JA Ocean View Hotel Jumeirah Beach

We had an excellent stay at JA Ocean. The junior suite is very spacious and ideal for a family. Magnificent view of the sea and the Ferris wheel. The Coral lounge for breakfast is a real plus. I would like to give special thanks to Ashish and Joni for their warm welcome and excellent service in the morning. A special mention also goes to Umer, who is in charge of reception, and his colleagues at the hotel entrance, who are always full of helpful tips and attentive service. A very well-run hotel in an ideal location for a quality stay!

This is a fantastic hotel in an ideal location, we stayed here for two weeks. Towels are made available for the pool and for the beach, including sun umbrella. Rooms are very clean and we want to thank Rifas Toknath for his cleaning skills. He was so kind and always asking if all was ok with the room. Also the kindness of all people and readiness to help all the time is remarkable. Furthermore the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you JA Ocean View JBR Team!

We had a fabulous stay in the JA ocean view hotel. Couldn’t say enough about the service Madheesha always came to us with a lovely smile and was wonderful at her job. . She is excellent and so warm and friendly. Everything about the hotel was great as we will definitely come back to stay…… 10/10

The sea view rooms are quite nice but due to location across from Bla Bla nightclub and a roundabout out front there is a lot of honking horns and racing motors. Earplugs come in handy. Jumeriah beach and many, many restaurants were just steps away, so that is a big plus! The buffet breakfast was amazing and our room attendant, Raj was outstanding.

Every day, they went above and beyond — everything was spotless, fresh, and perfectly arranged. Their attention to detail was amazing, and it was clear they take great pride in their work. Both Sanjay and Aradhana were always polite, friendly, and had such warm smiles whenever we saw them. They made us feel so well looked after and really added to the comfort of our visit. Thank you both for your hard work and kindness you truly helped make our stay special!

ALL staff cannot do enough for you the customer service in the hotel is 100% The rooms the cleaners Manua she was very friendly and helpful. The Security outside the hotel also was extremely friendly. Even the Assistant Manager helped me one day getting my uber All the staff and the Chefs in the restaurant I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you too they were extremely helpful I have a nut Allergy and the chefs could not do enough for me with my deserts 😋. The food in this hotel is 100% AMAZING!!!😋 Receptionist desk so helpful I would stay in this hotel again!!! I was in the lift one morning and I am sure it was the Hotel Manager he was extremely pleasant 😁 happy Manager.

Amazing hotel!! We were a family of 4 in ocean view hotel in Dubai, and the experiences was so wonderful. The location perfect! The staff were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were really clean and nice! And we were in a situation we’re our taxa to the airport, didn’t came and the staff (Ramesh and Mostafa) immediately helped and contacted the company and solved our problem. We all four will really recommend this hotel in Dubai!
