One of the worst tours I've been on. To be fair, I may have just gotten really unlucky with the tour I was on. They only offer one English tour per day, so on my tour, there was a large (40+) group of Korean tourists. It was clear that the guide was catering to that group, which is fine, but it was at the expense of all the other tourists. The "tour," if you can really call it that, consists of a couple of rooms with a little a bit of memorabilia from the company's history, as well as a bunch of wax replicas of various points in the company's history. If that had been the end, I would have chewed out the guide and asked for my money back, especially because she told us no more than a couple of plaques or a short Wikipedia article could have explained. But the end of the tour is the only redeeming aspect. You go into a tasting room, where they show a video while serving you samples of their products. The video was far more interesting than the guide, but unfortunately, the guide was talking during the video, teaching the large group "na stravi". So I actually heard very little of the video. The samples were the only good thing about the tour. They give you three samples (out of their five products), which were fun to try. However, the guide constantly stated, over the video of course, how the Ice and Fire was her favorite, but that we wouldn't be trying it. You only make us angry by telling us how we aren't even trying the best thing. The whole thing felt very rushed too, like they were trying to get us out of there before the next tour group arrived (which was exactly the case). The only good thing I can say is that I basically paid 120 CZK for three shots, which is a fair price. Though if you want to try the other two products, you have to pay for them separately. They should really just scrape the museum and start marketing it as a tasting room instead. It would have been much better to just enjoy trying a couple of samples rather than wasting an hour of my life.
