Jack in the Box

Went for breakfast on Christmas day as they were open and not busy. I've always wanted to try this place. I did and have no reason to go back. Maybe I was expecting too much. But it was a good experience. My son however loved his French toast sticks.

This location is quite busy. It's fast food and if you decide to come here for those tacos, it's going to be a wait. You won't be dissapointed because they are served crispy and hot with the sauce lettuce, and cheese smothered on top. It's something about these tacos late at night I r in the wee early hours in the am.

The employees were nice but the food was just ok. I ordered a Southwest salad and the literally gave me two chicken tenders on top of a salad. I would assume when you order a salad from a restaurant they would pre cut the chicken but I guess not. They also didn't give me a knife and had to ask for one. The soda machine was also down and they didn't seem to know. Almost every flavor was flat and the water catcher underneath was borderline overflowing. When we asked for drinks at the counter they gave us flat sodas as well. At that point I just wanted to eat and leave. I did eat and drink my flat soda. Overall service was good, nice staff but everything else is a no. I wouldn't return to this location.

Its so good!! I ordered food from here through doordash and this place tops all the fastfood here in greenwood. The chicken sandwich has so much flavor and the tacos are the perfect amount of meat, cheese and sauce. The curly fries were cooked to perfection. I'll order here for the rest of my life. I didn't eat dinner last night and order the munchie box for lunch and I swear to God tears streamed down my face it was so damn good. Give your staff a raise. You have a loyal customer for the next (if im lucky) 70 years. 💗

This was my first visit to a Jack in the Box and will probably be my last. I ordered a breakfast combo and asked the young man working the counter if I could substitute a soda for the coffee and he told me I could. After paying, I realized that my meal rang up $1.50 more than the sign said. I inquired about it and he said he thought it was because of tax and when I pointed out that the tax is separate and at the bottom of the receipt, he said it must have been because I wanted soda instead in coffee. I wouldn't have substituted it if I had known that and he didn't say it would be more when I asked about it...He was very nice though. The sandwich was disappointing. It had a good taste but not much food there. The hash browns tasted like maybe they had been sitting around for a while. My husband had eaten here before and said that it used to be really good and it was sad that they had went downhill.

I missed Jack in the box on the West Coast, not that we ate there often, but there is nothing like a dirty taco at 2am, and you dont got them! The food was fresh, do not get me wrong, but your tacos were not dirty ( looks like you would throw back, plus already sauced)! I am not complaining, just it's different than back home, but im glad I saw Jack! And the ranch brought back some memories. 5 star

Food was great ultimate cheese burger and some tacos doesn't get better than that

I work night shift and come thru pretty often, night shift crew here kicks butt! Rarely do I have an issue with my food, and the workers are always welcoming and quick.

It's been a few years since I've been to a Jack in the Box, but I was taking my mom to physical therapy nearby and decided to stop in for breakfast while I waited. I actually wasn't sure if it was open since there were no cars in the parking lot, but when I pulled up to the drive-thru, someone took my order right away. I think she may have been the only person working since she was preparing all the food and working the register. Even so, she was friendly and I still got my order quickly. Big props to her because I would not be so chill on my own. I took a quick peek at the menu online to check nutrition, but the actual breakfast menu at the drive-up seemed much smaller. There was still a good variety of options though. I ended up ordering the extreme sausage jack which comes with two sausage patties, two slices of cheese and a fried egg on a plain bun. They do have croissant sandwich options as well. The combo meal came with a hashbrown on the side. I'm very particular about hashbrowns, I like them extra crispy. This one was only medium crispy but still had a good flavor. The sandwich was actually better than I was expecting. The sausage has a little more spice than the average fast food breakfast sausage and I prefer the fried egg over the folded scrambled kind. I also loved that they had iced black coffee as an option. I have to watch my carbs so as much as I do want that super sweet vanilla option, black coffee is what I usually order. I'm sure I will be back!

I'm allergic to a lot of breakfast foods so we like to go here sometimes as I can get lunch at breakfast time. The staff is always polite and doesn't usually take very long to get the order together. The food is fast food quality, but not bad. I love their jalapeno poppers. We always get a ton of extra sauce for them, which is awesome. I would say the only con is the time my wife ordered halfsies fries and only got one curly fry.

I ordered my food took 20 mins to get it. Then they forgot my curly fries and my sons burger had no ketchup mayo or mustard it was dry. Won't be coming back.

Really good service here they clean every morning and it was really clean for someone who came out of state. I was really impressed with this Jack-in-the-Box and the customer service was above and beyond.

