Jack's Shack Beach Bar & Grill

Wow! Amazing chicken! One of our tour guides recommended Jack's and I'm glad he did. If you're stopping in Grand Turk...Jack's is a must. My wife and I shared a plate and it was just enough for both of us. Jack's is located right on the beach front with spectacular view in outside seating area. If you ever wanted to eat chicken in a cool beach vibe atmosphere, it won't get much better than this. If you're here on a cruise ship just walk left from the pier down the beach to the green and yellow building...it's hard to miss. Enjoy!

Stopped by Jack Shack recently — the food was a bit of a mixed bag but overall a good experience. The conch fritters had a little too much filler and not enough actual conch, which was disappointing. However, the grouper and red snapper sandwiches totally made up for it — both were fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Great spot for seafood lovers if you know what to order!

When we got off the ship, we walked all the way down the beach to the left of the pier and found Jack’s Shack, by far the best place on the strip! The water here was much clearer, the atmosphere quieter, and it felt like a little hidden gem compared to the busier spots near the ship. The food and drinks were incredible, honestly some of the best we had during our cruise. The conch is a must-try if you want to taste the local cuisine, and the cocktails were spot on. We snorkeled right off the beach and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of fish we saw. Going in the morning was the perfect choice; it was calmer, quieter, and made for great snorkeling. After lunch, the beach got much busier as more people returned from excursions. One tip: don’t be afraid to haggle for sun beds. Different vendors were charging different prices depending on the tourist, so listen to what others are paying and offer the same. Overall, Jack’s Shack was the highlight of our Grand Turk stop: great food, perfect beach, and a laid-back vibe you won’t want to leave!

We knew this pub was a tourist spot and hesitated but at the last min, decided to grab a brew and snack. We were NOT disappointed!! It was delicious, the staff was amazing and the food hit the spot. The views were incredible 😍 Don't miss checking in here if time allows. The local IPA was on point!

Great place to chill, eat and listen to relaxing reggae and island music. Conch fritters and fries were tasty. Located on the white sand beach. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and beach chairs. Attentive service by Demky. Jack's Shack rocks!!

Beautiful beach, great food, wonderful locals. Taxi ride was short from cruise ship but only cost 6.00, included a brief history of the island. Beach had wild donkeys and horses roaming around looking for snacks. White sand Beautiful crystal clear water. Jacks shack is famous local bar and outdoor restaurant on beach. Tried local fried shrimp 🍤, Fish tacos, peas and rice. Worth the trip to see and enjoy. Prices were very reasonable.

Best jerk chicken I’ve ever had!! Bartenders were very nice and I loved talking to Ilonka ! Definitely will be back in December! Amazing drinks as well!!

A place to party when you come Grand Turk. Lots of people , lots of golf carts, a pretty nice Caribbean beach, lots of food options and a cute gift little gift shop . Not really my cup of tea but it might be just what you are looking for !
