Jack in the Box

This location is quite busy. It's fast food and if you decide to come here for those tacos, it's going to be a wait. You won't be dissapointed because they are served crispy and hot with the sauce lettuce, and cheese smothered on top. It's something about these tacos late at night I r in the wee early hours in the am.

Its so good!! I ordered food from here through doordash and this place tops all the fastfood here in greenwood. The chicken sandwich has so much flavor and the tacos are the perfect amount of meat, cheese and sauce. The curly fries were cooked to perfection. I'll order here for the rest of my life. I didn't eat dinner last night and order the munchie box for lunch and I swear to God tears streamed down my face it was so damn good. Give your staff a raise. You have a loyal customer for the next (if im lucky) 70 years. 💗

I missed Jack in the box on the West Coast, not that we ate there often, but there is nothing like a dirty taco at 2am, and you dont got them! The food was fresh, do not get me wrong, but your tacos were not dirty ( looks like you would throw back, plus already sauced)! I am not complaining, just it's different than back home, but im glad I saw Jack! And the ranch brought back some memories. 5 star

My burger and fries weren’t bad but not great. The location was a little dirty and the outside made me think the place was abandoned. The franchise must be hurting for money because the overgrown weeds and landscaping outside is horrible. No need for JITB Management to reply. You either fix it or don’t, it just looks uninviting and off putting. ☹️

This was my first visit to a Jack in the Box and will probably be my last. I ordered a breakfast combo and asked the young man working the counter if I could substitute a soda for the coffee and he told me I could. After paying, I realized that my meal rang up $1.50 more than the sign said. I inquired about it and he said he thought it was because of tax and when I pointed out that the tax is separate and at the bottom of the receipt, he said it must have been because I wanted soda instead in coffee. I wouldn't have substituted it if I had known that and he didn't say it would be more when I asked about it...He was very nice though. The sandwich was disappointing. It had a good taste but not much food there. The hash browns tasted like maybe they had been sitting around for a while. My husband had eaten here before and said that it used to be really good and it was sad that they had went downhill.

Food was great ultimate cheese burger and some tacos doesn't get better than that

Went afternoon Sunday August 24th around 7pm. There were four staff. Two kitchen workers working efficiently and quickly getting food done, a new African girl at the drive thru window, not giving receipts, advising you to pull in a parking spot and they would bring out your food, and a indian lady who was managing, not aknowledging you standing there waiting on help. Moving food from one bag to another. Not stopping from taking drive thru orders. Not getting her restaurant together. People coming in to order food at the kiosk did not realize why there was so many people where waiting outside and inside. And what they just got themselves into. I was finally approached with no receipt and she continued to loose control and not give good direction to her team or new drive thru girl. She wanted to fix everything herself and acted like she didnt need help. I waited 20 minutes inside but when i passed by 15 minutes later the same people where still in cars outside waiting on correct food. Terrible service and order.

My favorite fast food restaurant is Jack in The Box! Unfortunately, we do not have any in Chicago. We were coming back home from our road trip and I made sure we stopped to get some food. It did not disappoint !!
