The room we received was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We arrived before check-in and requested the best available room; although we initially booked a room with a balcony, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room. Since it was raining, the lack of a balcony wasn’t an issue at all. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. The room was well cleaned, and the staff even thoughtfully folded our clothes that were lying around 🙂. The restaurant staff were equally friendly and accommodating, making meals very enjoyable. The breakfast was good overall, and they could improve a bit on the egg-style breakfasts to make them even better. We would happily stay at J7 Angkor again and highly recommend it for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Siem Reap.

We enjoyed a wonderful 4-days stay in this elegant hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed both interior and exterior. The staff is the best, they always accommodated anything we requested, including money change, bus booking, etc. They gave us a free upgrade to a nicer garden view room for free because it’s green season and they had the room available. The kitchen staff was also very kind and attentive. We often had leftover foods from outside, but the kitchen always heated up for us. We appreciated their good work and service!

What a fantastic experience. ||We came during the off/rainy/“green” season, and that’s exactly how I would do it again. ||The hotel is fabulous, and the green season rates are an incredible bargain. The weather is what it is, hot with intermittent rain. But that has actually added to our experience here. ||The hotel, which is typically completely filled during the high season, is largely empty now. And the staff—fully five-star quality—are all focused on the few guests who are here. It just adds to the luxuriousness of the experience. It’s like being at a huge, private villa, and it is wonderful. ||I’m sure this place is great when it’s full (and 2-3x the price.) But if we were to come back—and I’m sure I will, at this point—I would aim for the “green” season again, in a heartbeat. ||❤️❤️

My husband and I stayed at J7 Anchor for two nights. We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff at J7 Anchor, from housekeeping to the dining servers, were wonderful. Syenin and Phoeum at the front desk were especially helpful. They were all very friendly, which made our short stay memorable.|We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and the afternoon snacks that came with our room. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had a great view of the beautiful pool. We also liked using the gym.|The hotel is in a perfect location. We would definitely book another stay here in the future. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at J7 hotel! The staff were super friendly and very responsive to our needs. The amenities were great, and my kid really enjoyed the stay. Especially the location, right opposite to heritage walk. Overall, a pleasant experience with good service.

This is one of my best stays in Cambodia. The rooms at the J7 hotel. In Angkor we’re nice and clean with lots of room to move around in.||The bathroom was well equipped with lots of amenities. ||Floors was clean and nicely done.||I highly recommend this hotel.||Rob

Very nice area with many restaurants nearby! Rested as a family in a cozy hotel. The daughter fell in love with the open-air pool 🤗||Very friendly staff who from the very beginning told about the range of services on the territory of the hotel! ||I will gladly stay next time at this hotel 🙌🏻

The day I arrived, the staff member welcomed us kindly even the manager came, they were extremely available when you need them, The hotel set up were amazing and clean, the swimming pool was beautiful, the restaurant was great, the SPA and the experience they offer were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and the buffet had a great variety of food.|This hotel is a hidden paradise and is very charm.|Overall in Cambodia people are very kind. open minded and welcoming and Cambodia has a lot of incredible monuments .|I highly recommend this hotel, since it is little and very well located with amazing sets up and very kind staff member.|Thanks to David for his great service in the restaurant