I ordered mobile order Friday September 24,2021 I took about an hour just to get to the window, When I finally reached it, the woman was rude and disrespectful, said they haven't received the order, a co worker came and showed her where it was, she got all mad shut the window and walked away, a co workers comes after and says they don't make orders past 11pm , And they couldn't give me a refund because it was mobile order, so now I'm out 35 bucks , and got no food, this place is fkn trash! If your reading this and plan to go, do yourself a favor and don't , I'd give negative stars if I could

Cashier was curt and unfriendly. Did not speak English clearly and it was obvious he didn't want to be waiting on customers. Food was adequate, but not worth coming back for. No other customers at 12:00 AM. No wonder why. Jack in the Box on the West side of town went out of business within a couple of years from opening and it was no surprise. They need to hire people who want to work and who have personalities better suited to the service industry. Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant. Thank you for reading this.

Lobby closed at Noon on a Saturday. Not every one wants to eat in their car, won't be back

No. Went in to order. Smelled like sewage. Was told "I'll be with you in a moment" then proceed to do everything but take my order, so I left after what felt like 5min. Seemed well staffed, so that can't be the issue. I won't be back. Makes sense now why all the other locations have closed.

Rudest mfers out there. Had an order placed ahead of time with a confirmation code and receipt, when I got there, they didn't even apologize for anything. Just looked at me like I was stupid and told me they have no order ready for me. Even after I asked them if it could be made because I had a receipt they said no. Assholes

Haute cuisine is what I think when I'm going to Jack In The Box and when I walk through the door, I remember where I am. It seems odd eating at JITB east of the Mississippi River, but it's here. This store is at a busy intersection. In fact, a two vehicle accident happened while I was sitting there eating. The place was rather packed. They have an electronic ordering system in addition to the human cashiers. I saw 6 combos on the menu that were priced about like Burger King. The Value Menu was difficult to read, which may be a promotional gimmick. In any case, I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 2 tacos, and a small drink. At $3.79, it was probably the cheapest order of their day. They gave me a number and brought the order to the table, a la Carl's Jr./Hardee's. I was really surprised that the tacos were bigger than I remembered from my last visit to the store on El Cajon Blvd. in San Diego, CA. I still like the tacos from Hardee's/Carl's Jr. better, but these weren't bad, either. A woman who had been feeding her small son gave me a 3rd taco, which I didn't mind. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger wasn't bad, especially for the price. I suspect it would have been better if I'd tried it earlier, as it seemed barely warm. In any case, it seemed a bit pricey for Jack, but I'm glad that they decided to enter the area. It's nice having a familiar face in the neighbourhood.

So, I work next door and this is usually the easier and most convenience place to grab a quick snack for my shift. I stopped going for quite some time due to rude employees, long wait times when you're the only one ordering, and the place is just gross and dirty. Today, I decided to grab some cheese wedges to hold me over until dinner. This was the outcome. How am I going to pay almost $4-5 for something as cheap prepared as this? Glad I'm moving locations so I don't have to give this place any more of my money

Omgggg. Never have I ever had such rude ass service at a fast food joint. Attitude from the very get go. You could tell thru the speaker the woman had problem and didnt want to be there.. Snappy responses and shitty demeanor. When we got to the window we tried to inform a manager that there their staff was being rude and the girl at the window lied sayin their was no manager on staff and slammed the door in my face. I could hear her calling me a "fat a** b****" and every other name under the sun. A manager did come to the window but he seriously looked frightened by what was going on around him. We got our food and one of the burgers was made completely wrong, had it not been the picky kids meal I wouldnt of even bothered coming back to the window. (The lobby was locked even tho the sign said lobby was now open) The car behind us was apart of our group so as I walked back to the window to ask them to remake it, I could hear her loud rude and hateful mouth before I even got to the window. She ended up cussing out the car behind us(my MIL and aunt) and me again calling me a fat a** b***** and refusing to correct her mistake. It was even on the receipt the way it was supposed to be made. I have never encountered such disrespectful, hateful and trashy people in the service industry. I was seriously floored by her behavior. Def wont be coming back to this location. Managers get your staff in check!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Got there at 11:15 pm. Didn't get to order until 12. Once we got to the window we were told "sorry but we aren't taking anymore orders we will start again in 30 minutes" when we asked why it was because every single employee was taking a 30 minute brake and it was their only chance during the whole day to take a break. Unbelievable. They took the order in front of us and it was us and one more car in line. Very very very lazy.

