Jacana Gardens Guest Lodge

Lovely place to stay in Harare. Good location, nice and quiet setting with a beautiful garden. The owner and whole staff take good care of the guests and are very attentive. Fast and very reliable Internet so that you can also work without any problems from your room if needed.

Fantastic place to stay on business. Internet is fast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Everything works and the staff and hosts are extremely accommodating. Prices are very competitive compared to other lodges of this quality. Highly recommended, I have been here twice and will be back.

Spent a wonderful week at this beautiful establishment. The ambiance is peaceful with beautiful artwork throughout the house and property. I felt at home and must say it was difficult to say goodbye! Rian is a wonderful host and I would highly recommend to visit the lodge.

This place is down right beautiful, the host is accommodating and nice. The rooms are nice and cozy with full DStv subscription and a mini refrigerator. 😍 The pool area is nice even tho we didn't get to jump in. I highly recommend spending at least a night there.

I had the best experience at Jacana, the mood was great. Service was warm and the food great. I recommend it to anyone who needs a great place to stay in Harare. Definitely value for money. Unforgettable moments.

Beautiful, rustic place that feels like home and the host (Rihana- sp) is the very best! Prices are decent so you get value for money for the BnB. Apparently the breakfast is gourmet (based on a friend who stayed there) and I am in love with the decor- it’s all Zimbabwean artistry and thoughtfully placed to make you feel at home.

This place is great. The perfect balance of having what you'd want from a guest house and feeling like you're at home. Can't wait to come back.

Peaceful haven in Borrowdale, Harare. Beautifully decorated rooms set amongst tropical gardens, teeming with birds. Fans in rooms; Swimming pool; Free secure parking; Paid wifi ($5/day). WiFi not the best, but sufficient.
