I was at Jala Jungle for volunteering with the olive harvesting. It was an amazing experience! The Zeit family is so warm-hearted and really take care of your every need. They are so open and share everything! The workers there are also very nice people, always have a smile to offer. :)
The place has a great atmosphere, especially at sunset. I haven't enjoyed being anywhere in the West Bank so much! I can really recommend to volunteer there for a couple of days or just go for a meal. The food is also amazing!

Highly recommend going to Jala Jungle and YOU have to go if you are in Beit Jala. (it is not far from Jerusalem and Bethlehem.)
The cutest outdoor dining experience with amazing food. it is family owned with an amazing garden and tables. The Grilled meat and Manshakan is to die for. IT WAS Amazing!!
The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. The owner gave a tour of the gardens and offered to eat delicious apricots from their trees.

The place is really nice and cozy. Prices are good and the food is really bad. Middle eastern menu where you can try some good food for tourists and locals. Most of the time they dont have the items in the menu. There is a good burger and other items for kids or for those who dont like to try the local food (do t try thr past, its yucky). The shisha is not the best

Do what ever you want to do,
this is the slogan of the jungle. We have been at this beautiful place to volunteer for a few days. We started building a treehouse in an almond tree on the farm and helped to renew "the castle". The People are very warm and welcoming and we could really do what ever we want. We got meals and drinks and a lot of coffee. Sometimes we helped the chef in the kitchen or washed up the dishes. The whole Jungle was a big and nice experience for us and we will come back asap.
Thanks a lot to everyone, we enjoyed our stay.

Our Jerusalem highlight: friendly staff, fantastic Palestinian food, cozy atmosphere and a great view. Even better when you know, that all the vegetables on your plate is locally and organically grown. Bonus: they have shisha.

Definitely the best place that I have visited in Palestine. The environment, the people, the music, the food, all of it is authentic. The place is situated in the Area C of the Occupied Palestinian Territories so some people will consider that a turn off but I can't imagine way.
