Jamaica Bay Inn Marina Del Rey, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We went with a friend for a girls’ getaway|The staff at hotel were courteous and welcoming. We booked a marina view 2 queen room and received an upgrade with our Hilton gold status to a higher floor. The room was very nice, renovated not dated at all. There was free coffee or tea in lobby every morning. |Restaurant food was good for breakfast but we never had dinner there. |We didn’t experience the pool as we were out all day. |We would definitely book there again

I read several reviews of this hotel and about 50 percent had me rethinking my reservation, but I booked it anyway. We arrived early and took a chance that we might get an early check in. The front desk guy (Edward) was awesome. He was friendly and said they did in fact have a room ready. The room was beautiful and looked and smelled new. The view was beautiful! The hotel itself was very very nice and clean. They had great fruit infused water in the lobby. My friend and I decided to have dinner and drinks in the hotel restaurant. The food and drinks were pricey but were pretty good, but the service was great!! (Thank you Kenny for the amazing service). They had live music on the patio while we ate. The singer had a beautiful voice and the music was appropriate. It was loud enough to hear, but quiet enough to still be able to have a conversation. I can't really think of one bad thing to say about the hotel and staff. It was truly an enjoyable trip and I would definitely staff here again!!! Great job Hilton!!!

The staff was wonderful. They are very nice. 5/5 for them. The room was a 3/5 the air conditioner didn’t go below 74 so it was colder outside at night. The toilet got clogged. The room was clean enough. |The pool was ok but the hot tub which is what we wanted was so dirty. We couldn’t use it. |The location is very close to Venice beach. The hotel looks old & ran down over all. The restaurant was good & again the service there was great. I personally wouldn’t stay there again. If you’re on a tight budget & don’t want to use the pool it would definitely work for you.

Just a really nice place Quaint is the best way to describe it. Not so big like most hotel properties you see around here. Service is great. Room overlooking the marina with a balcony. Sitting on the balcony now enjoying the live music from the bar below. First night here but so far so good.

Attended a conference here. The rooms were very generic hotel rooms but adequate. The meeting raooms were OK but not connected mostly folks ended up walking through the busy Restaurant to get to the room which was slightly awkward. I gave the location five stars because it’s right on mothers beach. However, you should know this is a pretty sad beach, really for small children, very shallow and you’re swimming in a Marina so the water is suspect. This is not a tropical beach but, it is more or less pleasant to be able to see the water and the boats from the hotel There are some palm trees which seem to appeal to those of us not used to seeing them I did not actually eat at the restaurant however the food looked pretty good and there is a outdoor dining area with a view of the beach

Wilman was so friendly and welcoming when we pulled up. He really made our first impression a great one!|We told him it was our anniversary and he ended up waving our parking fee. =)|The food was fantastic and the calm, tranquil view was perfect. Susie was our server and she was also wonderful! We’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel is our home away from home. We are always warmly welcomed. The hotel manager, front desk and the valet manager always recognize us and thank us for staying with them. Housekeeping is exceptional. No trays laying in the halls. Everything is just clean and comfortable! |The new upgraded decor makes this a truly lovely stay. I highly recommend a balcony view room. You can sit at sunset and listen to live music waft up from below@ The Beachside grill. That place is a wonderful place for cocktails at sunset or a delicious Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner! I highly recommend this boutique feel hotel.

My Wife and I had an amazing experience and time at the Jamaica Bay Inn. The room and view was spectacular. On looking the ocean. I would highly recommend this Hotel for a romantic get away. Both in and out the room was amazing. Very quiet atmosphere. Just very therapeutic. I enjoyed my birthday and anniversary all in one.
