After reading other reviews, I realised today how completely right other customers are. This restaurant has absolutely no ethics and no respect for customers. The behaviour of the staff, especially the people managing parking, was unacceptable. They behave as if the restaurant belongs to them. People may have to raise a legal complaint for the vulgar language used and for the complete disrespect shown to a woman today. I had parked my car and was waiting at the restaurant for my cousins to arrive when a man came and told me not to wait. The restaurant was almost empty, flies were everywhere, and yet I was told I could not wait. What kind of restaurant treats customers this way? Soon after, another man arrived and started shouting in vulgar language, saying that only high authority contractors are allowed to wait and not the public. This is absurd, considering that this restaurant runs entirely because of the public. The food was equally disappointing. The dosa was like paper, with no ghee or butter, served only with plain red chutney and cold sambar. Looking at the so called crowd, it was clear that there is nothing left in this place except arrogance, rude staff, and people posing as security who are not even fit to be called security. Do not waste your time, money, or self respect on this useless restaurant. A truly disgusting experience.

Food was below average and the staff was extremely rude. There was no basic etiquette or respect towards customers. The overall experience showed a complete lack of ethics and professionalism. I will definitely not be visiting this place again.

The food is below average as per today, the taste hasn't been consistent. Not recommended to those who doesn't prefer spicy. The table manager was extremely unprofessional today. He had issues that we didn't place the order in one go and placed a second round of order and then third. Very stupid and unprofessional the way he approached us and taunted us three times while we were seated. Not something I expect from a place as such. If the owner has any sense of respect for its customers he'll seriously consider making changes. Will strongly not recommend.

Very bad experience. Looks like they are living in a century before. They don't realise they are in 2025. Dirty and stinking Washrooms. Most inhospitable staff. Uncourteous. We were 16 of us and had enquired over phone whether tables can be joined and make us all sit together. We were told yes, please come, we will do it. When we reached, we were told that they will not join tables. We had to sit in 4 seperate tables. Our evening was spoilt from the very beginning. The manager in the Restaurant completely disowned what was told over the phone. He claimed that he was not told anything. The overall attitude was careless, and it felt like they were doing us a favor instead of serving customers. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect, especially in such a well-known place and in today's world. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a respectful and timely dining experience.

I used to go here regularly, this places was so good before. Today, I tasted the worst masala dosa I ever had, it seemed like the batter was old. Even the idli was not soft and the service was worst and hopeless. They have completey ruined the taste. Never going to this place ever again.

Food, quality and taste wise is good. Bit pricy nowadays also crowd is declining. Reason would be the food items getting costlier or they not accepting online payments and sticking on to cash payments...

Old Bangalore vibe restaurant. Rustic style with servers in uniform. South Indian dishes are good. You can try fresh sweets like Badam halva, Kadak Mysure pak. I like their Sagu dosa and rava idly.

Worst food and hopeless staff. Not sure how this restaurant is still running with such high prices. The upma was stinking and completely inedible, and the coffee was nothing more than plain black decoction. Very disappointing experience.
