NO. Go to Holland instead. I walked up to an empty machine and began playing. No one was there and I played for a couple of times and then cashed out. As I cashed out, a man came around the corner screaming at me. Literally screaming at the top of his lungs, and I thought he was about to attack me. Apparently he was playing the machine and left. I definitely did not know and because of the language difference.I did not see that he had money in the machine. I had just recently arrived and was still googling and translating the instructions. The manager communicated explicitly that she has a distaste for tourists. She said that she did not believe me and that I purposefully took his money. Mind youIt was like ten euro, and I had hundreds of Euro to spend. And the manager actually helped me with the machine to cash that money out. So she must have clearly understood that I wasn't trying to steal some poor soul's ten dollars. He continued to yell, and she was accusatory and said that tourist did this often. Unless you are local, do not go. There was a misunderstanding and she was VERY ACCUSATORY and so I took my 300 euro and left. HORRIBLE experience. It's a shame bc I was excited to discover the place. We will be in amsterdam a few times a year. Guess I can count this one off the list. Very aggressive management that startled me. I went to Holland and won 1200 euro!!! I was so excited!

Staff is uninterested, do not even ask for a drink when you enter the casino. Furthermore the snacks are gone within minutes ( no extras) and too much noise from women who scream like chickens to each other. Could not concentrate at all at the roulette table. Ik prefer Akersloot, different crowd, better trained staff, no zoo vibes. Also the staff are very loud, screaming at each other during work. When they refill the machines or clean some can be very rude. No feeling of being welcome at all!

Average staff, poor selection of games, terrible regular players. Rude and disrespectful. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Holland casino, a few steps away

Scam, dont go. The machines wont let you play with your winnings, they keep asking more money and when you cash out they eat the differwnce in cents because they only pay in 2 euros. Lost all the winnings on the low stake video poker because of that (played 3x, won 3x, got zero winnings) stopped playing immediately not worth it
