Great location, noisy but being close to main road it's to be expected. Spa was deep and very relaxing, Netflix and youtube available on smart tv, wifi easy to use. Room was clean and tidy. Airconditioning kept room toasty warm. Fridge, microwave, cups, small plates, spoons and a platter was provided perfect for my needs. Only 2 pillows so if you want a few creature comforts bring your own.

The reception lady was nice, but wasn't aware I'd be charged a $50 deposit and have my card details taken even though I paid when I booked. We were given a room next to the pool and it was disgusting. I paid $112 for a queen bed with spa. The room stank of cigarettes, the bedding was outdated and looked nasty, the bathroom was foul. The hand basin and bath were stained. I wouldn't even bath my dog in that bath 🤢 and car parking was so far from the room. I rang reception and was shown a new room. It was better but still not great. The bathrooms are desperate for an update. The walls are filthy. I really wish I didn't book this place. So so disappointed.

Posting on behalf of my elderly father who reports the room was not serviced when he arrived even though it was late in the day. Rubbish bins were full, the bathroom was dirty and the people he was travelling with had the same experience with their rooms so not an isolated issue! If he could give a minus score then this hotel would deserve it due to the bad state of the rooms.

Great value for money, staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfy. Shower pressure was excellent and stayed hot. Bed was a proper double mattress unlike most

The rooms are absolutely shocking. They charge a $50 deposit in case you damage the rooms which they don’t inform you about until you’ve already booked. When I arrived, the rooms were already damaged. Holes, scratches and marks all over the walls, holes in the curtains, mold in the spa bath. My partner and I went straight back to reception for the $50 deposit back and found somewhere else to stay. And now having issues getting a refund on my booking just to make it better. Will not be booking to stay here again!!!

Possibly the worst hotel in which to stay. It's cheap, that's why there is one star. The room we stayed in was dirty. There were dirty fingermarks on the toilet door edge, and the the front door too. There was what looked like "liquid" spray on one wall. Marks that could quite easily be wiped off with a rag and cleansing liquid. The hand basin was chipped, and should be replaced. There were only 2 pillows. The door had obviously been forced at some stage. And, outside, so many O.H. & S. issues. There is a set of three steps down to the walkway to this and other rooms. That's OK. But, no handrails; the steps are cracked and crumbling, and no safety yellow paint visible. And just off the walkway near the steps, in what was a garden area, there is a small waterpipe, about 100mm high, right near the steps. A most dangerous trip hazard. |I would never recommend staying here.

One the worst decision for staying here. We thought the room will be exactly like a photos. Don’t fall for it. No wifi connection No shampoo No conditioner No iron No iron board No tissue boxes. Couldn’t bear the smell of smoking. The Cafe is right next to smelly toilet. Guys please make sure if you stay here, take photos so you can have your claim. Booking dot com is equally responsible.

I am currently staying @ the Jackson's Motor Inn, and have been staying for the past few days. The staff are extremely professional and very friendly. Free wi-fi, and there are no issues with the speed of the wifi it's very fast. The rooms are extremely clean, and the hotel is in an excellent location - very close to the city. If you are ever in Adelaide I would definitely recommend that you stay at this excellent hotel 🏨
