Jaffna Heritage Hotel

My family and I have been staying at Jaffna Heritage Hotel every year for the past 4 years. We feel safe and know that we will be well taken care of. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, helpful and show great care and affection towards each guest. I feel like going home to my family whenever I go there! I consider Jaffna Heritage Hotel and everyone there to be my family away from home :-)||The staff create a very clean, welcoming and divine atmosphere. Mr. Wije, Mr. Rajeevan and all the employees go over and beyond their call of duty to assist the guests promptly and to make sure that everyone feels comfortable. Everyone always has a smile on their face and show great mannerisms. ||The food prepared by the chef is excellent! There is a nice variety offerred for breakfast in buffet style. Lunch and dinner are equally as delicious. ||I have made a booking for every year as I will not go anywhere else other than Jaffna Heritage Hotel! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Nallur.!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Jaffna. The rooms are very clean and come with all the facilities and amenities to make your stay comfortable. The staff are professional and very helpful. The breakfast spread is amazing and gives you a taste of all the best local cuisine. Highly recommend Jaffna Heritage Hotel!

Jaffna Heritage Hotel can be recommended as a wonderful relaxing place to stay since the service we received was highly commendable during our stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was scrumptious with jaffna spices. The ambience was relaxing and it is close to many prominent places so it was convenient for us to visit places. We stayed overnight here. This is above avergae hotel, I mean no such 4 star level establishment. Room is spacious , bathroom is, slightly older. Somebedsheets there were stains. Considering the condition of the premises the pricing is at higher end. LKR 20,000 without breakfast. Front office is very helpful. Nallur temple is at walking distance.

I have been staying here for the last week, with 2 colleagues. The hotel is a wonderful place to stay - serene atmosphere, kind and friendly staff, clean comfortable room, terrific pool. And in an excellent location. I highly recommend it - for business or pleasure

Very close to Nallur temple and the railway station. The room had all amenities. AC and Hot water all worked perfectly. The staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Will definitely return when in Jaffna again.
