We had a wonderful 6 day stay! Front office staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was amazing. Rooms were very nicely laid out and clean. Only negative about the room was the mattress….it had a definite dip in the middle. Beach side restaurant was exemplary!! We ate every meal there sitting outside and we could not have been more pleased. Food was 5 star. One waitress named Susie stood out above the rest. She was an absolute delight!! Overall stay was an A+!!! Can’t wait to visit again.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, everything was great, as always. However, I feel compelled to address an issue that arose during the check-in process. Upon arrival at the front desk, my experience was marred by what I can only describe as unprofessional behavior from one of your managers, ANA. I found her demeanor to be rude and unprofessional, as she made unpleasant facial expressions while I was inquiring about my reservation to our request two rooms with Marina View Balconies which we had paid $2300. As a loyal guest of your establishment, I value the exceptional customer service that I have come to expect from your staff. Unfortunately, Ana's conduct during this interaction did not align with the high standards of professionalism that I have consistently encountered at your hotel. I trust that this incident does not reflect the overall ethos of your hotel, and I am confident that steps will be taken to address this matter appropriately. Your attention to this feedback is greatly appreciated, as it is important for me to feel valued and respected as a guest. Thank you.

We chose this hotel for the Easter long weekend, and loved it so much we extended our stay by one night. There was no flaws. Rooms are beautifully decorated (I recommend Marina view rooms) and have huge balconies, the heated outdoor pool was never crowded, and the restaurant was great too! The staff were friendly and professional, location - unbeatable, we wanted a quieter area and we got it. Getting to Venice beach is a breeze, you can grab a little coffee on your way and once you get there, you’ll find a nice serene part on the left or - if you are into hustle and bustle - make a right and walk to Santa Monica’s pier, it’s really easy to walk and we did it both ways without falling apart. There is a couple of convenience stores around the hotel as well as a few cute coffee shops and liquor stores. Also there is Mamas beach right by the hotel and you can rent paddle boards and other fun equipment to stay in calmer and warmer waters. We loved this place and we’ll be back again to explore more what LA has to offer. Thank you to the hotel and restaurant team for doing such a wonderful job, it didn’t go unnoticed.

Upon our check-in the reception that we got, my wife and I was very poorly attended to. Firstly the hotel receptionist who checked us in that night was very blunt, rude and had no personality at all! There was no pleasant greeting whatsoever. I felt like she was just rushing to get us in. No hospitality whatsoever. :-)Secondly, the wooden floors in the room were sticky and there was no hand soap at all by the sink. I'm writing this review so your employees can be trained efficiently to better serve travelers alike. Also, it wouldn't hurt once the rooms are ready, a supervisor needs to walk through the made-up rooms to make sure everything is ready and in place for their guests when they are ready to check in! Especially if you're going to pay for such nightly costs, it should also come with the professionalism of its advertising!

Google
Nice location, easy to walk to Venice Beach, staff wonderful and AC works well. Would definitely stay here again if back in this area. Hotel has nice restaurants, Adirondack chairs for bay viewing and looks like nice pool. Too chilly to use but would be fun on warmer days

Google
Not sure what has happened to service in the USA but really hit and miss. The First Lady when we checked in was friendly and helpful, the morning receptionist did not look u from her phone when greeted, and the restaurant server was downright surly..the room was well appointed but next to the lift (it is in my file I need a room further away) so I slept little. View was not great, but we did not pay for the sea view so did not expect t otherwise

Google
Positive: Location Negative: We asked for a walk-in shower. The room did not have that. we had to change rooms.2nd day we got a message that there was going to be a prom there that evening. Sleep is #1. We should not have been charged for that night. The management is awful.

