Jack Spratt's Pizza

Delivery was ok. Food was subpar, at best. I ordered a hot Italian sub, it came open faced and cold. When I called back to inquire about it, the lady said, 'well that's just how it comes'. So I asked why it is listed in the menu as a hot sub sandwich and she said, 'I don't know'. The cheese bread was old and hard. The pizza was just ok. Definitely would NOT recommend this food. Go somewhere else.

Solid pizza, it certainly tastes better than the big chains in the area and they deliver which is a major plus. I pre-ordered online and the pizza arrived early and hot. The service is where they shined. The delivery driver called when he was on his way and again when coming down the street to make sure I wasn't standing in the cold waiting. This was the first time ordering from Jack Spratt's so I'm hoping the quality and service are consistent.

Very Friendly! I enjoy everything I order on the menu. My delivery guy is awesome! I love the fish sandwich and fries. The pizza is good. I have ordered for my students. They love the pepperoni and cheesy pizza. I ordered barbecue chicken wings for my Second graders and parents Black History Soul Food Luncheon. My students and parents loved the barbecue chicken wings!

I ordered delivery and everything was hot and delicious I order chicken bacon ranch pizza, Stromboli,chicken quesadilla,and breaded mushrooms.

We ordered a meatball calzone and I can tell you, it was the best calzone I have ever eaten! My wife is not a fan of calzones, but she absolutely loved it! We cannot wait to go back!

We got pizza there after a catering. It was so delicious. The man at the counter was so friendly!

Great experience ordering and food being delivered to the school as a student reward. Pizza arrived timely, was warm and cooked perfectly.

Pie not bad but got the chicago deep dish extra sausage extra pepperoni u have to try and search to see a piece of sausage Def not even close to what it used to be not worth the price for basically dough sauce and cheese

Jack Spratt's Pizza had a Pizza Week special and it is fairly close to my route home from work so I figured I would give them a try. A quick phone call to place the order for a mushroom pizza was easy enough. Jack Spratt's is located on a fairly abandoned section of Payne Ave. East of Asiatown. Plenty of street parking out front. Really nothing to see, Jack Spratt's is well lighted and then inside it is kind of a convenience store with the kitchen in the back. I got my $8 pizza quickly and took it home. The pizza itself was just fine, however nothing special. Medium crust, nice sauce and enough cheese. I could have gone for a bit more mushrooms and cheese, but overall a perfectly acceptable pizza. Not worth a special trip, but if you are in the area and craving some pizza, Jack Spratt's will fill the bill.

My favorite pizza crust always soft and the topping are delicious been ordering from this place since 2016 being pregnant with my son and now he eats it and loves it all love and positivity to the hard works inside love the food and the service Oh yea the lady that makes the pizza special for my son we love herrr

I give it two stars and that is generous. I made a order and it was not complete so I called and was told , was not charged. Ok fine I ask to complete order and I'm told I have to pay delivery fee again. The sad part is the order taken says I didn't want the other part of order. A blatant lie . If this is how they treat a 5 year customer then they have no respect for the customer. Who knows what they'll do to the food. STAY AWAY

I just started a new job in the area, and was looking around to see what kind of places were nearby for lunch. I decided to take a chance on Jack Spratt's. I used their phone app to place an order for a stromboli & an order of teriyaki wings. Once my order was in, I received text messages notifying me how long until the food was ready. This was helpful since I knew just when I should leave my place of work & head over for the pick-up. When I arrived, my order was bagged up & ready to go. I was in & out within 30 seconds! I was also very pleased with the food! Everything was very good! I was not able to finish it all, so I brought left-overs home to my son who also liked it. So, this is 2 good votes for Jack Spratt's, and I will definitely keep this place in mind for future lunches!

I heard very good things about this place so I decided to try it. I choose to try the Stromboli as my first item off the menu and I'd have to say it was not only delicious but it surprised me that I found this hidden gem in Cleveland and I will eat here again!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Super rude delivery driver demanding his tip, owner/manager Melissa refused to offer any customer service in an order that was completely wrong - instead blaming the driver and blaming the app used to order their pizza - wouldn't deliver a new pizza or offer to refund the order we received that was incorrect. Additionally, salad was yellow and gross. Stay far away. I'd rather eat at a chain than deal with this.

You can get pizza and anything you else could imagine at this place. It's a classic Bodega style business.

When you first see it. It looks like a shady corner store but the pizza is excellent. I recommend the the vegetarian white pizza. OMG you get huge chunks of veggies and you wonder how they stay on. Well I'll tell you with layer upon layer of cheese. The sauce is excellent. Fir you meat Eaters, you'll have to come and see for yourself but i cant imagine it would be any less than delicious. It's a bit pricey but so worth it. And the guys there are friendly. Don't judge this place by the look, I promise you'll miss out.

This is over-priced really bad pizza. I feel like almost all pizza is good but this place almost proved the theory wrong that even even bad pizza is good. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and the prices are ridiculous, especially after walking in and looking at the inside of this dump. Sorry not sorry.

If you want low grade cheap hamburger and and poor service then this is your place. I wasted $16 on a burger and wings. The wings were not even cooked in the sauce. All I can say is run far from this place! The only good item was the canned soda. What a shame! They don't deserve 1 star

What this place lacks in curb appeal it makes up for in taste. If you're looking for a NYC style bodega, it doesn't get more convenient than Jack Spratt's. They even deliver. I usually do the meatball sub, or the white pizza is out of this world. Great wings too...
