Jaffer Bhai's Al Karama-The Biryani King Of Mumbai

We went there for lunch for the second time yesterday. That's how great our first experience was. We had their hyderabad mutton biryani and seekh paratha. Seekh kebabs are so flavorful - I don't think that I've had better kebabs at any other place. The aloos in the biryani are a wonderful addition- that's just how biryani should be made! Would definitely go there again. Keep up the good work.

I recently visited Jaffar Bhai Restaurant in Karama after reading numerous positive reviews and hearing a lot of hype. I ordered the mutton biryani, expecting it to be the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst and most expensive biryani I've ever encountered. Priced at 40 AED, it wasn't worth even 15 AED. The dish contained three mutton bones with very little meat, making it essentially meatless. It was served with bones and potatoes only. I wouldn't recommend this place as it felt like a waste of money.

So much hype? Tried thier sheekh paratha and mutton biryani, absolutely not worth it. They served poori with sheekh kabab that had a lot of turmeric, the taste was below average. Not sure if I should even term it as biryani, I’m a foodie myself and never come across something like this. Nevermind. Maybe atleast thier other dishes are better.

Good quality authentic food. Price little high. Nice ambience. Very slow in table cleaning. Good quality deserts and must try Indian biryani. Price for soft drinks like water / coke is costlier than 5 star hotel. Not worth for the bill you pay.

One of the best mutton Kheema I have ever had in my life. Polite and kind staff. My friend praises the spring roll and the lamb chops. Make sure you have enough space in your tummy to indulge in sumptuous dishes at Jaffer bhai.

Quality of meat and flavour was out of this world. Biryani was average, have tasted better. The jelebi and rabdi was a sweet combination. Suffered from food coma that afternoon.

Ordered Dubai Food Festival Chicken Dum Biryani only for AED 10/- and it was sufficient quantity for one person. Taste was soo good and no compromise on Quality. Chicken Dum Biryani 9/10 Chicken Lollipop 9/10 Lucknowi Ghost Nigari 10/10 Rumali Roti 10/10 Tandoori Roti 10/10 Jaffer Bhai Restaurant never disappoints me when it comes to taste and quality.
