Yelp
First things First - these wines are not light and fruity, yes there are a couple intended that way that are quite delightful, more like your appetizer - well depends on who you are right, and there are equisite white wines from clean with citrus flavors and reminds of the Ocean, to richer fuller white wines not named Chardonnay (but if you say you don't like Chard I can find one you do like - every wine can be made in different styles), from high acidity, to high ph rich complex to lighter and still complex. This winery makes many wines, I found majoritively they are rich, medium to full bodied, well structured wines - varying quite a bit from cherry to cassis / blackberry. Excellent dessert wine. It kills me when some uninformed person says this winery does this "one" thing. Not with all of these varietals - if you don't have the palate and patience to sit and taste - in fact if you're throwing it down, go hit 7-11 and grab a 40 of Old English, it's the same and a lot quicker lol. I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. Italy has the most variety and really the best deals for great wines across all styles. Spain is the runner up - and if you can get them local they will be closer to your palate preference because of experience.
Tasted here with an extremely prosperous- check this ~~~ North Dakotah Winery, Bear Creek, **. Rod, Sue, and Shawn. Fred "He Will Arm Wrestle You" Cline wasn't around that day, he may have been doing many other things like tending to Cline Winery nearby, working on his Cave, or Checking his grapes grown all over the area.
Space Mountain - I meant to discuss the Exceptional Jacuzzi Wines, they are raising Italian Grape varietals and presenting them in the best way. Ripe phenolic compounds - aka Dark Berry (blackberry n'Blueberry), plum, rich, with lush tannins - some backbone without the drying effect, not the levels of acidity more often found throughout Italy, but in the direction that we can enjoy these wines immensely with food, there's a wide variety, and well structured - complexity forward balanced with mature berry+ flavors, cassis, ripe cherry, black cherry with many other complexities such as bittersweet chocolate, old leather, fresh tobacco, espresso - each wine is unique, that's an accumulation from my notes on: Teroldego (Ta-Rawl-Da-Goe), Sagratino, Primitivo (1 molecule off of Zinfandel), Barbera, Nero d'Avola (think full bodied, smooth elegant Syrah from Sicily), Sangiovese of course - akin to the great Brunello di Montalcino's and Chianti, oh and the most planted grape in Italy - Aglianico (fantastic - better than many examples I've had in Italy (ahh-lee-awn-ick-oe).
This review doesn't do it justice, fun, knowledgable staff, a beautiful court yard, the inside is awesome and impressive. Seriously Fantastic - Must Go And Try These Wines - really too many to go just once, and the price point is excellent of course, because it's Fred Cline - Cline wines are the best priced wines in wine country!!