Yelp
My wife and I were looking to go out of town for the Fourth of July and ultimately decided on Jamaica Bay Inn. During our last stay on Valentine's Day, we inquired if we were able to see the fireworks from a Marina View Room and were told "yes". I booked the room on the Hilton app shortly after Valentine's Day and reserved a Marina View Room. The day before check in (July 3), I attempted to select a room as well as check in on the Hilton app but was directed to the front desk (which did not happen during our last visit). When I got to the hotel around 2 PM on the Fourth of July, I was told that was because of the room rate that I selected. Rather than go back and forth about what happened during my last visit, my wife showed her military ID and a room was given to us. Coincidentally, they were originally going to give us the exact same room that we had on Valentine's Day but since the people in that room decided to stay an extra night, we got the room directly below that one. The check in process at the desk did not take that long and we were lucky enough to be able to check in an hour early. We got to the room with our senior dog and she was running all over the room as happy as could be. The AC worked well and kept the room cool throughout the day and the fridge kept all of our stuff cold. When it came time for the fireworks at 9 PM, a group of people gathered outside and unfortunately, due to the fog, we were unable to see the fireworks very well (through absolutely no fault of the hotel) but at least some beachgoers brought some fireworks with them and set them off nearby so we got to be a part of the action and see some fireworks. Please note that Mother's Beach (where the hotel is located) is super crowded with people on the Fourth of July as it is a public beach so make sure to get to the hotel early to avoid traffic! Thanks for an awesome Fourth of July! We look forward to returning.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I have come here many times for brunch. We usually opt for the mimosa flight, which comes with a bottle of champagne and a few fresh juices. For food we normally get a mix of things, like the chicken and French toast, eggs, club sandwich. The food is good and the view on sunny days is priceless. I'd like to shoutout our server, Susie, who was super sweet and attentive.

Peggy S.

Yelp
We went for breakfast at the Beachside Restaurant & Bar inside Jamaica Bay Inn. Susie our server was so friendly and attentive. All the food was delicious and being able to sit outside comfortably near the water in the marina was a bonus. They had heaters in the morning that made it much more comfortable. We will be back when we visit Marina del Rey again. Maybe we'll stay with you instead of across the street at the Marriott.

Yelp
They are part of the Hilton Honors program. I don't typically stay near the marina but we had an another guest with us. She wanted to stay near the water. The lobby was cute. They provided coffee and tea throughout the day. That's where the high rating ends. The front desk offered to give us a "nice room" but because we booked through a third party, they would not honor my Gold benefits so no free water. It was $2 a bottle and they didn't tell me u til I got the bill after we left. The room was a "hot" mess. The DJ was playing music so loud that we couldn't hear our TV. The room smelled of dead fish the entire stay. The hallways had blocked off "tented" with plastic over some rooms. Could be construction but we never saw workers, could have been fumigation and I hope we never saw bed bugs. Try to avoid this place. There are many other nicer hotels in the MDR area. The Hilton Garden Inn across the street was a much nicer hotel.

Yelp
I stayed at Jamaica Bay Inn on a Monday. I arrived at 2:30 (check in was at 3). I was helped by Heisong (sorry if I spelt it wrong!) at the front. He was able to check me in and even upgraded me for it being my first time. THANK YOU SIR!! He was super friendly and helpful and explained everything about the hotel to me. It doesn't look like a lot from outside but the inside of the place is super clean. The room was also really clean and very nice. They also have a heated pool and and a spa. Sadly I wasn't able to try the restaurant as they closed by the time I was free but there are plenty of food options nearby! I was able to enjoy the pool and spa. They both belt relaxing. Also shoutout to Will at the vallet! Great hotel I recommend.

Matt S.

Yelp
AWFUL experience at the restaurant - BEWARE of credit card FRAUD from the staff. We tipped 25% on a very big bill but that didn't stop our waitress from overcharging our credit card by over $100 and pocketing cash. Worst yet? The waitress knew it was my birthday! Blown away that a place that charges so much would treat friendly and well paying customers so poorly. Never going back - and you shouldn't either!

Yelp
Crab cake benediction is not to be missed! Such a beautiful view, I can't wait to spend another lazy morning basking.

Yelp
Great location on a beach on a Marina Del Rey lagoon. Angelique was a pleasure to work with to book my two-room reservation. Room 458 is a very nice and large room with nice vistas. The only problem were little oddities like the lack of hooks in the bathroom, the poor shower drainage and the low level of lighting. Room could've used a full-length mirror beyond the bathroom. And the windows were a bit dirty on the outside, detracting from the wonderful view. Overall, we had a lovely experience and everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful from the valet to the restaurant staff. I'm giving it four stars because of the location, large room and reasonable price.

Yelp
The bar is just off of Mother's Beach. Fun spot after paddle boarding or an easy walk. Love Maurio here. He makes the best spicy margs in Marina Del Rey!
google avatar

Myla M.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and every time I'm here. I always enjoy it. I really like this place. It's so close to the water. I like the people that work there. I celebrated Mother's Day here and we had a nice table and see the water after our lunch we went to the car and we got our beach stuff out and chilled out and really enjoyed the day. This is a really, cool spot to grab a bite to eat have a glass of wine. The sunsets are absolutely stunning. There's also some free parking on the street. Otherwise there's a valet, but I highly recommend this place for celebrating an occasion and getting the table that's closest to the water is is a nice one. It's also cool spot during Fourth of July grab a table and bottle of wine get some food, and the sun goes down and the fireworks go up and it's a nice spot to watch the fireworks as well. I just like this place.

