I cannot express what a wonderful experience it was today shopping for a baby gift at the Jacadi on Columbus Avenue. Kyla and Oscar are not only charming, they know the inventory and suggested the most adorable outfit for a friends new grandson. Helpful but not overbearing (so welcome!) both went the extra mile wrapping it beautifully and shipping it in a great cute box which gave it an extra oomph. This location was not open when my now adult kids were dressed in Jacadi, but it will now be my location for all gifts moving forward. Thank you Oscar and Kyla!

I was fortunate to call the Jacadi on Columbus, beginning , what turned out to be the perfect shopping experience. Kyla was exceptional from call to finish. With this beautiful Fall , I had the idea to take pictures of my granddaughters with the flowers in the Central Park Conservatory as a backdrop. I talked to Kyla with the plan, and she suggested that I come in to the store and she would pick out some options . While the Jacadi line is not large, Kyla put the ingredients together with fantastic style, simplicity ,and importantly at a very reasonable price. She highlighted the girls individuality in her suggestions and was enthusiastic and engaging with them. The girls are so happy with their outfits and they looked terrific for the pictures. We had a great day! Thank you so much!!!

My daughter and I loved our shopping experience. The salesperson is very welcoming and willing to find what you are looking for. This brand does not hang all their designs on shelves therefore it is worth to ask for what you are looking for. It is a quality brand from France ( like me☺️) with beautiful traditional designs mixed with modern materials. We love it!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had shopping ! The young lady with the glasses was super pleasant and made my experience a memorable one ! Not only did she go out of her way by pausing a task she had at hand to help me find the perfect size for my goddaughter ; but she recommended I get my best friend a gift card in addition to my gift, that way she can make her parenting experience an easier one, since you guys carry all baby needs from new born to 10 years old. She was patient and I honestly felt like I was speaking to someone who had my best interest in mind. I will definitely be back for whatever needs my new goddaughter has and I’m sure my best friend will be your new frequent customer ! Best customer service in all NY 👏🏽👏🏽

Doing a phone order with Elisa was an exceptional shopping experience! She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me coordinate seven outfits for my newborn granddaughter. Then she promptly shipped them and the boxes were tied with ribbons and looked beautiful. It was so much fun watching my daughter open all these very special gifts for her baby. I highly recommend the Jacadi store based on the high quality of their products and the personable staff.

The clothes are nice but they run small. I bought a 6T sweater for my 4yo and I have the feeling that as soon as I wash the sweater, it will be perfect for my 2yo. The people working in the store didn’t offer any help and were not especially nice. For example, they didn’t tell me that one of the clothes was final sale… I’d have bought a T8! (The brand skips the odd numbers for tops). Overall, one would expect a much more pleasant experience and professional service in such a high-end store.

Had an amazing experience at Jacadi! I shopped for my niece and it was a pleasant experience. The saleswoman was very informative and helpful. She helped me with assistance and taking her time with helping me find the right onesies! I will be returning back soon. If you want phenomenal customer service and quality, this is your place to go!
