Jaffna Heritage Hotel

Our family of four stayed at Jaffna Heritage Hotel for 5 nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel perfectly blends comfort, cleanliness, and traditional charm. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and well maintained throughout our stay. The highlight of every morning was the delicious breakfast — fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine hospitality. We especially appreciated the local dishes that gave us a real taste of Jaffna. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm service made our trip even more memorable. We highly recommend Jaffna Heritage Hotel to anyone visiting Jaffna and would definitely stay here again!

They exceed our expectations in terms of atmosphere, food, cleanliness, The authentic Vegetarian breakfast was superior to that of any other hotels I have visited in Jaffna. From the time we arrived until we left, we always felt special and taken care of. I remembered Vijeya exemplary kindness, he’s always smiling and very welcoming. I should say that the staff of Jaffna Heritage is well trained and that reflects in his service. thank you all other staff too for being accommodating to us and making sure that everything is okay with our stay. Would definitely recommend to stay here if in Jaffna.

This is a small hotel with a few rooms designed by Architect Shayan Kumaradas. Simple and unpretencious. Staff is very kind and helpful to the best of their abilities. Their breakfast is decent, clean and tasty. Close to the Nallur Kandaswamy Devasthanam. You can walk there in 10 minutes.

I’ve been staying here for 4 nights and it has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, I spent my birthday here and they surprised me with a complimentary dinner and cake which was super cute! Location wise it’s really good, right down the road from Nallur Kandaswamy, with some restaurants as well. Otherwise it’s a very short ride to the more central areas. ||All in all, super nice hotel, the beds are really comfortable and the staff will help you with anything :)

Amazing hotel in the heart of Jaffna. The rooms are very clean and come with all the facilities and amenities to make your stay comfortable. The staff are professional and very helpful. The breakfast spread is amazing and gives you a taste of all the best local cuisine. Highly recommend Jaffna Heritage Hotel!

A clean and pleasant hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The roon was maintained and comfortable, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from Nallur Temple. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of local options, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great stay for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed overnight here. This is above avergae hotel, I mean no such 4 star level establishment. Room is spacious , bathroom is, slightly older. Somebedsheets there were stains. Considering the condition of the premises the pricing is at higher end. LKR 20,000 without breakfast. Front office is very helpful. Nallur temple is at walking distance.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Jaffna. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which made the experience very pleasant from the start. The food was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and varied. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed. Overall, a wonderful experience that I can highly recommend.