Yelp
The people working reception are incredibly rude (all shifts) they treat you like they're doing you a favor just talking to you. I get it, working isn't fun, but get a different job if you don't like people. Rooms are fine and they did done cute touches, but we Won't be coming back.

Yelp
Great stay ! Christina M. at the front desk was wonderful assisting our family with our needs. She started the trip off to a positive start and remained positive throughout our stay. The accommodations are very comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this hotel.

Yelp
This is considered as a Resort because of the location and since we want to see the ocean on Thanksgiving weekend, we picked this hotel and it looks really cute on the website. Room- Spacious, minimum, and a bit dark (the closet without lighting looked really spooky) A little past midnight, our neighbor next room had too much fun and started a heated argument, we can hear every single word loud and clear, at one point, I was worried that they would jump over the patio to our room. Confusing signs- There were bottled waters in the room with a $5 on the big bottle, but nothing on the small bottles. Being curious, I called the front desk and ask, learned that a small bottle is $3 without a tag. WIFI- It should be FREE WIFI for hotel guests, but when log on to the standard Hilton Wifi sign up page, it doesn't accept room#. Called the front desk again and confirmed that they have a different password. Friendly staff, great onsite restaurant. Food price is very reasonable with a variety of choices. Good relaxing view to the Mother's Beach!

Yelp

Yelp
We came here after having to leave another hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and they really helped turn our trip around! The pool and hot tub is great for the kids on the beach! Walking distance to restaurants. The restaurant is very good and everyone was so nice! The rooms are very clean and big.I would definitely come back!

Yelp
Great hotel. Reception was very welcoming. Booked a Double Queen with a marina view with balcony. Added pics for view. The view was amazing and loved sitting on the balcony. Room was clean and fresh. The A/C unit was noisy, had to turn it off as it was annoying. Bathroom very clean. Hairdryer provided. Only stayed one night but would go back again if I was in the area.

Yelp
Jamaica Bay Inn, a hidden treasure. I come down sometime from south O.C. and stay with my great niece she's seven and loves this hotel.I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Ana she worked the front desk. She asked me how was my day we converse about it. She remembered my niece from previous stay.Ana was just a pleasure talking with while checking in.Great customer service Ana thank you.

Yelp
I attended a meeting of the Venice Chamber of Commerce last week and it has been some time since I attended an event here in many years. The lobby was festive and decorated for the holiday season and the room in which we had the event was inviting and just off the outside dining area that overlooked Mother's Beach. You had the option to sit inside or out! The food served was appetizers and all were quite good that included beef spears, sushi and other delectable items. The service is professional and the room was decorated with a Christmas tree and comfortably accommodated about a 100 or so in attendance. While I never stayed at the property, those I know who have found the rooms satisfactory. If you're local and seek a great venue for a professional meeting or event, consider the Jamaica Bat in the Marina right on Admiralty. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the service and overall attention to detail. Recommend!

Yelp
Crashed at this place for a night after going out to party nearby. I was not disappointed, and the pool is heated so I got to swim there at 9pm and nobody was there (which is a win). There is no free breakfast so I recommend bringing in your own snacks if you don't want to go to the restaurant that's attached to the hotel.

Yelp
I just hosted a birthday party for my daughter last weekend held in one of their banquet rooms. We selected Brussels sprouts, short ribs, jerk chicken and caesar salad as our dinner plan. The food was delicious and very tasty. I can't say enough about how amazing staff were. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next event

Mark E.

Yelp
Ah, the update. Well, we contacted Expedia, whom we booked the hotel thru. They contacted the hotel for a refund, and the hotel refused because they gave us 2 horrible choices. I also believe this hotel does not like mixed race couples, as we are, due to the fact that we waited in the lobby, starting at 230 to get checked in. At 10 to 3 a "white" couple walked right up to the desk and was checked in, even though, we were in plain view of the desk clerk. Oddly enough, they were offered an upper floor room, had a better view, but they declined it. So why didn't they offer that to us, when we asked. I was contacted by Hilton, who said, gee, nothing they could do but give us points for another "Hilton" hotel stay, but their affliated hotel, they have no control over, maybe they should cut ties based on the other reviews! I am out $276 bucks, sad.

