One of my favorite places to be. Jacques Bar at The Lowell is an elegant hidden gem, exuding timeless charm and intimacy. I enjoyed a glass of champagne on my visit, though I look forward to returning to experience their signature Marrakesh Express. The Jacques Burger and oysters were exceptional, perfectly complementing the refined cocktails. A special note of gratitude to Hasan, whose attentiveness was unparalleled; graciously anticipating every need and even providing an umbrella as we departed. A truly elevated experience.

My absolute favorite place for a drink and a little something to eat. I’m crazy for the Brie and green apple grilled cheese but truly everything is delicious and the service is perfection. Summer months sitting outside is a real treat. ♥️♥️♥️

Lovely. Elegant. Peaceful. located just off the lobby inside the Lowell hotel on 63rd UES. This was the perfect place after a very busy and loud weekend for a quiet drink with dear friends….old world charm.

A classy and intimate bar which fills up very fast, we were lucky to walk in get a table on a early Saturday night. I wish they had some mellow music in the background. The cocktails are very good, my favorite is Moroccan Orange with mezcal. I wish they had a selection of mocktails on the menu like Bemelman's bar in Carlyle does. The crabcakes came in 3 small patties and was a perfect dish to share, the cheese board features 5 cheeses (a bit too small) and apple crumble was a great to end our evening with mint tea served in a beautiful teapot. Plenty of regulars here and people are mostly elegantly dressed.

Didn't try the food, but the drinks we had were amazing! The decor is spectacular, I love the obscure drinks I order sometimes, they didn't have to ask me how to make it. For drinks maybe being $5 more than at another place, it is really worth it. I felt so good being in there. We will go again

I don’t mind paying $25+ for a cocktail as a treat but the server reminded us 8+ times they are closing/closed. We were not trying to keep the staff but in comparison she reminded the table with an older couple once. Just keep the same energy for all guests.
