JA Ocean View Hotel Jumeirah Beach

Me and my family just spent 10 nights at JA ocean view hotel. It was a truly good experience. The hotel is very central with good views. The young man who Omar on floor 23 who cleaned our rooms did an amazing job. The cleaning was top notch. The pool area is small and finding sun-beds is a bit difficult, but a big thanks to Daniel who always found us one with a smile on his face. A big thanks to Hashim who always made sure we had a great stay. We also booked the desert safari through the hotel and the young mam there made sure we got the best experience. A truly memorable holiday. Thank you to all staff as well.

I had a fantastic experience at JA Ocean View Hotel. From the moment we checked in for our honeymoon, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. A special shout out to Madheesha from housekeeping, who made our stay even more comfortable. She cleaned the room daily with great care and attention to detail. It was always spotless, fresh, and neatly arranged. The room had a beautiful ocean view, the facilities were top-notch, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and exploring the city. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai. Great service, clean rooms, and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Extremely Disappointing First Impression – No Support for Families with Young Children We arrived at JA Ocean View Hotel late at night after a delayed flight – a late arrival that I had clearly communicated via email and multiple confirmations days in advance. I was traveling with two small children, and yet no early check-in, temporary room, or gesture of goodwill was offered. Frankly, this was deeply disappointing and felt disrespectful towards us as a family. In a hotel of this size and standard, I simply cannot believe that not a single room or even a resting area could be made available for a family with exhausted toddlers in the middle of the night. After many back-and-forth discussions and no solution, we were forced to spend 6 long hours in the hotel lobby, trying to comfort our completely overtired children. This experience was not only physically exhausting but also mentally frustrating. We truly expected more understanding, empathy, and basic human kindness from a hotel of this class. Just offering us a room – even temporarily – would have cost the hotel nothing, but it would have gained loyal, returning customers. Instead, we were left feeling unwelcome and unsupported. The hotel is located right by Dubai Marina and close to Jumeirah Beach, which is certainly a great spot – but even the best location can’t make up for such a disappointing level of service and guest care. We will not return to this hotel – and we do not recommend JA Ocean View Hotel, especially not to families. Truly a missed opportunity. What a shame.

We had the most fabulous time at the JA Ocean View Hotel Jumeriah especially the Coral Lounge Access. All but one evening of our 14 night stay we were served by the very delightful Rainbow who was so helpful, happy and a delight to make our evenings very special, thank you. More people should experience the delights of the Coral lounge. The location was wonderful, the rooms lovely, spacious and so very clean. The pool area a little too small for the size of the hotel, not enough sunbeds was the issue but I have to say that the guys around the pool area were very helpful and kept a check on the guests 'reserving ' sun loungers so we were never waiting too long. All in all the team were amazing, thank you 😊

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we did not regret it. Great service, friendly staff, delicious food and a great view from the window make this hotel better than the rest. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us in many ways. If I had the opportunity, I would give it 100 stars instead of 5 stars

Despite arriving at 0800 our room was available within minutes Fantastic friendly welcome by all staff. Lots of choice at breakfast with table service for all egg orders Lovely sea view room on floor 22 overlooking the bay and staff delivered a birthday cake whilst we were out Brilliant sports bar on floor 3 again table service and lots of screens meant I could watch rugby tennis & cricket simultaneously We had a great upgrade that allowed us free afternoon tea and happy hour drinks served by the delightful Rainbow 🌈 who was charmingly smiley throughout Pity we were only here 24hrs but wouldn’t hesitate to return

I had an amazing stay at JA Ocean View Hotel in JBR, and I want to give a special shoutout to Francis, who truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always friendly, attentive, and had a great attitude. Whether we had questions, special requests, or just needed some help – Francis was always there with a smile and made sure we felt taken care of. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location right on the JBR Walk, with stunning ocean views from nearly every room. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool area was great, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The whole staff was very welcoming and professional. Huge thanks to the entire team – and especially to Francis for his outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

From the minute we arrived at the JA Ocean View hotel nothing was too much trouble! The staff on all shifts was helpful, professional, they all went that extra mile. Vikram the concierge always greeted guests with a smile and couldn’t do enough to help. Diana Greek restaurant, she too was so helpful and has the most beautiful personality. SIMARJIT, house keeping, kept our room spotless, he worked tirelessly and always had a smile a “good morning” when he seen us. ALWYN the JEWELLER located in the hotel lobby, is a life saver, I couldn’t remove a ring from my finger, he persevered and eventually managed to remove it, he’s a super star. The hotel is spotless clean, the rooms are big with huge beds. The balcony overlooking the sea was a real bonus. We went half board, we had a choice of 3 restaurants to choose from. Food is excellent and plentiful, the hotel caters for all nationalities. The food is very fresh and cooked to perfection. I honestly cannot fault this hotel, by far the best we have stayed in and we have traveled a lot over the years but nothing compares to the JA Ocean View. The hotels location is perfect, for the beach, shops and local transportation, all within minutes from the hotel. We will be back to stay again in 2026, we can’t wait. Thank you all for making our holiday so happy and stressful free.