Cashier was very rude! Food was cold! Never had jack in the box and I probably will not return not to mention a small drink was a large I did get curly fries and a burger but they forgot the jalapeños so Uber bummer fries were ice cold.. burger was a disappointment

If I could do a negative star I would. This location is by far the slowest I have ever experienced. The over night manager always has some excuse why she can't take orders and acts like you're a huge inconvenience... also, she said the store was closed except for door dash or grub hub. I do not recommend!

Jack in the box has good food, however, sometimes it's not hot enough. The customer service could be improved. Overall, if they keep their food hot and deliver better customer service, they'll make it!

Turd Blossom. Like a turd blossom, Jack in the Boxes have been popping up all over Indianapoils. Also like a turd blossom, it's nice looking but underneath... Let's just say that this location is like an exercise in how to not run a fast food operation. The lot design is unbelievably poor. The drive thru design can hold about 3 cars before it floods out into the street. The spacing between the payment and the food windows doesn't even allow one extra car in there. Same thing is repeated at the order/menu board. The employees don't seem to be able to handle complex orders such as combo meals. You say #10 with a Coke and the next question is, "What do you want to drink?" Despite the menu/order board having a confirmation screen where they ask if your order is correct on the screen and concrete barriers to ensure that no cars could get into or out of line, the payment window employee will confirm your order. Line... by... line. Finally... almost there. You're going to get some food at the next window. Just kidding! It's not ready! It was 23 minutes from the time I pulled on the lot until I had food in hand. Certainly the delay was because of the Holy Grail of molten magma french fries... right? Nope. Burger was cold. Fries were cold. I must have been lucky that the drinks weren't flat. The employee had produced something like a dozen drinks in advance. On the bright side, they are open 24 hours so you can experience this any time of day or night. Actually, on second thought, you might need 24 hours to get through the line.

Super slow. Very poor customer service. Every time we decide to stop here we regret it. It never changes! Super slow service extremely rude employees for the most part. You would think the owner would step it up.

Them tacos taste funny, no taco bell for sure and they use filler in da meats. Got a burger and it tasted a little funky at this Jack in The Box. Sure presentation looked good on the menu, but the food tasted funny. Hard to explain, just tasted a little off. I'm in Indy a lot or use to be and thought I would try Jack in The Box. Wasn't blown away. Wasn't the best to be honest. Taste funny. I doubt I come back, the food taste weird at this one.

Just know that no matter what time you go through the drive thru, you'll be there AT LEAST 15 minutes.

Bad customer service. I was over charged for both milkshakes. When asked why I was told it was the price even though the menu board says something else. Asked for no ketchup and still got it. This was my first and last time there.

since they no longer have jack in the box in Illinois I go to one every time I travel. I love the tacos they remind me of childhood. this was the best one I have been to. I have been to them all over the USA It was clean the food was fresh and the manager and new cashier they had were very friendly it was worth the extra couple miles off the highway to stop.

It's 2 a.m. I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes five cars ahead of me and now there's five cars behind me what is the damn hold up at this place. I want some food

Foods great but service was confusing, for some reason they "can't do two separate orders for one car" my roommate and I stopped through after work, o tip of that they are out of all drinks? I guess we know not to go here after work again

I came through the drive through here and messed up my order twice. Instead of getting annoyed or frustrated Dar and Biak were very pleasant and patient with me even after cars lined up behind me. The food was fresh and delicious. Best Jack in the box I've been to!

Dear Jack in the Box, Thank you. Thanks for leaving out one of the two small french fries in the two kids meals I ordered. I love hearing my children "debate" who got more of the half order of French fries. Debating is a great skill. Thank you for leaving the lids slightly off the kids drinks. That was fun cleaning up! Thank you for not putting any napkins in the bag. I live blotting up spilled soda with a brown paper bag. I must mention, that it was fabulous when I was handed the bag while the man was looking the other way and just kinda "dropped" it. I love sharpening my ninja like reflexes and having a challenge to procure my children's lunch! Kudos!!

Very rude employees. Paid 1.10 for a cup of cheese. It wasn't even half full. I asked the employee if he could give me at least half full cup for the 1.10 and he said I dont make the prices. I then handed the cheese back to him and said just give me money back then and he refused. Just walked away and wouldn't come back to the counter. I guess he felt it was more important to continue his basketball game with the company's napkins into the waste basket. Maybe if the employees wasnt wasting napkins they could give half cups of cheese to paying customers. No clean tables either. Very dirty bathrooms. Will not be back and couldn't pay me to go back!

