , but Lindsay fixed that right away. The bar back kinda rubbed me wrong using his hand to fill in the ice ‍ but hey some people don't mind cause it's a bar but I do .... Beside that 9/10 for other services.

Great bar food! Wings were exceptional on playoff Sunday. We were able to get table due to a bartender always showing the best customer service . Always the go to in Arcadia.

The Works is the way to go if you're not looking for a spicier option. Throw in a sample platter, and get a great selection of the appetizers. We went with the mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and fries, a classic smattering of bar food, made exactly how it should be. Crunch into a delicious onion ring, with a clean break of the onion and delicious batter. As a mozzarella stick connoisseur, these are a step above the rest: More crunch from a batter instead of a breading, and the perfect cheese pull, with a classic marinara. Crunchy and thin fries with a great taste round out our selection, with draft Scottsdale Blonde and a gorgeous sunset to boot. Keep in mind this is a classic bar. Plan for when you go, as it will be busy and large parties will be scrunched together. The wait is worth it, even if you have to sit on the wall and enjoy the wings. You won't be disappointed

Wings wings wings! I live in Mesa. And I will only come here for wings. I been meaning to try the BLT sandwich. Looks amazing, but the wings call for me. It's a bit small, so get there early and grab a table or you can try to make rsvp. I saw a couple of reserve signs. Great place to grab a pitcher of beer and hangout with your peeps!

The perfect neighborhood hang out. Small, friendly and great bar food, what more can you ask for. The real star of the show here were the wings. Fried nice and crispy and then kissed on the grill for that smoky finish. Absolutely hit up this dive while in town and support local.

My favorite hole-in-the-wall bar! It's tiny, so get there early to get a seat at the bar or a table. Having grown up in the Midwest, this bar makes me feel like I'm back home: dark, lots of TVs, unpretentious, and loaded with lots of locals who know the staff. Came here for some food and drinks on a Sunday before heading out of town. They were super busy when we arrived at 11:30am but, a spot at the bar opened up for us to take with a 15minute wait. For a smaller place, they have a full bar and lots to choose from for food-- we went with the nachos (ground beef which reminded me of childhood) & the wings (fried and then grilled, super tasty). The homey feeling of this place is certainly why they are so busy/seemed like they have tons of regulars. I would absolutely recommend this spot and will be back with my next visit to Phoenix/Arcadia.

Crowded lil bar and grill tucked away in a plaza. We were greeted immediately and told we could sit anywhere we liked. It was packed so we elected to sit outside on the patio bar. Our orders were taken fast and food came out hot. It seemed like a hot place to hangout but the smell of cigarette smoke turned me off. I know we did choose to it outside but being surrounded by smokers was unbearable. The burgers were on special so we ordered a few as well as a taco plate and wings. Food was tasty and hot. Our only complaint about food was wings were a little dry.

Really solid, dive-esq neighborhood bar. This place is truly a neighborhood bar that is welcome to all! They have great drinks, food and staff. My favorite is their wings, which they fry and then finish off on the grill so the outside gets a truly crispy shell. The sauces they have are top notch too.

I am a wing fanatic. Always looking for that wing spot. Well a bartender told me about this place and had to go check it out Went on a Friday after noon say 5ish. Parking lot is small and full. Bar is small but full of character. Within minutes of walking in was greeted by the bartenders with a warm smile and a hi welcome. Great start. Started of with a beer. Mmm frosty ice cold glass and cold beer. Big gold star in my book. Ordered house wings. Forgot what they are called. But they where hot and crispy and delicious. Amazing wings. Amazing service even bought me a beer. Super friendly staff. Made me feel like a regular. Definitely will come back. Kinda did not want to review because I don't want people to find this gem and then becomes so popular I can't have my cold beer and wings . But def try if in the area.

Music, food and service was amazing. Incredible gem off the beating path everyone should know about. Nichole was amazing. Such a great personality. So inviting and on top of it. You just have to keep going back. It's different everytime and vibe the just gets better as you start to see the beatiful people who make up the crowd. Every cut of cloth and no judgment. It really is all that.

wings... no comparison. That service though... incredible. Attentive, honest, and patient. Didn't catch her name, but she was amazing. Couldn't choose which beer I wanted, but she guided me to my selection like a sherpa on Mount Everest. She was obviously busy covering the entire floor, but did so with grace and elegance, checking every so often to constantly make sure we were good. 10/10 would recommend.

My daughter and I were craving wings and found this place on Yelp! Thank goodness for Yelp! The wings are awesome! Definitely a home run! The pace is small so getting a seat is not easy but they have some outdoor Seating! Our bartender (unsure of name) was amazing friendly and great at helping us with what to get! Service is great and the atmosphere is a small town feel and definitely a sports bar! Will definitely be back based in service and the wings!

The bartenders at JT's didn't want to serve us because we were not one of their regular customers. As a Caucasian man, I now understand what if feels like to be treated poorly, that I hear about from some of my friends with different skin color. Usually bars want to make money and welcome all visitors, even those from out of town. Not this place. Stay far away from this place!

I've called this place on four separate occasions and no one answers the phone for take out orders. The line now says if they don't answer it's because it's too busy. It sounds like JT's is too busy for take out orders but doesn't want to admit it. I'm happy to go to Dirt Bags down the street that says they do take out and will actually do take out. Why waste a potential customers time calling if you are never going to answer? Just say you don't do take out.

Recently I was visiting a buddy in Scottsdale. He made a point of telling me we had to check this place out so we went right as they were opening. This is important because it is a small place that fills in fast. He told me the wings were to die for. We managed to snag two bar seats and sure enough the place filled in quick. My friend was not exaggerating. These were some of the best wings I've had in a long time. It was an amazing trip and I got to see a lot of cool places but this place was the most memorable to me simply because their wings were that good.

I absolutely LOVE JTs, the wings and fries are divine! Once you go to JTs, you can never go back to regular wings. I believe they fry the wings, dip it in the sauce you select and then grill them. The flavor is embedded in the wings making it different from any other wings on the market. The place is very small and usually busy, especially if there is a game. I wouldn't try going on the weekends tbh unless you're getting take out and are okay waiting an hour for the wing. The few times I went during the week, I got pretty lucky with seating. Staff is very nice regardless of how busy it is and usually accommodate us and find us the best table. I highly recommend trying this place!! I will definitely be back and continue to talk about JTs once a week

Horrible policy for Super Bowl customers. I arrived at 2:20 and was told I could only order one order of wings (one per person) and I had to eat at the restaurant. All I wanted was 2 orders to take home for my wife and I to watch the game. Meanwhile other orders were stacked along the wall of pre-ordered wings because they ordered prior to 11:00. Lost a sale and customer JT's...dumb business decision.

Whew, it's been 5 years since I wrote a review on JT's so it's time to give my favorite neighborhood spot some more love. Before having a baby, you could literally find us here (with my dad and uncle) almost every Saturday at noon! It is the best little neighborhood dive bar with DELICIOUS wings and other food. Fast forward to April 2020, one baby in, and under stay-at-home orders. We were craving our favorite wings and BLTs. So, we called it in for pick up. They walked it out to our car which was so incredible, especially during this time. The wings, the ranch, and the BLTs were everything that we needed and more! I highly recommend picking up takeout and supporting a great local business right now. We can't wait to go back in real life once things are up and running again! Thank you for being so amazing, always!
