Jake's Seafood & Grill

My girlfriends and I had a great lunch here. Couple of pointers : 1. Bar very small seats six 2. Cocktails are not a strong pour, however good beers on tap. 3. Service was exceptional. 4 good vibes The food was fresh and well prepared. Everything was customizable and made to order. Well rounded menu that has plenty of options

It was pretty great. The beer selection is good and the shrimp appetizer I had was interesting in a good way. Battered fries were solid and we enjoyed the haddock tacos. All in all a delightful spot.

I have enjoyed Jake’s in the past but after today, I’m sorry to say I will not be going back. I ordered take out and the waitresses checking me out were horribly rude. They were rolling their eyes and making rude comments. They also messed up my order and over charged me. I was very disappointed with the meal I was given. The salad was abysmal. Only a handful of wilted lettuce and a ridiculously small portion of lobster salad. For $30! There is no way this would have been served to someone dining in the restaurant, and if it had it would have been sent back. Reply: For your information. My dog is a properly trained service dog. From an accredited program. By law she is able to ask what tasks he is trained to perform. I would have been happy to answer as well as provide proof of his training. I was not asked what tasks he is trained to perform, only rudely told he was growling and then asked if he was a service dog, in which she responded I have never seen a service dog growl. I told her that just like all animals. Service dogs make mistakes and have off moments. They are not robots. He was standing by my side on a loose leash and made no moves towards her. He is not perfect. He could tell I was scared because of how she was treating me. And she was being abrasive and staring him down in a very intimidating manor. I know my dog and I know he will not bite. I also am very aware that he does have a tendency to shake when overwhelmed with my emotions. This is not at all a reflection of his training. I weighed the lobster when I got home and it was 2 oz. The salad was supposed to come with tomato and it did not. The lettuce was wilted and parts were brown. Further more no matter what she had no right to be so rude and abrasive to me. It was the worst service experience I have ever had.

The fied seafood and the seafood casserole were great. Very good Margarita. Service was great. Waitress was bubbly, happy and attentive to us.

Emma, a beautiful server at Jake’s Seafood and. Grill was so attentive to our needs and always has a great attitude while serving us. The food and quantity and quality are 2nd to none in the area. I highly recommend Jake’s Seafood and Grill.

A little pricey but you get a large portion. The breading on the fried options is very light and doesn't take away from the taste of the seafood. Service was very good. Plenty of picnic tables for outdoor dining and both counter and indoor seating.

Heading to North Conway and wanted to fill up before the final stretch. What a fantastic place - hidden gem!! Incredible staff that serves up some of the best seafood my family has had. Highly recommend stopping in to grab a bite.

I feel terrible doing this, but this is the second time we have been not happy and that is unusual for Jake’sWell, usually we get great service, but we got a new waitress and sat there for 15 minutes Without any contact, not even, I’ll be with you in a minute there was four of us and We met my husband‘s two brothers so he had three slips( bills) And when we got home, my husband looked at his bank account and we had been charged twice once with the tip and once without The tip and this is the second time the same accident has happened and it was for over $100. because we both had a cocktail or two I got the fisherman platter, which was awesome as usual other than the clams. The bellies had no batter on them at all and appear to be undercooked. I didn’t need any of them. My husband got baked haddock that he said was delicious as Usual one of my brother-in-law‘s got the same thing and he was completely satisfied also, and then my other brother-in-law got salmon that he said was amazing. So, other Then the clams everything was great and I my dad that drinks are over the top good!!! But I’m going to call them and get this straight and I will let you know what happens last time. There was no problem whatsoever. It took a few days but it did happen. Stay tuned.
