My boyfriend and I have been on the hunt for some nice high quality denim after years of wearing cheap Levi's. The workers(I believe co-owners, actually) were both incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind when we came in to try on a few pairs. We didn't walk away with any purchases as we are still trying to decide on style/fit, but we will undoubtedly be back soon! 10/10 customer service

My wife and I stopped by Jackson & James today for the first time. We were very impressed with the genuine friendly service the owners showed throughout our visit. The shop is an inviting space that makes you want to hang around for a bit. I ended up with a great pair of Raleigh Denim Workshop jeans and a desire to return sometime soon.

High end casual store with great owners. Mike & Rachel are fantastic - very nice and helpful even if they don't have what you are after. I stopped in looking for some cuff links (which they don't carry) and they helped me find other options around town. All was not lost, I walked out with a great pair of pants!

I live three blocks away and happened to stop by while on a walk with a few friends. They sell a lot of great unique brands (stuff that you can usually only find online), the prices are good, and the owners were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Richmond has been needing a men's fashion store like this for a long time!

Love this store! I looked at all the big stores for clothes but couldn’t find anything that was original, well-made or had the right fit. Stumbled on this gem and found they had exactly what the main stream stores lacked....The owner, Mike A. was courteous, personable and a pleasure to be around! Mike and Rachel went above and beyond with my online order. They were super helpful and responsive with answering a question I had before ordering. Once I placed my order, it was at my doorstep before I could even blink, with a handwritten thank-you note to boot. Whenever travelling is a thing again, I'd love to stop by their store in-person.

Excited to see a small business pop up exclusively for men in RVA! I believe the owners are a brother and sister. I first heard of them through Instagram and had to check them out in person...now I need to bring my husband with me! Jackson and James offer a variety of items, including jeans, flannels, socks, leather bags, beard/face essentials, and bar items. Clothes are well made, most of the tags I looked at were made in the USA. Expect $80 and above for clothing items. Best of luck to this new man only boutique!
