What a jem! A very quiet and lovely place to stay. It's not big, has cool shared spaces including a huge pretty backyard, which everyone keeps modestly calling a 'terrace'))) Impeccably clean! I really wanted to rent a room, but since none were available I went for the shared female dormitory which did not disappoint. The beds are wide and comfortable. The mattresses have some cool cover that is soft and probably made of rubber, so nothing gets in which makes you forget all the bug or whatever fears one might have. The lockers are not big (nor small) with digital locks, no one apart from yourself will be able to open it. If you have a large suitcase, do not worry. The hostel provides a free storage room, so you can put all the essentials in the locker and the rest won't be bothering you. If you need to wash the clothes, they've got a a washing machine and a drier. You need to pay to use them, but it's still better than seeking a laundromat somewhere else - you can chill in your room or kitchen while it works. I did not cook, but I loved being able to store ready-made food and sandwich supplies in a rather spacious fridge. The team that works there feels like a family)) You can see them being truly eager to help, really nice people. The place is warm and cosy)) Feels like you're staying at friend's house.

We received a great reception by Jesús and Casa Jam is well equipped, modern and inviting. Guests are encouraged to respect the peace and tranquility of the space - so don’t expect a party. It’s suitable for families. The hostel is in a great location - the Gracia neighbourhood is a lovely area with a local vibe to walk around and enjoy. Definitely recommend and will come again.

One of the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever had the pleasure giving!! It’s only because of these reviews I chose to stay at a “hostel“, and wow am I grateful I chose to invest in such an experience. This is super family friendly. This is not a party place for the unbalanced. This is tranquil, authentic, and intimately familial as you come aboard. Big ups to the staff for holding such an amazing and heartwarming space. Over the last 3 nights I was offered impeccable hospitality and guided greatly for any off site needs. Giving thanks for the founders to have dreamed up such a vibe and projection. It truly shows with each night stayed. This is a prime location if you’re into healthy foods, rural artistry, and a drama free hub. Don’t stay here if you don’t like children or real life beauty. Open kitchen , super safe storage, a beautiful terrace, great laundry service, quiet nights and plenty of every day magic. I can’t highlight the staff enough! Literally, each member hosting( maybe 5 of them, over the last 3 nights, and another 2 cleaners) were so sweet, fun and helpful! Thank you greatly and I look forward to returning!

Friendly, comfortable and very clean hostel. Great location in quiet back street, yet very central. Staff were extremely helpful. We had a family room for 5 - sheets, pillows & duvets and towels all provided. Lovely kitchen and working/relaxing areas.

Casa Jam is a very quiet and very clean establishment located in Gràcia, Barcelona's safe and environmentally friendly neighborhood. I stayed in a women's dormitory for five days in July. The showers and toilets were always spotless. There was always a polite person at the front desk to assist you. Unlimited coffee was always available in the kitchen area. All the guests were very mindful of the quiet at night. I liked the environmentally friendly design of the taps to avoid wasting water. I found this place by chance, but I always return.

Me and my family had a great stay for 2 days, brilliant location, staff were super helpful and friendly, the hostel itself is stylishly decorated and it has a beautiful patio garden which was never too busy, perfect for a bit of quiet time. The cooking area was nice clean and very well equipped, it was especially good as they had a really nice corner for children to play with nice toys on offer

Room and kitchen were very clean. All staffs were kind and gave useful info. Especially Jesus helped a lot. Whenever I asked him to fix or refill, he didn't wait even fir a minute. He got up right away and fixed the issues. All our family had a good experience in Casa Jam.

We stayed there with our 10 months old baby. We were super comfortable, they had everything for the baby: play park for the bed, high chair, play area, cutlery... Shared area were big and practical, staff was kind and helpful. We did some laundry that was super helpful too. Love it, would return there 100%