Yelp
The rooms are huge!! The bay is perfect and calm though there is loud music playing on the other side. Reception is always slow because there's only 1 person and the hotel is pretty crowded.

Yelp
I'm not super impressed. I will say that we stayed here for evacuation purposes due to the LA fires. I wasn't aware that I was required to have a credit card, and mine was lost in the fire. After attempting to use my debit card multiple times, the front desk person told me that I was fine and should just be sure to pay for incidentals upon checking out. That wasn't the case...the front desk staff harassed me for multiple days while we stayed, even threatening to call the police on us if we didn't put a card down. I understand hotel policy, but the room was paid for through the evacuation program and I had no intention of leaving without paying any fees. My only problem is that they weren't at all compassionate or understanding given the situation. I eventually was able to use my debit card, then they emailed my partner asking about the card authorization form they gave us. I just feel like compassion and care is rule 1 for hospitality, but maybe I'm wrong. Our rooms also weren't cleaned or serviced until the day before check out (not sure if this was directed by the front desk because of the card situation or what). The brunch and dinner were subpar, nothing special, and under-seasoned, you're better off going to one of the restaurants in the area. To top it off, I went down to the front desk to ask for a push pin for an art project I was working on (a weird request, I know, so I didn't expect to get one) and I had to wait to be greeted by the old lady at the front desk because apparently whatever was on her computer was more important than greeting a guest. She looked up, in an unfriendly way, and said hello. I go on to ask her about the push pin and before I can finish explaining why I need it, she interrupts me and says they "have nothing like that." Yet, there's a whole office behind the front desk. Maybe she was telling the truth, but I don't know. I would just recommend staying at one of the other hotels in the area if you can, especially if a friendly and welcoming staff is what you're looking for. It's hit or miss here.

Yelp
It was a beautiful place . I enjoy my room I stayed in for one night. But the fire alarm went off twice and my ears are still ringing. It happened about three in the morning and there was know one to talk to. The next morning I had a nice experience in the coffee shop. The coffee and avocado toast was delicious. Our friends for the memorial were coming at 11:00. So I had to wake up early. I fix the nice room and the server was helpful. Please fix the alarm system it is much too loud .thank goodness someone got it fixed.

Yelp
Terrible Front Desk service (Dark Hair, Late 30's Female). I gave it 2 stars because the rest of the staff is very friendly. We hade cock roaches in our room, The front desk pointed my husband to the 3rd floor for Ice - NO ICE available have to go back down to restaurant. Called front desk - No regular coffee in room. Front desk says we have free coffee every morning in the lobby. Go to Lobby the next morning. NO COFFEE in coffee pot. - Ask front desk, can you make more coffee? Front desk "is it empty" came back 10 minutes later "oh it will be 20 to 30 more minutes" Forgot to add. No BlowDryer in my room. This is a Hilton so 3 things youwoud expect, ICE,BlowDryer & Coffee. Front Desk "oh its in the closet" me "no its not" front desk. "are you sure?" OMG !!! Room smelled like piss and alcohol. Will never stay there again !!!!

Yelp
This hotel is outdated & smelly! Here for the NYE weekend & not enjoying our stay. Front desk young lady was unfriendly and condescending. However Stewart saved the day! Our first room smelled so strong I got a horrible headache. Luckily Stewart was able to change our room. The other room still has a vague odor but we will have to endure. Restaurant has limited choices with nothing appealing. So we just settled for drinks & went to Tony P's for lunch. No clam chowder on a cold rainy day?! Come on Jamaica Bay Inn!!! Valet parked our car but when we left for lunch the guy handed hubby the key. So he could fetch it himself a few yards away. WTF?!!!!!!! This was our first & last time staying at this hotel. It was uninviting and so outdated we can't wait to leave tomorrow. Happy New Year!

Michael H.

Yelp
Staff was attentive especially Heisong at the front desk who is a Hilton All-star. He was very professional, friendly, and very informative. He definitely made our experience in our stay

Yelp
We visited Sunday at brunch time, after the Thanksgiving Holiday and Ron couldn't seat us without a reservation but graciously suggested the bar area! That was a GREAT idea! We enjoyed a Mauro's Bloody Tito served by the incomparable MAURO himself and an Aperol Spritz. Both were delicious and tasty! Our pup was welcomed in the comfortable patio. We shared a Fish and Chips which was crispy and shareable. What an incredible day. Service was exceptional thanks to Ron and Mauro!

