Ordered takeout for a birthday. Ordered chicken, pork and oxtail meals, and they were all very good. I would say the spice level is a little bit less than what you would find in the city, which was very enjoyable. The sweet, spicy and savoury flavours were just what we wanted. Will order again!

Hidden gem that needs to visited way more. Always great food, always great service, and good music while you wait. Online ordering has hiccups, but the great customer service and good portions make up for that and the minor delay for fresh food I didn't care to wait a couple minutes. Highly recommend stopping in for some great food drine in or takeout. Good prices, good selection, good food.

I absolutely love Jerk chicken and this is one of the best Ive had. Very good with just the right amount of heat. And while it is bright and clean inside, the ambiance is not very “Jamaica e”. And I have to agree with another review that the minuscule amount of cole slaw served in a small sauce cup is a joke.

Food was delicious! We stopped here on our way back from visiting Muskoka and it was very good. Got the Stewed Chicken which was juicy and flavorful. Also ordered a Jerk Chicken wrap for my mother, a roti was substituted for the tortilla as they were out of tortillas but I had gotten a bite and the jerk chicken was also tasty. Only criticism is the portion size; ordered a large for the stew chicken plate and it was smaller than expected (for $20), and the wrap could have had more filling (for $18). Would go again.

Aurhentic & delicious!!! We ordered for 6 of us for a get-together dinner. We took our own pyrex containers to fill & make it easier for us to serve. The staff are so friendly, helpful & accommodating. And, as usual, the jerk chicken, rice & peas, chickpeas, goat, & coleslaw were top notch. And today we can enjoy a few leftovers. Highly recommend.

Absolute top Fire for Jamaican eats, better than you can find in Oshawa/Whitby. Their Oxtail is the best I'v had in ages and they don't skimp on the meat either. My wife's go too is the Jerk Pork dinner and she absolutely loves their coleslaw. Chill vibes, top notch Jamaican flavor and really if you have the time it's worth the 20mins drive from Whitby. On another note, the fact that they stay open in rural Greenbank (part of Scugog area I think) speaks to the quality of their Food.

Good food. Tried this new spot in white rocks. The lady working there was super friendly and welcoming. I had the ackee & salt fish and my husband had the jerk chicken meal. Both were very delicious. A bit too high in price IMO but great tasting food.

Not only was the customer service 100%, we were greeted with a big smile and open dialog. We were on our way from Oro Medonte and this stop was a great decision. The chef washed his hands before serving us and the jerk pork and chicken tasted like Jamaica. Not only that but the rice and peas was how it is supposed to taste and look; you can taste the coconut in the rice. Listen this is best jerk chicken ive ever tasted in Canada. You will not be disappointed

I drive past this restaurant every day on my way into work. Today I decided I would give them a try; I'm sure glad I did. I ordered an oxtail and it was extremely tender. It melted off the bone as I bit into it. The gravy was flavorful and it was a good size portion. This came with rice N peas as well as coleslaw. It was a creamy coleslaw and flavorful. The man behind the counter was fairly soft spoken so I felt bad that I kept asking him to repeat himself. (I'm sorry!) He asked if I had ever tried festival(s) which I had not. This ended up being a delicious addition to my meal. Thank you!! It reminded me of cornbread but lighter than a traditional southern corn bread. I used it to mop up all the tasty oxtail gravy! I will definitely be back and next time I'll be trying the curry goat.

First time and this is a goto classic. Had the jerk pork. And WOW. The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. Lots of places overcook pork as it's tougher. This spot did it right. Great for motorcyclists. Parking is plenty and paved. It's cool to get shelter from the heat. Will go again and again and again
