The Lebanese cuisine was absolutely fantastic! The hummus, tabbouleh, and falafel were fresh and flavorful, and the mixed grill platter was tender and perfectly spiced. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with attentive staff who made us feel at home. Don’t skip the baklava or knafeh for dessert—they’re divine. A must-visit for authentic Lebanese food!

The food is VERY high quality and tasty! And the portion sizes are great.
I went for lunch and ordered the beef platter - comes with a fresh chickpea and beet hummus, a really delicious salad, turmeric rice and pita bread.
The ambience was very nice, and the owner/staff were extremely friendly as well. I had a great experience and 10/10 would recommend!!

Came here for brunch and it was interesting. We’ve ordered from Jamjar a few times and have always had good experiences.
The brunch menu has some interesting options and had a Lebanese twist to them all, so it was definitely something we wanted to try.
The breakfast wrap was decent - well packed, but lots of wrap to eat through. Flavours were good though. The classic breakfast was not at all what we expected. We ordered beef kibbeh, but for some reason they weren’t able to make the beef on this day. They offered chicken or chick peas instead, so we chose chicken. We wound up with a couple of pieces of chicken instead of the kibbeh style.
Overall, it’s an interesting spot for brunch. They have a large restaurant with plenty of space, so you can enjoy a relaxing brunch experience, but I wish they nailed the food a bit more.

This Lebanese restaurant offers an amazing dining experience! The potatoes, cheese fries, and grilled chicken are delicious and perfectly prepared. The drinks are fantastic, especially the refreshing lager on tap. Great food, excellent drinks, and wonderful service—highly recommended!

Came here for happy hour to try it for the first time. We ordered and it took quite a while for the food to come (the kitchen was really busy), which is totally understandable. They came and apologized multiple times and brought some extra food for us which was a really nice gesture and shows that they care about their guests. Will definitely be back sometime!
The food we got was really good too, the Lebanese poutine and mini sandwiches were really good.

We used to come here pretty often, but took a break after being feeling disappointed last time. This time, we actually felt gutted leaving. It’s a Friday night and somehow they didn’t have most of the things I wanted, so we wound up ordering other items that didn’t live up to expectations.
The Jallab is an amazing beverage, that I’d recommend for anyone, sadly, they didn’t have it today. The Makali is also fantastic… oops they didn’t have that either.
On the bright side, the falafel was great today, and the hummus platter was excellent. We weren’t pleased however that the server only stopped by once, and wasn’t around when we later hoped for a refill of pita bread.
The eggplant steak however was very disappointing. It looked pretty, but was very under seasoned, so despite the pomegranate molasses, it was very bland.
Honestly, after that experience, I’m not sure if I can even come back. The service left much to be desired- they basically took our order, gave us our food and never came back after the generic “how are things” chat.
I’m still in awe that they managed to run out of what is likely their 2 best selling menu items. What happened?

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jamjar, and I must say it was an incredible experience! The dish I ordered was not only visually stunning but also packed with flavors that left a lasting impression. The combination of crispy cauliflower, perfectly cooked yellow rice, and the vibrant array of accompaniments like hummus, beetroot dip, and fresh salad was simply divine. The cauliflower was wonderfully seasoned and had a satisfying crunch, while the dips were rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor.
The presentation was top-notch, with every element arranged beautifully on the plate. It was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the balance of textures and flavors made for a truly memorable meal.
Jamjar has definitely set the bar high for Middle Eastern cuisine, and I can't wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings. If you're looking for a place that offers a fantastic blend of taste, quality, and presentation, Jamjar is the spot to visit!

Yesterday I was very disappointed by the food I was served in Jamjar. I used to be a very happy client who would have their wonderful chicken shawarma every month.
But yesterday I was shocked seeing how much smaller the serving is. The first photo is my serving yesterday and the second is pic from Internet, the serving I used to have before many times.
Now there is no rice, no salad, I honestly hardly understand why I paid the same price for much less food. On my question about why there is no rice in the dish anymore, the server just said that this is now how they serve chicken shawarma now.
Incredibly disappointed.