Yelp
The good - Resturant is good, great zen location. Reasonably priced/good value and good service. The hotel itself is a 2. How on earth is this a Tapestry? Quite obviously more of a Hampton only at 5X the price. Drug deals in parking lot, rude front desk, no coffee in lobby as promised. Again, will be back for the Resturant but will stay elsewhere.

Yelp
Was in town for a night to visit family. Upon arrival around 3pm it was very easy to find parking. Check in was a breeze. The front desk ladies could have been more inviting but they didn't give me a hard time. The room I had was on the 1st floor double queen with a patio pool/full harbor view. The room was very nice and clean. Everything looked new and smelled fresh. I was very pleased. Later that evening when I returned from a function around 11:30pm I noticed a very loud sound coming from outside...almost like a rifle going off. It was a violent sound. But noticed no police so I didn't think it was a gun. When I turned the air conditioning unit off I didn't hear it anymore, so maybe it was from that? It did scare me a bit being by myself and all. There was no hot water from the sink or shower. I sent a text to concierge but no response. So no hot shower before bed. There was a long curly hair in one of the beds. I tried to sleep in the following morning but it was so loud. Sounds coming from every direction. You can hear the cleaning ladies moving furniture on the balconies and patios. You can hear people running down the hallway. Hear people above you walking very "hard"...Very noisy. Like living in an apartment with thin walls. Either way I would stay again. Maybe next time on a higher floor and will check the water temp first. Would have given a higher rating but for the high price of this hotel...hot water should be included.
google avatar

Mark B.

Yelp
So disappointing. Obviously, a great location and my balcony room looked out on the water, but that was the only positive thing about staying here. I am a Hilton diamond member, and this place is definitely not up to standards. There was a horrific smell that permeated the hallways on floor two. When masked with the hotels preferred air freshener, it made for a horrid walk between my room and the elevators. The rooms are very dated. Wallpaper was coming off the wall, the shower handle fell off in my hand when I tried to adjust the water temperature and the carpets are filthy. Avoid this property if you can!

Yelp
This is one of my favorite local spots for brunch. I was able to make a reservation online the same day. There was no wait when we got here. We sat outside on the patio and the view was spectacular over here at mothers beach. Our service was great. The food was scrumptious as usual. I had the Bistec flank steak and my friend had the crab cake Benny. Two of my favorite dishes. We had the mimosa flight which definitely hit the spot . It's a bottle of champagne with four different juices. Definitely a five-star experience every time I come. A must try if you haven't already. Parking is easy and they have valet.

Yelp
Great management and customer service. Clean rooms and bathrooms. However, the furniture are very outdated and damaged. The mattress wasn't comfortable. Very good location. It's beautiful but not as beautiful as the photos. I wouldn't stay here next time unless they remodel the entire building.

Yelp
I just want to add to my prior view, since we stayed again, this time in a regular room, not a suite. The bathroom in the regular room definitely not as nice; the tub overflow is so you can only fill the tiny bathtub like halfway. That was irritating. But everything else was amazing. We had a corner balcony king room and our balcony felt huge. Like you could have a party on it. We had such an amazing view. We ate meals on our balcony because it was just so enjoyable. The little sitting area in the regular room is nice as well. The beachside bar and restaurant is a bit overpriced in terms of food, but the bar itself is just delightful. We sat in the lounge by the bar and got drinks while waiting for some takeout we ordered to come. Watched the sunset and it was just really peaceful. Even on a Friday night in the middle of summer, this place is just peaceful. You can order drinks from the bar to bring poolside too, which was really nice. The view from the pool cannot be beat. Plus, the pool is heated. I think this is one of my favorite hotels in all of California.

Yelp
Had a nice little lunch and drinks here on a beautiful day. Will definitely go back again. Love the ambiance. Right on a little private beach in the marina.

Yelp
Where do you start...hotel is old and dated. They do not greet you as a Hilton Honors guest or offer you the free daily waters...you have to ask for them. Small lobby, the room is old and dark. Homeless sleeping just blocks from the hotel. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and had a large rat walk by us. Server told us the rats come to the patio when the tide comes up...are you serious!?! This place does not deserve to have the Hilton brand name. At best, it feels like an old trashed Hampton Inn. What the heck!?! I could never recommend going to this hotel.