I would give it zero stars if I could!!! I'm super upset not only did I sit at the drive thru window for 15 minutes and still haven't paid either because no one even acknowledged my presence, but when the lady finally opened the window she got super angry and said well what did you even order I'm like a breakfast burrito and a taco, she's like well what kind of burrito your not helping me out, I was like you just took my order 20 minutes ago and you didn't even put it in she's like whatever you ordered a hamburger at that point I said never-mind I'll go somewhere else and she yelled at me and said good we don't need your fu**** money. Every time I go to this jack in the box I have the same issues or they don't give me the right order. Ugh it sucks too because I used to like going there

The staff is completely unprofessional the drive-through wait is abhorrent and they treat you like they would treat garbage

I had a coupon for two free tacos and they were strange though tasty. The onion rings are quite crispy and made with real onions. The bacon cheddar potato wedges were piping hot and the addition of taco sauce made them even better.

The only thing I get are the 2 tacos for 99 cents. Great value for my college budget, and pretty tasty most of the time. Try them with ranch dipping sauce! That's where the joy ends and tragedy begins -- everything else at Jack In The Box is on the bottom tier of fast food. Very low quality food, even by fast food standards. The menu is oddly expansive, and with breakfast being served all day. Unfortunately this means everything is never fresh, and usually greasy. Shame, remorse, and broken dreams will follow.

Really i dont know where to start... First off we came in I'm guessing right about shift change.... the guy at the counter took the lady ahead of us order ... than grabbed his stuff looked at us and said yeah I'm leaving someone will be with you shortly . Fine whatever i know what it's like to want off work after being there all day... so this other guy walks up with a sock cap covering his eyes. And proceeds to take our order. He takes our order we hand him our cash.. when he opens the drawer i cant help but notice (because I'm a bartender) that they have no cash drawer all their money was just thrown in the drawer change and cash just lose everywhere but hey whatever that's on them... after about 35 mins and being one of only two people in the store we walked up to the front. They first lost our order had no idea what our order even was so I had to tell them. 5 items total... quick east right .. wrong my 2 tacos burnt to the point i cant eat them... my husbands ordered a 4 piece strip combo meal .. he received 1 1/2 and I'm not joking 1 1/2 hard chicken strips ... and I'm not even done there. I dont know what kind of establishment doesn't have a manager on duty at all time but that service was uncalled for and quite frankly i want a refund .. the only reason i never went inside is because i can already tell no one would even know how to process a refund for me.... so my question for this establishments management is .. how does your system work when shift change goes on ?? Do you guys not switch drawers , count your money & profit off each drawer or are you guys just slacking some serious management ... I'd be damned if any of them on duty tonight would have a job tomorrow if i was the one in charge . Except for the taller guy he's the only one whom was doing his job and acting like he gave a rats ass ... there's PLENTY of people out here that would respect your establishment as an employee.. however you have poor choice of employees.. if I were you'd I'd redo your hiring & raise your standards by 1000 .. because goodness .. never seen such poor excuses for human beings ... it's not rocket science to work at a fast food establishment... I'd be embarrassed to be them ... just made a complete fools of them selfs .. sorry not sorry

Got fries, egg rolls, and loaded mini tacos. The fries were a big fail. They were really cold and chewy (almost refrigerated cold). Nasty. The egg rolls were hot and good. The loaded mini tacos were really good, but mostly because they didn't cover them with any kind of sauce like they normally do. Overall, I mean it is Jack in the Box, not like I am expecting quality anyway.

Usually good service but this trip I had to take my drinks and shakes out of the two separate drink carriers to fix it and make sure my drinks didn't fall out of the bottom and then connect them in the drive through. Thank you Anita for letting me do your job properly.

Jack is all about novelty. First it's new to Indiana in 2012. Second the menu is eclectic with burgers, teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, tacos, churros, and more. Third they're open 24 hours offering the whole menu all day. Finally you can order at a kiosk. The kiosk has a great user interface and it's nice when the people in front of you are *slow*. I've had the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. It's good enough to have again, but not amazing. The french fries - regular or curly - are fine. They have two for 99c tacos. I'm guessing these taste best at 2am. The taco sauce is thick like a (slightly) spicy ketchup. Not for me. The winner is bacon cheese fries. These are so good. These are so ooie gooie that you'll eat them with a fork. Try these with sour cream or ranch dressing for a real treat. Another winner is the 5 for a $1 mini cookies with that fresh from the oven taste.

