I owned 3 pair of the JACHS jeans and placed another order about mid-December 2024. Order was lost by UPS, so I reached out to JAMES at JACHS NY and explained to him my situation and he said he'd help. And help he did. He took me at my word. Traced the previous package and it was nowhere to be found. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal, and I received the order of pants that I had been waiting for.
James went above and beyond to show that he cared, he was concerned and interested in helping me out of this situation.
A lost package isn't the end of the world, but JAMES followed thru and did everything he said he would do. Hats off to James for a job well done!
If I could figure out where he is really located, I'd buy him a lunch!! (Hint, hint to his superiors). JAMES is the epitome of what true customer service is about!! I'm a happy JACH NY customer!! And I love the pants too!