Yelp
I have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed the view from my room. But today we dined at the Beachside restaurant and my father left his iPhone. Hannah, Front Desk Staff, came to rescue and went above and beyond. I am grateful to her. Hilton should know what kind of kind humans are working for them!

Yelp
Good service all week we stayed at the hotel and breakfast service and the bartender on the evening were very friendly and helpful. Food all week was good, only wish they had a standard egg, bacon/sausage, hash browns and toast option or breakfast buffet to have some days and that as a Diamond Hilton member I actually received a free breakfast and not just $18 per person for two people as the cost per item was higher than $18 provided. Happy I got some credit each day as breakfast was not cheap but at least most of the food was very good. Especially enjoyed the french toast and chicken tender breakfast. The yogurt and fruit was good, as was the breakfast scrambler. At night enjoyed the margarita with 818 reposado tequila. Enjoyed that and a 818 Anejo straight which bartender offered with large cube. He did a great job taking care of drinks.

Yelp
The atmosphere is great, the food is awesome, and the service is good. The mole chicken with plantains is absolutely flavorful and filling. The drink selection is good too.

Yelp
Had to leave as soon as I could since HUNGRY. There is NO room service if restaurant doesn't answer the phone, nor is there food service when host who looks like she rolled out of bed without changing out of sweats is the person who simply can't be bothered to give a menu when requested but she can point guest to kitchen and say "go over there and ask" where upon the kitchen entrance, more waiters in no matching non uniform casual Tuesday roll out of bed attire, and confused faces. That kitchen crew and restaurant has no management. It's an untidy zoo selling only seafood for all meals. Hard for a vegetarian. And it isn't much better at the front counter of hotel as manager also wears sweat shirt. Have some pride people. Dress professionally! When you dress like slackers you act the same and get attitude. This Hilton Jamaica Bay Marina Del Rey Tapestry property was a favorite. I'm a Diamond member and supposedly was upgraded but it was really a downgrade. Ask for king bed, get twin. Ask for tub, get shower. Expect breakfast in bed, no food. And it's not a beach but a marina with sand that has crackheads at night walking around so not that safe.

Yelp
Terrible food and service. Only giving 2 stars for the view. Female bartender/outdoor server missed orders tonight. Burgers came out with buns instead of clearly asking for lettuce due to gluten allergies. Busboy came to light the fire pit and stayed seated next to us for almost 10 minutes while I continually asked him in both English & Spanish if the flame was fine...he ignored me in English and when I spoke Spanish responded in English. He needs to be fired, he's just plain rude. Diet Coke and waters never came. When I asked the bus boy to send our server to us (for lettuce wraps), she never came. Head over to Brizo, the waitstaff actually work for their tips.

Yelp
I was eating in the restaurant and bit down on a quite large piece of metal in my avocado toast. It damage to TI have talked to management several times. She says she doesn't even know how to run her answering machine. I'm gonna have to call an attorney they are not contacting my dentist. They are not contacting me, this is a Hilton property. I'm going to also contact Hilton do not eat in the restaurant and if this is the way they run the restaurant there a bunch of jerks.

Yelp
During breakfast (which was $28) they had engineers working in the restaurant and using electric tools. Why would the hotel management allow this? Why would customers be expected to pay for this experience? The room was also noisy because of street noise. But, it was the dining experience that makes the management of this hotel below the standard of Hilton.

Yelp
I spent 3 glorious days here with 70s weather. A far cry from 112 in Palm Springs. I spent an extra 20 bucks for an upgrade, well worth it. The parking was free and plentiful. There was no housekeeping during my stay and i liked it. I felt safe and secure the entire time. I did eat at the restaurant, which was great. It was a little pricey, but the view is spectacular. I hope to come back very soon. It was a Nice visit.

Yelp
The location & marina view are nice. The restaurant is good although a bit overpriced. They used to have a really good happy hour but they discontinued it. I've been to the restaurant multiple times but this was my first time staying at the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was very outdated. The mattress was horrendous! Luckily we only spent 2 nights because I couldn't have endured a 3rd. I won't be staying there again unless they upgrade the mattresses.

Yelp
Broken elevator. Not repaired Since Monday. Then a broken coffee machine. The hotel is. Of not falling apart.

Yelp
The hotel rooms are very old and the view is just okay. Listening to their advertisement when I was waiting on the line to talk to an operator, and reading their TripAdvisor reviews, made me think of an special well renovated hotel but it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. The food was good but they definitely need better cleaning or new furniture. The restaurant chairs were all stained.