I should have checked the ratings before wasting my time and money at the Jack in the Box in Greenwood, across from the Mall. Waited in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes. Once I had my food, found out it was made incorrectly. Had ordered the cheeseburger with "no tomato" because I am allergic to them. The employee making sandwiches either couldn't care less or cannot read simple directions because he or she made sure to put two tomatoes on the cheeseburger. And, the burger was cold! First time eating at Jack in the Box Greenwood and probably the last based on this experience.

Waited way too long in line for food Then when I got my food the curly fries was mixed with regular fries in dumped in the bottom of the bag in the French fry container bag was laying on top of the Burger the Burger was ice cold and very slimy I just moved to the area from California or Jack in the Box burgers are not bad This is by far the worst most disgusting Burger I've ever 8 in my entire life I will never be back at this place ever again. The staff working inside moves at a slow snail pace Even the customers in line are rude people were honky nerc horn in line While other people were trying to order And the girl at the window was complaining to me about the people honking the horn And in general it look like she hated her job

I went to this place not too long after it first opened. At that time I wasn't really impressed. So, since I was in the area I figured that I'd give it another try. To my surprise I actually liked it better this time. Maybe it's because they're not as busy anymore and they have more time to make the food instead of rushing on it. I ordered the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club combo and it was delicious! After today's visit they have changed my perspective.

Even for fast food, this was pretty bad. The whole place had a dirty feel and the area by the ketchup was pretty gross. The reason I go here is because the burgers are pretty good. But mine was incredibly dry, even when slathered in ketchup. And the taco shells were stale. All around, not great.

Substitute cheese and the charge you extra! When asked about it the cashier was rude!

Finally!!! Ok, JITB isn't exactly my lifelong dream, but it ranks up there for 2012. Not the _best_ fast food, but certainly the best menu offerings. Everything from burgers & curly fries to shakes, tacos, chix tenders, & ALL DAY BREAKFAST! How cool is that!?! They're open 24/7 -- so drunk or sober, stop on in (with a DD of course). They have nice outdoor seating too. Also, it's super clean...even the bathrooms.

I'm a big fan of Jack in the Box for just one reason, they serve breakfast all day. I really enjoy their #23 combo on the breakfast menu. It is all the excuse that I need to get up and drive several miles away from my house on a Sunday morning when don't want to cook. I think I'm talking myself into a #23 combo now. :-)

My boyfriend has tried to get me to try Jack In The Box for quite some time. Tacos and burgers sounded like quite an odd combination to me. I finally did and have now been here two days in a row! The tacos are incredibly tasty and 2 for $1! My boyfriend really enjoyed his burger and my son his chicken sandwich. The fries weren't overly exciting but still good. I love that there are many options on their value menu. I haven't been in the actual restraunt, just the drive thru. Our drive thru experience was friendly and fast. My son says that these are the best tacos he's ever had. We will definitely be back!

It's fast food with a lot of variety to a menu. Where else can you go to get tacos, egg rolls and breakfast at the same time? Jack in the Box! Something pretty cool is a kiosk where you can order for and pay for your food. The only human interaction you have is when they bring your food out. Pretty cool if you aren't down with the human race ;-) The tacos (3 of 'em) I had on this visit were decent and lowly priced.

I waited three years for this to happen! Jack finally came to rescue me from my California fast food withdrawal and a couple months later I move to Boston ... wah wah. Unfortunately we are back in a long distance relationship once again, but I made sure to stop in for a visit when I was in town over the weekend. For a solid go-to menu that covers all the necessary (fast)food groups, I highly recommend the following: tacos, curly fries, eggrolls, mini churros, and a refined refreshment like Fanta Strawberry soda. A little tip from an old pro: mix their hot sauce and ketchup for a much tastier curly fry dip. You''ll thank me later. I don't eat fast food often, but a JBo treat now and again is a must. And before some says, "Oh I would never eat there, didn't someone get sick over a decade ago?" I say if fast food is going to be the reason for my untimely demise I would rather it be quick at Jack in the Box then a slow Super Size Me-style fade out any day. It is still fast food, so don't sweat the small stuff. Yea sometimes you might have to wait an extra minute, or something might not be in your bag (so check it), but this location has been solid since it opened. The staff is friendly and they take the extra time to walk your food out to you when you are dining in, so you don't have to crowd the line like vultures. They keep the tables clean, the condiments stocked, and it is open 24/7. Win, win, win. The only negative is the location, but more are popping up around the city to chose from!

Raised prices 2xs in a few months. They do not change prices on menu boards. Very deceptive.
