My family has been visiting Jain Jewellers, Hisar for gold purchases for two generations. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. We purchased gold jewellery, including kade, for a new bride in the family. Within just 4-5 days, one of the soldered leaf designs fell off. A similar defect also occurred with a silver item.
When we brought this to their notice, their behaviour was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility for faulty craftsmanship-despite charging high making charges-they made insensitive remarks like "even life is uncertain," and even spoke disrespectfully to my mother.
This kind of customer treatment and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting them with important purchases.
