Good accommodation for the price. I asked for a nice room and the concierge told me his recommendation and it was an acceptable room (2). Nothing fancy but comfortable beds, mostly blockout curtains, everything operational. Bathroom needs updating but at the price I would expect this. Service was excellent, prompt and friendly. At night there were arguments outside and I would not know if this is from long term residents but most likely guests who will leave in a day or few. Pool looked nice but we didn't use. We would stay again if needing a place that required accommodation nearby and looking for budget option.

Bring some cleaning products to give the room a once over before you unpack. Get what you pay for. I believe the only reason this place has a three star accommodation rating is for the location, it is not for anything else. Booked late on a long weekend and was slim pickings, honestly if I hadn't already paid online I would have just slept in my car.

When booking online I requested 2 single bed option however upon arrival reception told me I had to pay an additional $15 per night for that option . No mention of any other charges online. Then she asked for a prepayment holding of $50, again mention of this while booking online . After having words with the lady she begrudgingly gave me the room keys not informing me of any housekeeping or breakfast options at all. The pool was dirty so couldn't swim in it , and I had to chase up with reception to have my room cleaned each day . They don't provide any toiletries as mentioned in their ad, not even a face cloth . The only good thing about this motel is the location , close to the city and other attractions. I won't ever be booking this motel again in the future., that's guaranteed .

I booked this motel for 4 nights but could only manage to stay for 3 because the conditions were unbearable. The room was extremely dusty, the pillows smelled like smoke, and the mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on. The blanket and sheets were dirty, and overall cleanliness was non-existent. The bathroom didn’t even have enough towels. I had paid extra for a spa, but it was dirty, not working, and a complete waste of money. What made it worse is that the pictures online showed a nice, clean, and tidy place — but in reality, it was old, mouldy, and nothing like advertised. It honestly feels more like a scam than a motel. They charge me 50$ deposit as well which was not on the policy. Really disappointed. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, and I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Perfect location right by the end of the Freeway, also a convenient bus stop outside the motel for commute to city of needed. The room and bed was comfortable, clean and fresh. The Bathroom was also clean, and the shower was hot. The service attendant was polite, professional and respectful. Unfortunately it is on a busy road so bring ear plugs if you're not used to the traffic.

Arrived at the hotel and was charged a ton of extra fees that were not mentioned at all, only for the room to be awful. The room door wouldn’t shut properly, same as the bathroom door. Beds were uncomfortable and I even found cockroaches living under the beds. Had a terrible nights sleep won’t be coming back. Do not recommend.

Very low cost, tidy and comfy, good hot shower and quiet away from road noise, generous room, handy to access roads and transport, I was happy with what I got for how much I paid. They have the up market flash rooms too for when you want to spend more.

Among the most affordable during the period. Our room has enough space for four people. Their beds were comfortable. Looks a bit outdated, but it was actually a regular motel. Wifi was available, and shower was pretty strong. Friendly staff.

This is hands down the most appalling hotel experience I've ever had -- and I've travelled extensively around the world. The staff couldn't care less. No apology, no empathy, just complete indifference. The shower was completely blocked, wouldn't drain at all. I called to complain, they said they'd fix it -- showed up the next day and did absolutely nothing. Problem remained exactly the same. Now I'm trying to get a refund and, surprise surprise, they're completely ignoring me. They clearly don't give a damn about their guests once they've got your money. I'll be filing a formal complaint with the ACCC because this is unacceptable. If you're reading this, do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY. This place is a total joke.
